緊跟時代(dai)導向 國內(nei)第(di)一條以PPP模式投資建(jian)設的地鐵
為了(le)適(shi)應(ying)(ying)地(di)鐵(tie)(tie)建(jian)設(she)投資(zi)(zi)(zi)大(da)(da)、風險高(gao)(gao)、周期長、成(cheng)本(ben)高(gao)(gao)的(de)特點(dian),解決(jue)地(di)方(fang)財政(zheng)(zheng)不足(zu)以支撐地(di)鐵(tie)(tie)建(jian)設(she)但(dan)城市(shi)發展又急需(xu)地(di)鐵(tie)(tie)建(jian)設(she)的(de)復雜矛盾(dun),中(zhong)國(guo)建(jian)筑(zhu)率先(xian)采用PPP(政(zheng)(zheng)府(fu)和社會資(zi)(zi)(zi)本(ben)合作(zuo)模(mo)式(shi)(shi))等創新(xin)模(mo)式(shi)(shi)積極參與國(guo)家基礎設(she)施的(de)投資(zi)(zi)(zi)建(jian)設(she)。這種模(mo)式(shi)(shi),率先(xian)在徐(xu)州(zhou)地(di)鐵(tie)(tie)1號線上得到了(le)應(ying)(ying)用,徐(xu)州(zhou)軌(gui)道公司受徐(xu)州(zhou)市(shi)人民政(zheng)(zheng)府(fu)的(de)委托,與中(zhong)建(jian)共同成(cheng)立項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)公司。雙方(fang)按(an)照約的(de)比(bi)例共同完成(cheng)出資(zi)(zi)(zi),其余所需(xu)資(zi)(zi)(zi)金雙方(fang)分別通(tong)(tong)過銀(yin)行按(an)揭等形(xing)式(shi)(shi)募集(ji),在項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)的(de)融資(zi)(zi)(zi)方(fang)案中(zhong)綜合運用了(le)股權融資(zi)(zi)(zi)、信托和資(zi)(zi)(zi)管計劃,資(zi)(zi)(zi)金來源有(you)自(zi)有(you)資(zi)(zi)(zi)金也有(you)保險資(zi)(zi)(zi)金和銀(yin)行資(zi)(zi)(zi)金。這樣的(de)模(mo)式(shi)(shi)可有(you)效(xiao)彌補當期財政(zheng)(zheng)投入(ru)不足(zu),減輕當期財政(zheng)(zheng)支出壓力,平滑(hua)年度間財政(zheng)(zheng)支出波動,防范和化解政(zheng)(zheng)府(fu)性債務風險,還將資(zi)(zi)(zi)金需(xu)求量大(da)(da)的(de)劣勢轉化為資(zi)(zi)(zi)金流動性強的(de)優勢,實現“資(zi)(zi)(zi)金融合撬動大(da)(da)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)”,保證了(le)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)順利落地(di),具有(you)四(si)兩撥千斤的(de)效(xiao)用。目(mu)前也已納(na)入(ru)全國(guo)30個首批PPP試點(dian)工程,成(cheng)為國(guo)家軌(gui)道交通(tong)(tong)建(jian)設(she)PPP合作(zuo)的(de)示范項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)。
智(zhi)慧建造(zao) 破(po)除(chu)彭城(cheng)廣場(chang)站(zhan)施(shi)工難(nan)題
徐州(zhou)(zhou)地(di)鐵(tie)1號線(xian)(xian)彭城廣場站(zhan)位于徐州(zhou)(zhou)市最(zui)繁華(hua)的(de)(de)商(shang)業中(zhong)心,是(shi)徐州(zhou)(zhou)地(di)鐵(tie)1、2號線(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)換(huan)乘(cheng)車站(zhan),也是(shi)國內首座集明-暗-蓋挖為一(yi)體(ti)的(de)(de)大型換(huan)乘(cheng)車站(zhan)。車站(zhan)規模超大,基坑最(zui)深處(chu)達34m,有(you)(you)17個出(chu)入口,3組風亭及2個下(xia)沉(chen)廣場,其中(zhong)1號線(xian)(xian)基坑長141.55米(mi),寬58.5米(mi),基坑設(she)計深度最(zui)深可達35.5米(mi),是(shi)目前(qian)地(di)鐵(tie)施(shi)工領域第(di)一(yi)大基坑,地(di)鐵(tie)項目的(de)(de)地(di)連墻距蘇北第(di)一(yi)高樓蘇寧廣場圍護樁(zhuang)最(zui)近處(chu)距離僅有(you)(you)0.9m,容不(bu)得半點閃失。由于其周邊環境的(de)(de)敏感(gan)性、地(di)質問(wen)題(ti)的(de)(de)突出(chu)性、結構施(shi)工的(de)(de)復(fu)雜性,被業界(jie)專家評為江蘇最(zui)難、全國罕見。
