中國化學工程集團有限公司:科技創新驅動高質量發展

摘要:中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)化學工程(cheng)積極實施創新驅動發(fa)展戰略,從規劃頂層設(she)計、科(ke)技(ji)(ji)(ji)創新機(ji)制建(jian)(jian)設(she)、科(ke)技(ji)(ji)(ji)創新平臺建(jian)(jian)設(she)、科(ke)技(ji)(ji)(ji)人(ren)才隊伍建(jian)(jian)設(she)等方面積極采取各(ge)項(xiang)措施,努力攻克相(xiang)關“卡(ka)脖子”技(ji)(ji)(ji)術難題,其中(zhong)(zhong)自主研發(fa)的“卡(ka)脖子”技(ji)(ji)(ji)術—己二腈產(chan)品技(ji)(ji)(ji)術,打(da)破了國(guo)外技(ji)(ji)(ji)術封鎖,目前正(zheng)在建(jian)(jian)設(she)工業(ye)(ye)規模示范裝(zhuang)置,項(xiang)目建(jian)(jian)成后將徹(che)底改變我(wo)國(guo)尼(ni)龍66系列產(chan)品受制于(yu)人(ren)的局面;研發(fa)的“五復(fu)合(he)橡膠(jiao)(jiao)擠出(chu)機(ji)組”,獲(huo)批2019年(nian)發(fa)改委(wei)專項(xiang),目前正(zheng)在投資建(jian)(jian)設(she)高(gao)(gao)端智能橡機(ji)裝(zhuang)備產(chan)業(ye)(ye)基地(di);聯合(he)研發(fa)的“特(te)種(zhong)高(gao)(gao)性能橡膠(jiao)(jiao)復(fu)合(he)材料關鍵(jian)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術及工程(cheng)應用”項(xiang)目獲(huo)2019年(nian)國(guo)家科(ke)技(ji)(ji)(ji)進步二等獎;科(ke)技(ji)(ji)(ji)創新驅動中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)化學工程(cheng)高(gao)(gao)質(zhi)量(liang)發(fa)展初見成效(xiao)。

中(zhong)(zhong)國化學工程(cheng)高度重視技(ji)術(shu)研(yan)發攻(gong)(gong)關工作,面向國家和(he)行業發展亟需(xu)解決的“卡脖(bo)子(zi)”技(ji)術(shu),圍繞國家創(chuang)新(xin)驅(qu)動發展戰略(lve)和(he)公(gong)司“三年(nian)(nian)五年(nian)(nian)規(gui)劃、十(shi)年(nian)(nian)三十(shi)年(nian)(nian)愿(yuan)景(jing)目標”中(zhong)(zhong)長期發展戰略(lve),積極落實公(gong)司企(qi)業負責人工作會議要求,采取多(duo)元化創(chuang)新(xin)模式持(chi)續推進相關“卡脖(bo)子(zi)”技(ji)術(shu)的研(yan)發和(he)攻(gong)(gong)關,努力(li)掌握核心關鍵技(ji)術(shu),培育和(he)增強企(qi)業核心競爭力(li),為中(zhong)(zhong)國化學工程(cheng)轉型升級和(he)高質量發展提供有力(li)支(zhi)撐。

責任行動PART 02

(一)加強科技創新規劃頂層設計

中(zhong)國化學工程(cheng)深入研究國家(jia)、行業(ye)科技(ji)(ji)創(chuang)(chuang)新政策及相關規劃(hua),分析行業(ye)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)形勢(shi)、各企業(ye)科技(ji)(ji)和實(shi)業(ye)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)現狀,借鑒先進企業(ye)科技(ji)(ji)創(chuang)(chuang)新和實(shi)業(ye)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)經驗,組(zu)織編(bian)制了(le)“三年五年規劃(hua)、十年三十年愿景目標(biao)”中(zhong)長期發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)戰略(lve)——科技(ji)(ji)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)子戰略(lve)和實(shi)業(ye)子戰略(lve),完善了(le)中(zhong)國化學工程(cheng)創(chuang)(chuang)新引(yin)領發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)的藍(lan)圖(tu)。

