豐富傳播方式,講好中車紅色文化故事
紅(hong)色(se)(se)基(ji)因本質上來說(shuo)是(shi)紅(hong)色(se)(se)文化(hua)的觀(guan)念(nian)意識形態(tai),它必(bi)須通過特定的形式和(he)(he)載體才能表(biao)現(xian)出來。要(yao)實現(xian)紅(hong)色(se)(se)基(ji)因的有效傳承(cheng),實現(xian)紅(hong)色(se)(se)文化(hua)的弘(hong)揚傳播,必(bi)須不斷推(tui)動紅(hong)色(se)(se)基(ji)因的形式載體創新和(he)(he)宣傳方式方法的創新。
中(zhong)國(guo)中(zhong)車(che)(che)努力推動紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)色基因表現形式創新(xin),強化(hua)紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)色文化(hua)產(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)譜系建設。一是依(yi)托現有紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)色資源,充(chong)分挖掘利用工業(ye)遺產(chan)(chan)(chan)中(zhong)的(de)紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)色文化(hua)資源,打造愛(ai)國(guo)主義教育基地、機(ji)車(che)(che)工業(ye)展覽(lan)館(guan)、紀(ji)念館(guan)等建設,開發了“長辛店二七(qi)紀(ji)念館(guan)”等特(te)色項目。二是結合重大(da)歷史節點和(he)重要(yao)事件(jian),舉(ju)辦(ban)紀(ji)念活動,如結合新(xin)中(zhong)國(guo)成(cheng)(cheng)立70周(zhou)年(nian)、新(xin)中(zhong)車(che)(che)成(cheng)(cheng)立5周(zhou)年(nian)等事件(jian),舉(ju)辦(ban)大(da)型成(cheng)(cheng)就(jiu)展。三是通過文創作品(pin),倡導內容豐富、形式多樣、理論深厚的(de)紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)色文藝(yi)產(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)。如以(yi)王荷波同志在(zai)中(zhong)國(guo)中(zhong)車(che)(che)開展的(de)工運(yun)史為(wei)題(ti)材,編排了沉(chen)浸(jin)式體驗話劇,以(yi)此教育和(he)引導廣大(da)員工。
中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)中(zhong)(zhong)車(che)努力推(tui)動(dong)紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)色(se)(se)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)傳(chuan)播(bo)方(fang)(fang)式方(fang)(fang)法(fa)創新(xin),提升講故(gu)事水(shui)平和能力。一(yi)是利用(yong)“傳(chuan)統式”載體(ti)。利用(yong)現有(you)(you)宣傳(chuan)教育載體(ti),比如通過媒體(ti)宣傳(chuan)、道德(de)講堂、老黨員(yuan)講故(gu)事、紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)歌(ge)比賽,制作紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)色(se)(se)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)宣傳(chuan)教育材料(liao),組(zu)織撰寫《中(zhong)(zhong)車(che)成(cheng)長之(zhi)道》《解碼中(zhong)(zhong)車(che)紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)色(se)(se)基(ji)因》等(deng)書(shu)(shu),讓中(zhong)(zhong)車(che)員(yuan)工了解中(zhong)(zhong)車(che)的(de)紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)色(se)(se)歷(li)史。二是開展“沉浸式” 教育。采用(yong)情景(jing)黨課、紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)色(se)(se)家(jia)書(shu)(shu)情景(jing)誦(song)讀、瞻(zhan)觀(guan)紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)色(se)(se)遺跡等(deng)形式,通過沉浸式體(ti)驗或儀(yi)式感(gan)的(de)參與,讓員(yuan)工有(you)(you)跨越(yue)時(shi)空、身(shen)臨其(qi)境之(zhi)感(gan),在不(bu)知不(bu)覺(jue)中(zhong)(zhong)受到教育,得到啟發。三是探索“新(xin)媒體(ti)”傳(chuan)播(bo)。目前,中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)中(zhong)(zhong)車(che)正(zheng)圍繞(rao)《解碼中(zhong)(zhong)車(che)紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)色(se)(se)基(ji)因》一(yi)書(shu)(shu),制作系(xi)列(lie)微視頻,用(yong)二維碼將(jiang)書(shu)(shu)與系(xi)列(lie)微視頻鏈(lian)接,在視頻平臺和社(she)交媒體(ti)平臺上傳(chuan)播(bo),呼應書(shu)(shu)籍內(nei)容(rong),形成(cheng)有(you)(you)效傳(chuan)播(bo),并通過系(xi)列(lie)有(you)(you)溫度的(de)移動(dong)端(duan)頁面(mian)加大推(tui)廣。以(yi)“中(zhong)(zhong)車(che)紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)色(se)(se)軌跡”為主題,制作系(xi)列(lie)可(ke)以(yi)互(hu)動(dong)的(de)H5在社(she)交媒體(ti)上投放(fang)傳(chuan)播(bo),以(yi)生動(dong)有(you)(you)趣(qu)的(de)敘述和互(hu)動(dong)點擊瀏(liu)覽的(de)方(fang)(fang)式,帶領(ling)讀者沉浸式閱讀,傳(chuan)播(bo)中(zhong)(zhong)車(che)紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)色(se)(se)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)。