為(wei)攻克“四面(mian)楚(chu)歌”下的(de)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)難題(ti),確保工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)如期(qi)推進(jin),項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)部(bu)借力專家保障機制,利用培(pei)訓、專家咨詢會等(deng)(deng)形式充分(fen)認識到(dao)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)風險點及難點,先(xian)后邀請中(zhong)國(guo)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)院院士王夢恕、廣(guang)(guang)州地(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)原(yuan)總工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)、深圳地(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)原(yuan)總工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)等(deng)(deng)專家為(wei)徐(xu)州地(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)建(jian)設出(chu)謀劃(hua)策。同(tong)時引進(jin)兩(liang)臺國(guo)際(ji)先(xian)進(jin)的(de)改良版SR385RC8旋挖(wa)鉆(zhan)機,經過(guo)改良的(de)旋挖(wa)鉆(zhan)機在原(yuan)機型(xing)的(de)基(ji)礎上(shang)將功率(lv)提高到(dao)420KW,平均每(mei)小時鉆(zhan)進(jin)速度約(yue)50cm~90cm,極大的(de)提高了地(di)(di)下連(lian)(lian)續墻(qiang)及臨時中(zhong)立柱(zhu)(zhu)的(de)成(cheng)槽速度。項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)部(bu)積(ji)極開展“明-暗-蓋挖(wa)復雜結構(gou)體系轉換及其對敏感環境影響、爆破(po)振(zhen)動(dong)下土巖(yan)水耦合致災(zai)機理、基(ji)于BIM技術的(de)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)全過(guo)程(cheng)智慧建(jian)造技術”等(deng)(deng)關鍵(jian)技術創新攻關,短短4個月便完成(cheng)了56幅(fu)地(di)(di)連(lian)(lian)墻(qiang)、87根格構(gou)柱(zhu)(zhu)建(jian)設成(cheng)功地(di)(di)解(jie)決了彭城廣(guang)(guang)場(chang)站格構(gou)柱(zhu)(zhu)托(tuo)換、盾構(gou)過(guo)站、暗挖(wa)洞室(shi)群施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)、地(di)(di)下水超前探測(ce)及控制等(deng)(deng)諸多難題(ti)。
BIM技術開展智慧化管控,達(da)到國際先進水平
在(zai)攻克徐州城市軌(gui)道交(jiao)通1號線彭城廣場(chang)站(zhan)(zhan)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)難(nan)題(ti)的(de)(de)過程中,項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)成立(li)《復雜條(tiao)件下地鐵車站(zhan)(zhan)(彭城廣場(chang)站(zhan)(zhan))施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)BIM技術(shu)應(ying)用(yong)研(yan)究》科研(yan)小組。