以建設荊門市農業大數據平臺為抓手,夯實數字化轉型發展基礎

現階段,已建(jian)成“荊(jing)(jing)品(pin)(pin)(pin)名(ming)門”APP2.0,是“荊(jing)(jing)品(pin)(pin)(pin)名(ming)門”優質農(nong)(nong)產(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)(pin)銷(xiao)售(shou)(shou)商城,同時集(ji)(ji)農(nong)(nong)業(ye)(ye)政策信(xin)息發布、農(nong)(nong)產(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)(pin)質量(liang)溯(su)源、便民生活服(fu)務(wu)于一(yi)體(ti)的(de)綜合銷(xiao)售(shou)(shou)平臺。農(nong)(nong)谷(gu)實業(ye)(ye)集(ji)(ji)團(tuan)以“荊(jing)(jing)品(pin)(pin)(pin)名(ming)門”APP2.0為(wei)基礎,通過整(zheng)合各部門涉農(nong)(nong)信(xin)息平臺資源,引進“互(hu)聯網+”產(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)優勢資源,優化(hua)提升(sheng)荊(jing)(jing)門市(shi)農(nong)(nong)業(ye)(ye)大數據平臺功能。一(yi)方面有利于市(shi)委、市(shi)政府統(tong)籌荊(jing)(jing)門市(shi)數字農(nong)(nong)業(ye)(ye)資源,為(wei)全(quan)市(shi)農(nong)(nong)業(ye)(ye)供(gong)給側結構性改(gai)革決策提供(gong)數據支撐;另一(yi)方面為(wei)“荊(jing)(jing)品(pin)(pin)(pin)名(ming)門”品(pin)(pin)(pin)牌建(jian)設(she)搭建(jian)“新銷(xiao)售(shou)(shou)+新金(jin)融(rong)+新產(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)”平臺,提升(sheng)農(nong)(nong)谷(gu)實業(ye)(ye)集(ji)(ji)團(tuan)服(fu)務(wu)鄉村振興戰略實施(shi)的(de)能力。此項目實施(shi),預計三年內培育數字農(nong)(nong)業(ye)(ye)經(jing)(jing)濟產(chan)(chan)值100億元,帶動相(xiang)關數字農(nong)(nong)業(ye)(ye)經(jing)(jing)濟產(chan)(chan)值400億元。
以打造湖北眾農聯總部平臺經濟為重點,推進數字化轉型產業整合
眾(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)農聯項(xiang)目由浙江(jiang)藍(lan)(lan)源(yuan)資本(ben)頂層(ceng)設計,是基于數字農業發展(zhan)的(de)總部平(ping)臺(tai)經濟模(mo)式。此前設計的(de)佛山陶瓷產(chan)業鏈整合服務平(ping)臺(tai)“眾(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)陶聯”,作(zuo)為供給側結(jie)構性改革唯(wei)一(yi)(yi)實(shi)(shi)體案例,收錄進(jin)黨的(de)十(shi)九大獻禮政論片《將改革進(jin)行到底(di)》中;眾(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)農聯落戶(hu)黑龍江(jiang),有效地降低了糧(liang)食種植和(he)加工企業的(de)成(cheng)本(ben),一(yi)(yi)年半內在平(ping)臺(tai)上實(shi)(shi)現糧(liang)食交易額240億元,受到黑龍江(jiang)省(sheng)委、省(sheng)政府的(de)高(gao)度評價(jia)。7月14日,浙江(jiang)省(sheng)委書(shu)記車俊(jun)調(diao)研藍(lan)(lan)源(yuan)資本(ben)在寧波實(shi)(shi)施(shi)的(de)“眾(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)車聯”項(xiang)目,推(tui)廣“眾(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)車聯”產(chan)業互聯網平(ping)臺(tai)新模(mo)式。