利用(yong)BIM的(de)(de)3D建(jian)(jian)(jian)模(mo)(mo)(mo)技術(shu),同時為(wei)它添加完整(zheng)(zheng)的(de)(de)、實際(ji)的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程信息(xi),使之成為(wei)一個包含有設(she)(she)計意圖、項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)資料(liao)(liao)、施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)信息(xi)、材(cai)料(liao)(liao)信息(xi)及設(she)(she)計管理(li)數據(ju)等(deng)(deng)方(fang)面信息(xi)的(de)(de)信息(xi)化的(de)(de)三維(wei)實體。從最初(chu)的(de)(de)模(mo)(mo)(mo)型構建(jian)(jian)(jian),到安全、質量、進(jin)(jin)度、監(jian)測預警、設(she)(she)計管理(li)等(deng)(deng)模(mo)(mo)(mo)塊的(de)(de)建(jian)(jian)(jian)立(li)、實施(shi)(shi)(shi)、應(ying)用(yong),通過過程中不(bu)斷摸索(suo),形(xing)成現(xian)在(zai)的(de)(de)手(shou)(shou)(shou)機、web、pad端軟件系(xi)統(tong),讓你可以隨時隨地了解(jie)、掌控(kong)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)現(xian)場(chang)情況,實現(xian)智(zhi)慧(hui)建(jian)(jian)(jian)造。在(zai)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)現(xian)場(chang),每位施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)員手(shou)(shou)(shou)中都(dou)手(shou)(shou)(shou)持(chi)一部安裝(zhuang)有BIM(建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑信息(xi)模(mo)(mo)(mo)型)系(xi)統(tong)APP的(de)(de)手(shou)(shou)(shou)機,整(zheng)(zheng)個工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)被(bei)(bei)分(fen)解(jie)成若干呈現(xian)出數字化仿真狀態的(de)(de)模(mo)(mo)(mo)型,分(fen)別發(fa)放到每個工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)種手(shou)(shou)(shou)中,就像身處于一個“微信群組”中,每個節(jie)點情況都(dou)會被(bei)(bei)第一時間分(fen)發(fa),完工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)后第一時間保存,在(zai)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)竣工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)驗收(shou)時,交(jiao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)驗收(shou)資料(liao)(liao)將由硬盤資料(liao)(liao)形(xing)式呈現(xian),成功解(jie)決了暗挖洞(dong)室群施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)、地下水(shui)超(chao)前(qian)探測及控(kong)制等(deng)(deng)諸多(duo)難(nan)題(ti)。目(mu)(mu)前(qian),“軌(gui)道交(jiao)通智(zhi)慧(hui)建(jian)(jian)(jian)造平臺Android手(shou)(shou)(shou)機端軟件系(xi)統(tong)V1.0”等(deng)(deng)4款計算(suan)機軟件系(xi)統(tong)順利通過中國版權(quan)保護中心審核,獲得國家(jia)版權(quan)局頒發(fa)的(de)(de)計算(suan)機軟件著作(zuo)權(quan)登記證書。 “復雜條(tiao)件下地鐵車站(zhan)(zhan)(彭城廣場(chang)站(zhan)(zhan))施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)BIM技術(shu)應(ying)用(yong)研(yan)究”項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)成果(guo)還被(bei)(bei)江蘇省住建(jian)(jian)(jian)廳及業(ye)內(nei)專家(jia)鑒定(ding)為(wei)達到國際(ji)先進(jin)(jin)水(shui)平。
自(zi)主研發(fa)信(xin)息(xi)化施(shi)工平臺3部,將智慧建造理念深度(du)融入(ru)項(xiang)目施(shi)工一線

在(zai)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)教育(yu)(yu)方面(mian),徐州城市軌道交通1號線05標建設(she)了江(jiang)蘇省軌道交通建設(she)中(zhong)首家“VR安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)體(ti)驗館(guan)”, VR體(ti)驗式安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)教育(yu)(yu)系(xi)統針(zhen)對地鐵施(shi)(shi)工實際狀況,有高空墜落、物體(ti)打擊、坍(tan)塌、觸電、機械傷害等20多種體(ti)驗項目,將施(shi)(shi)工現場(chang)常發(fa)事故融匯于(yu)虛擬技術,在(zai)VR世界中(zhong)建設(she)了一個“真實的”施(shi)(shi)工現場(chang),便于(yu)更(geng)好的對作(zuo)業人(ren)員(yuan)進行安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)教育(yu)(yu),提(ti)高參建職工的安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)意識和安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)技能。
打(da)響地下鐵道戰,保障風險零事故
徐(xu)(xu)州(zhou)地質(zhi)情況復雜多樣,整個盾(dun)構(gou)區間(jian)施工(gong)難度(du)極大,技術質(zhi)量要(yao)求(qiu)極高(gao)。盾(dun)構(gou)下穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)徐(xu)(xu)州(zhou)火(huo)(huo)車站16股鐵路(lu),影響(xiang)范(fan)圍將(jiang)近200m區間(jian)地質(zhi)條(tiao)件復雜,徐(xu)(xu)州(zhou)火(huo)(huo)車站范(fan)圍地質(zhi)條(tiao)件均為上軟下硬(ying)地層(ceng);盾(dun)構(gou)下穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)黃河故道隧(sui)道頂部有12米厚粘(zhan)土層(ceng);大馬路(lu)橋為條(tiao)石橋墩,盾(dun)構(gou)下穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)時(shi)(shi),毛石基礎距隧(sui)道頂只有7.22米。面(mian)對(dui)(dui)眾多風險源,項目(mu)組(zu)織成(cheng)立(li)的“盾(dun)構(gou)突擊隊”主動(dong)出擊,通(tong)過制定精細嚴密的施工(gong)方案,在盾(dun)構(gou)掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)過程(cheng)中,嚴格控(kong)制掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)參數(shu),并進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行了徐(xu)(xu)州(zhou)首次帶壓開倉工(gong)作。邀請國(guo)內知(zhi)名盾(dun)構(gou)專家先(xian)后組(zu)織對(dui)(dui)此安全(quan)咨詢會,學習國(guo)內盾(dun)構(gou)先(xian)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)施工(gong)經驗(yan)。同(tong)時(shi)(shi)引(yin)入(ru)自動(dong)監控(kong)信息(xi)化平臺,為盾(dun)構(gou)機(ji)掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)提供第一手(shou)資料,并通(tong)過對(dui)(dui)數(shu)據的分析,及(ji)時(shi)(shi)調整盾(dun)構(gou)掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)參數(shu),保(bao)證盾(dun)構(gou)下穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)徐(xu)(xu)州(zhou)火(huo)(huo)車站期間(jian)安全(quan)、平穩。僅僅用了76天(tian)便(bian)完成(cheng)了原本計劃4個月的施工(gong)任務,高(gao)效完成(cheng)了原定的施工(gong)任務。