農(nong)(nong)谷實業集團(tuan)現已(yi)與眾(zhong)(zhong)農(nong)(nong)聯(lian)(lian)集團(tuan)合(he)(he)作成立了湖(hu)北農(nong)(nong)谷眾(zhong)(zhong)聯(lian)(lian)網絡科(ke)技有限(xian)公(gong)司,在荊門(men)建設(she)湖(hu)北眾(zhong)(zhong)農(nong)(nong)聯(lian)(lian)總(zong)部(bu)(bu)平(ping)(ping)臺(tai)。該項目以“農(nong)(nong)業產業鏈(lian)+產業互聯(lian)(lian)網+多重賦(fu)能(neng)”的(de)核心模式和(he)“B2B+O2O”的(de)整(zheng)體解決(jue)方案,聯(lian)(lian)合(he)(he)湖(hu)北省農(nong)(nong)業產業龍頭(tou)企業,以數字農(nong)(nong)業、總(zong)部(bu)(bu)平(ping)(ping)臺(tai)經濟(ji)的(de)方式面(mian)向(xiang)全(quan)省發起糧(liang)食、畜牧、油菜等8-10個子品(pin)類平(ping)(ping)臺(tai),并搭建云農(nong)(nong)大數據、惠農(nong)(nong)供應(ying)鏈(lian)金融、樂農(nong)(nong)城(cheng)市(shi)營銷、城(cheng)市(shi)中央廚房、農(nong)(nong)嘀嗒(da)智慧物流等3-5個產業賦(fu)能(neng)平(ping)(ping)臺(tai),共同打造(zao)立足荊門(men)、服(fu)務(wu)湖(hu)北、面(mian)向(xiang)全(quan)國乃至(zhi)國際的(de)農(nong)(nong)業產業互聯(lian)(lian)網平(ping)(ping)臺(tai)型總(zong)部(bu)(bu)經濟(ji)。此項目實施,預計三至(zhi)五年內(nei)實現自(zi)身銷售收入500億(yi)元,依托平(ping)(ping)臺(tai)吸引1500億(yi)以上(shang)(shang)流量,年上(shang)(shang)繳稅(shui)收2000萬元以上(shang)(shang),培育打造(zao)1-2家農(nong)(nong)業科(ke)技類上(shang)(shang)市(shi)公(gong)司。
以建設豬八戒網數字農業經濟總部為核心,優化數字化轉型要素配置
豬八戒網由豬八戒網絡科(ke)技(ji)公司運營(ying),建立(li)了(le)網上服(fu)務(wu)交易市(shi)場(chang),解決企業全生(sheng)命周期(qi)1000多種服(fu)務(wu),擁(yong)有共享(xiang)人才1400萬,全球雇主(zhu)1000萬,在全國打造了(le)133個數字科(ke)創園區(qu),一(yi)(yi)線(xian)(xian)和新一(yi)(yi)線(xian)(xian)城市(shi)覆蓋率100%。
為引(yin)進(jin)和利用(yong)(yong)豬(zhu)八(ba)戒(jie)網公(gong)司(si)長期積淀的業(ye)務體(ti)系,優(you)化配置資(zi)源(yuan),農(nong)谷實業(ye)集團(tuan)與豬(zhu)八(ba)戒(jie)網達成合作意向,在荊(jing)門(men)市設立(li)豬(zhu)八(ba)戒(jie)網(荊(jing)門(men))公(gong)司(si),建(jian)設豬(zhu)八(ba)戒(jie)網數(shu)字(zi)農(nong)業(ye)經(jing)濟(ji)(ji)總部項目。該項目主要通過“1+2+1”模(mo)式(shi)建(jian)設,其中“1”指一(yi)個核心(xin)主導:導入智慧農(nong)業(ye)、農(nong)業(ye)服務、農(nong)業(ye)金融等(deng)產(chan)業(ye)資(zi)源(yuan);“2”指“數(shu)字(zi)文(wen)創(chuang)+數(shu)字(zi)科技”;最后一(yi)個“1”指發(fa)揮(hui)歷史文(wen)化、自然(ran)資(zi)源(yuan)等(deng)優(you)勢,利用(yong)(yong)科技手段(duan)和服務產(chan)品(pin)進(jin)行產(chan)業(ye)重塑,為荊(jing)門(men)數(shu)字(zi)產(chan)業(ye)的發(fa)展充實要素保障。此項目實施,豬(zhu)八(ba)戒(jie)網(荊(jing)門(men))公(gong)司(si)正式(shi)營運后可實現(xian)年經(jing)濟(ji)(ji)增加值(zhi)逾5億(yi)元,帶(dai)動數(shu)字(zi)經(jing)濟(ji)(ji)產(chan)值(zhi)100億(yi)元,實現(xian)和帶(dai)動稅收3000萬元,帶(dai)動上下游產(chan)業(ye)生態鏈企業(ye)180家(jia)左右,實現(xian)直接就業(ye)800人(ren)以上。