大國重(zhong)器,“打(da)洞(dong)能手”盾構機鑿山越水武(wu)力值(zhi)MAX
在地(di)(di)鐵隧道(dao)挖(wa)掘中必然會用(yong)到(dao)一(yi)種能(neng)在地(di)(di)底下(xia)挖(wa)洞的(de)(de)大家伙,這就是專門(men)用(yong)于隧道(dao)掘進的(de)(de)盾(dun)(dun)構機(ji),常(chang)被形(xing)(xing)象(xiang)地(di)(di)稱作地(di)(di)下(xia)穿山甲(jia)。它(ta)是個(ge)重(zhong)達450噸的(de)(de)大塊頭(tou),由刀盤、前盾(dun)(dun)、中盾(dun)(dun)、盾(dun)(dun)尾、拼(pin)裝機(ji)、螺(luo)旋機(ji)、設備橋架、后備臺車(che)等12個(ge)部分組(zu)成,系統驅動為液壓動力(li),使用(yong)10kv高壓配電,具有(you)自動化程度(du)高、節省人力(li)、施工(gong)速度(du)快、一(yi)次成型、不受氣候影響(xiang)、不影響(xiang)隧道(dao)頂路(lu)面交通等特點。地(di)(di)鐵隧道(dao)盾(dun)(dun)構機(ji)能(neng)前面吃(chi)土(tu)后面排土(tu),平均(jun)每天能(neng)在地(di)(di)下(xia)掘進10米,比人工(gong)開挖(wa)的(de)(de)效(xiao)率高高8到(dao)10倍。盾(dun)(dun)構機(ji)運行時(shi)就像一(yi)列能(neng)鉆(zhan)地(di)(di)的(de)(de)火車(che)在運行,它(ta)的(de)(de)工(gong)作原理其實和電動剃須(xu)刀有(you)幾分相似。當(dang)開始(shi)工(gong)作時(shi)它(ta)靠著機(ji)身內的(de)(de)千斤頂給予的(de)(de)動力(li)向前推(tui)動,旋轉(zhuan)刀盤掘開土(tu)層。挖(wa)掘土(tu)層的(de)(de)同時(shi)用(yong)混(hun)凝土(tu)環管(guan)片貼牢,防止土(tu)層塌陷,每次掘進一(yi)環1.2米長,含6塊管(guan)片。而掘進出來的(de)(de)土(tu)則會被螺(luo)旋運輸(shu)機(ji)輸(shu)送到(dao)裝載泥土(tu)的(de)(de)車(che)輛上,運回到(dao)地(di)(di)面,此(ci)后由管(guan)片組(zu)裝機(ji)將盾(dun)(dun)構管(guan)片依次進行拼(pin)裝,就形(xing)(xing)成了一(yi)個(ge)隧道(dao)雛(chu)形(xing)(xing)。
當地鐵遇上文物保護,“同和(he)裕(yu)銀號”整樓平移
“同和(he)(he)裕銀號(hao)(hao)”舊址是徐(xu)(xu)(xu)州(zhou)(zhou)市(shi)僅存(cun)不(bu)多的(de)(de)(de)、兼有(you)西式(shi)建(jian)筑特色(se)的(de)(de)(de)民國建(jian)筑,是市(shi)級文物(wu)(wu)保(bao)護(hu)單位,這座(zuo)(zuo)民國建(jian)筑見證了徐(xu)(xu)(xu)州(zhou)(zhou)金融(rong)機構(gou)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)歷(li)(li)史,見證了徐(xu)(xu)(xu)州(zhou)(zhou)市(shi)經(jing)濟發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)歷(li)(li)史過程。由于(yu)建(jian)筑位置處(chu)于(yu)我(wo)市(shi)正在(zai)修建(jian)的(de)(de)(de)地(di)(di)鐵1號(hao)(hao)線火車(che)(che)站站施工范圍內,因此項(xiang)目部面臨(lin)拆遷(qian)和(he)(he)重建(jian)的(de)(de)(de)抉擇。如(ru)果(guo)異地(di)(di)復建(jian),盡管文物(wu)(wu)本體(ti)存(cun)在(zai),但歷(li)(li)史風貌消失。經(jing)過徐(xu)(xu)(xu)州(zhou)(zhou)市(shi)文物(wu)(wu)部門通過調研論證,借鑒(jian)外地(di)(di)經(jing)驗,實施平(ping)移保(bao)護(hu)方(fang)法,這是唯一的(de)(de)(de)最(zui)佳選擇,既能(neng)夠確保(bao)文物(wu)(wu)保(bao)護(hu)單位的(de)(de)(de)原真(zhen)性和(he)(he)完整(zheng)性,又能(neng)使(shi)遷(qian)移的(de)(de)(de)工程量(liang)(liang)小、時間周期短,“同和(he)(he)裕銀號(hao)(hao)”舊址實施平(ping)移保(bao)護(hu)是徐(xu)(xu)(xu)州(zhou)(zhou)市(shi)不(bu)可移動(dong)(dong)文物(wu)(wu)保(bao)護(hu)方(fang)法上(shang)首次創(chuang)新。 現(xian)場(chang)使(shi)用(yong)三臺SPMT組裝(zhuang)式(shi)自動(dong)(dong)平(ping)板(ban)(ban)車(che)(che)用(yong)來(lai)托(tuo)運平(ping)移樓房,三輛車(che)(che)共計(ji)216個輪胎,可以(yi)輕松承載三層小樓1300噸的(de)(de)(de)重量(liang)(liang),車(che)(che)頭支撐(cheng)樓房的(de)(de)(de)千(qian)斤頂緩(huan)緩(huan)降低后,整(zheng)個樓體(ti)就落(luo)在(zai)車(che)(che)身上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)橘(ju)黃(huang)色(se)千(qian)斤頂上(shang),這些橘(ju)黃(huang)色(se)千(qian)斤頂能(neng)自動(dong)(dong)控制讓樓體(ti)在(zai)拖(tuo)動(dong)(dong)過程中(zhong)保(bao)持水平(ping)狀態,由于(yu)新址位于(yu)現(xian)地(di)(di)點(dian)西北(bei)方(fang)向240米(mi)左右,施工現(xian)場(chang)空間也(ye)受限制,所以(yi)平(ping)板(ban)(ban)車(che)(che)先拖(tuo)動(dong)(dong)整(zheng)座(zuo)(zuo)建(jian)筑先向北(bei)幾十米(mi),再向西近200米(mi),整(zheng)個過程經(jing)過兩(liang)次90度(du)轉彎,最(zui)終安全(quan)將(jiang)銀樓護(hu)送到了“新家”。平(ping)移之后,徐(xu)(xu)(xu)州(zhou)(zhou)“同和(he)(he)裕銀號(hao)(hao)”樓將(jiang)不(bu)再用(yong)于(yu)商業,將(jiang)整(zheng)體(ti)保(bao)護(hu)起來(lai),供市(shi)民、游客參觀。
采用智(zhi)能(neng)監(jian)控系統 實現(xian)施工現(xian)場智(zhi)能(neng)化(hua)管理(li)

49km地(di)下銀龍縱橫,精度誤差只有0.1mm
軌(gui)道(dao)(dao)常被稱作是(shi)地(di)(di)下穿梭的(de)銀龍,這條(tiao)銀龍在地(di)(di)下空(kong)間(jian)輾轉(zhuan)騰(teng)挪,通(tong)(tong)過(guo)(guo)小(xiao)半徑曲(qu)線(xian)、大(da)(da)坡度豎曲(qu)線(xian),經過(guo)(guo)高(gao)(gao)架、明挖段(duan)、盾構(gou)段(duan)等復雜環境(jing)最后達到安全(quan)(quan)、舒適、快速(su)的(de)現代(dai)化(hua)鐵路(lu)和城(cheng)市軌(gui)道(dao)(dao)追求的(de)目標,軌(gui)道(dao)(dao)的(de)平順(shun)性(xing)(xing)直接影(ying)響了(le)客車(che)的(de)安全(quan)(quan)性(xing)(xing)與乘客的(de)舒適度。城(cheng)市軌(gui)道(dao)(dao)交通(tong)(tong)鋪軌(gui)領域(yu),作為(wei)整個(ge)地(di)(di)鐵建設過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)中承上啟(qi)下的(de)關鍵(jian)專業,其施工工效及質量由(you)為(wei)重要(yao)。徐州(zhou)地(di)(di)鐵1號線(xian)采(cai)用高(gao)(gao)速(su)鐵路(lu)軌(gui)道(dao)(dao)控(kong)制(zhi)網(wang)測量技術,研究建立(li)城(cheng)鐵新型CPⅢ軌(gui)道(dao)(dao)測量基礎(chu)控(kong)制(zhi)網(wang),開發成(cheng)套數據(ju)采(cai)集、數據(ju)分析(xi)處理(li)軟件(jian)及軌(gui)道(dao)(dao)精確定位配套測量工裝,建立(li)軌(gui)道(dao)(dao)基礎(chu)控(kong)制(zhi)網(wang)控(kong)制(zhi)點(dian)區(qu)間(jian)布設于管片上,車(che)站(zhan)布設站(zhan)臺(tai)側檐。通(tong)(tong)過(guo)(guo)軌(gui)檢小(xiao)車(che)棱鏡實時反(fan)應軌(gui)道(dao)(dao)狀態,進行精調(diao)(diao)全(quan)(quan)站(zhan)儀自由(you)設站(zhan)后,聯測8對控(kong)制(zhi)點(dian),進行線(xian)路(lu)線(xian)形(xing)定位,全(quan)(quan)站(zhan)儀通(tong)(tong)過(guo)(guo)外接專用電腦(nao),電腦(nao)顯示軌(gui)道(dao)(dao)幾何尺寸狀態與調(diao)(diao)線(xian)調(diao)(diao)坡線(xian)型偏(pian)差,通(tong)(tong)過(guo)(guo)兩者偏(pian)差進行精調(diao)(diao)。將線(xian)路(lu)平順(shun)性(xing)(xing)誤差值(zhi)控(kong)制(zhi)在±0.1mm,大(da)(da)大(da)(da)減(jian)少了(le)后續的(de)運營維護成(cheng)本,提高(gao)(gao)了(le)乘坐舒適度。
34890V電壓撐起地(di)鐵的(de)白天(tian)黑夜
系統機電(dian)(dian)(dian)是地(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)安(an)全(quan)(quan)運營的(de)(de)神經(jing)、血(xue)液和大腦,是地(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)安(an)全(quan)(quan)運營必不(bu)可少的(de)(de)重要(yao)組成。隧(sui)道底部,環網電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)整齊的(de)(de)布(bu)放(fang)在支架上(shang),電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)里時刻傳輸著地(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)全(quan)(quan)部設備(bei)安(an)全(quan)(quan)運行(xing)所需的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)。如果沒有它(ta),地(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)的(de)(de)世界(jie)將是一片漆(qi)黑。隧(sui)道上(shang)部,接觸(chu)(chu)網靜靜的(de)(de)懸掛在電(dian)(dian)(dian)客車上(shang)方(fang),經(jing)過嚴(yan)格測(ce)量計算(suan)的(de)(de)導高拉(la)出(chu)值,保(bao)證與(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)客車的(de)(de)受電(dian)(dian)(dian)弓親密接觸(chu)(chu),為電(dian)(dian)(dian)客車行(xing)駛提(ti)供源源不(bu)斷的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)。集(ji)中(zhong)聯鎖區(qu)(qu),信號設備(bei)交(jiao)替閃爍著紅綠(lv)燈,計算(suan)不(bu)同的(de)(de)邏輯關系,保(bao)障地(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)安(an)全(quan)(quan)運營。列車內(nei)投放(fang)的(de)(de)多媒(mei)體設備(bei)、報時設備(bei)以及乘(cheng)客和工(gong)作人員(yuan)的(de)(de)手機,全(quan)(quan)都有系統機電(dian)(dian)(dian)來(lai)守護(hu)。從(cong)(cong)停(ting)車場、車輛段的(de)(de)柔性(xing)接觸(chu)(chu)網到(dao)隧(sui)道區(qu)(qu)間的(de)(de)剛性(xing)接觸(chu)(chu)網、從(cong)(cong)牽引混(hun)合(he)變(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)所到(dao)跟隨所、從(cong)(cong)集(ji)中(zhong)聯鎖區(qu)(qu)到(dao)非聯鎖區(qu)(qu)、從(cong)(cong)區(qu)(qu)間到(dao)車站,35kV到(dao)110V,34890V電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓讓(rang)地(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)讀(du)懂夜(ye)的(de)(de)黑。

在施工(gong)圍(wei)擋設(she)計(ji)方(fang)面,項(xiang)目結(jie)合(he)當地(di)歷史文(wen)(wen)(wen)化特點(dian),經過與市民充分(fen)溝通,提(ti)煉城市特有的(de)(de)歷史文(wen)(wen)(wen)化元素符號,并開展“校(xiao)企合(he)作”,委(wei)托(tuo)江(jiang)蘇師范大學美術學院(yuan)和(he)中(zhong)國礦業(ye)大學藝術設(she)計(ji)學院(yuan)創意完成了施工(gong)圍(wei)擋方(fang)案(an)。設(she)計(ji)內(nei)(nei)容按赤、橙、黃、綠(lv)、青、藍、紫(zi)七種顏色分(fen)列主題(ti),以透(tou)視的(de)(de)塊狀(zhuang)結(jie)構點(dian)綴有代表性歷史文(wen)(wen)(wen)化景點(dian)照片并突出(chu)顯示(shi)相應站點(dian)剖視效果圖,所用各元素編排有序、內(nei)(nei)在統一。方(fang)案(an)整(zheng)體基調現(xian)代、大氣(qi),能夠體現(xian)徐州市歷史文(wen)(wen)(wen)化名(ming)城特色和(he)軌道交通工(gong)程特點(dian),且(qie)與周(zhou)邊(bian)背景環境(jing)實現(xian)較好的(de)(de)協調融合(he)。圍(wei)擋內(nei)(nei)容嚴(yan)(yan)格(ge)按照“2+1”的(de)(de)模式呈現(xian),即(ji)2個(ge)地(di)鐵(tie)施工(gong)宣(xuan)傳(chuan),1個(ge)公益(yi)(yi)性文(wen)(wen)(wen)化宣(xuan)傳(chuan)。在1號線和(he)2號線共計(ji)60處圍(wei)擋中(zhong),公益(yi)(yi)性文(wen)(wen)(wen)化宣(xuan)傳(chuan)占比三分(fen)之一。內(nei)(nei)容上涵蓋了地(di)鐵(tie)口(kou)號標語、中(zhong)國傳(chuan)統歷史文(wen)(wen)(wen)化及核心價值觀的(de)(de)宣(xuan)傳(chuan)等,嚴(yan)(yan)禁任何(he)商業(ye)性廣告出(chu)現(xian)。各種公益(yi)(yi)宣(xuan)傳(chuan)語朗朗上口(kou),深(shen)入人(ren)心,充分(fen)體現(xian)了徐州市的(de)(de)精神文(wen)(wen)(wen)明內(nei)(nei)涵。
打(da)造省級廉(lian)政建(jian)設(she)示范點,為(wei)項(xiang)目建(jian)設(she)保駕(jia)護航(hang)

地(di)鐵專家手繪工程圖 走紅網(wang)絡引追捧
地(di)鐵建設過(guo)程(cheng)中,還出現(xian)(xian)(xian)這(zhe)么一位老(lao)人(ren),以(yi)(yi)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)、細致精(jing)確的(de)(de)(de)(de)“手(shou)繪工(gong)程(cheng)圖”走紅,讓不(bu)懂工(gong)程(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)人(ren)也能(neng)通過(guo)這(zhe)些手(shou)繪圖片了(le)解(jie)到地(di)鐵隧(sui)(sui)道施(shi)工(gong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)大致過(guo)程(cheng)。年近八旬(xun)的(de)(de)(de)(de)地(di)鐵專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)家(jia)張家(jia)識,是徐(xu)州(zhou)1號線(xian)彭城廣場(chang)(chang)站(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)特聘專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)家(jia),他白天深入徐(xu)州(zhou)地(di)鐵1號線(xian)彭城廣場(chang)(chang)站(zhan)基坑隧(sui)(sui)道,并時(shi)刻(ke)用手(shou)機拍(pai)照,記錄暗挖(wa)隧(sui)(sui)道的(de)(de)(de)(de)情況,下(xia)班后把白天在施(shi)工(gong)現(xian)(xian)(xian)場(chang)(chang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)所見所聞記錄下(xia)來(lai),通過(guo)漫(man)畫的(de)(de)(de)(de)形式(shi)表現(xian)(xian)(xian)出來(lai),展現(xian)(xian)(xian)了(le)“震撼而(er)又(you)接地(di)氣”的(de)(de)(de)(de)徐(xu)州(zhou)地(di)鐵施(shi)工(gong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)場(chang)(chang)景,以(yi)(yi)此向后來(lai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)建設者傳授隧(sui)(sui)道暗挖(wa)的(de)(de)(de)(de)“18字口(kou)訣” ,展現(xian)(xian)(xian)老(lao)一輩設計者的(de)(de)(de)(de)嚴謹態度和“匠人(ren)精(jing)神”。