其中,科技發(fa)(fa)(fa)展子戰(zhan)略明確(que)未來科技發(fa)(fa)(fa)展目(mu)標(biao),將中國化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)學(xue)工程傳(chuan)統技術優勢與轉型升(sheng)級發(fa)(fa)(fa)展需求有機結合,研究(jiu)確(que)立了(le)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)工新材料及(ji)高(gao)端化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)學(xue)品、化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)工石(shi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、綠色(se)環保(bao)、清(qing)潔能(neng)源、現代(dai)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)施工等(deng)創新重(zhong)點領域,確(que)立重(zhong)點研發(fa)(fa)(fa)項目(mu)75項。

實業(ye)(ye)子戰略(lve)研(yan)究確立(li)了以己內酰胺(an)和(he)己二腈為(wei)核心的化工新材料(liao)產(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)、固(gu)(危)廢(fei)處理(li)等(deng)綠(lv)色環保產(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)、氫能產(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)等(deng)重點產(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)發展(zhan)(zhan)路徑,初(chu)步規劃了實業(ye)(ye)板(ban)塊的發展(zhan)(zhan)思路和(he)發展(zhan)(zhan)路徑。

(二)加強科技創新機制建設

不(bu)斷探索和完(wan)善企業(ye)(ye)的科技創新機制建設。中(zhong)國化學工程編制《科技創新項目(mu)管(guan)理(li)辦法(fa)(fa)(試行)》,明確(que)不(bu)同類型項目(mu)的分類管(guan)理(li)方法(fa)(fa),提升(sheng)項目(mu)實施質量和管(guan)理(li)水平(ping);編制《科研(yan)職級序(xu)列管(guan)理(li)辦法(fa)(fa)》,建立科研(yan)人員職業(ye)(ye)管(guan)理(li)體系(xi),暢通科研(yan)人員職業(ye)(ye)發展通道;修訂并發布了《技術(shu)標準管(guan)理(li)辦法(fa)(fa)》,優化了技術(shu)標準管(guan)理(li)流程。

推(tui)動(dong)各(ge)企業結合各(ge)自實際(ji)情況,在研(yan)發活(huo)動(dong)中(zhong)和技(ji)(ji)術管(guan)(guan)理(li)工(gong)(gong)作中(zhong)不斷完善技(ji)(ji)術創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)制(zhi)度(du)建設,如:中(zhong)國(guo)化(hua)(hua)學工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)所屬(shu)(shu)天(tian)辰公(gong)司(si)完善以課題制(zhi)為核心(xin)的(de)(de)(de)研(yan)發項(xiang)目管(guan)(guan)理(li)制(zhi)度(du),有效激(ji)(ji)發了(le)(le)研(yan)發人員的(de)(de)(de)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)熱情;中(zhong)國(guo)化(hua)(hua)學工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)所屬(shu)(shu)五環(huan)公(gong)司(si)修訂(ding)了(le)(le)《技(ji)(ji)術創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)項(xiang)目過程(cheng)(cheng)管(guan)(guan)理(li)規定》等(deng)一系(xi)列(lie)制(zhi)度(du),進一步(bu)提(ti)升(sheng)對(dui)技(ji)(ji)術創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)的(de)(de)(de)精(jing)細化(hua)(hua)管(guan)(guan)理(li);中(zhong)國(guo)化(hua)(hua)學工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)所屬(shu)(shu)七公(gong)司(si)修訂(ding)了(le)(le)《技(ji)(ji)術創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)項(xiang)目(課題)管(guan)(guan)理(li)辦法(fa)》等(deng)9個(ge)研(yan)發管(guan)(guan)理(li)制(zhi)度(du),完善了(le)(le)科技(ji)(ji)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)項(xiang)目的(de)(de)(de)全過程(cheng)(cheng)管(guan)(guan)理(li);中(zhong)國(guo)化(hua)(hua)學工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)所屬(shu)(shu)十一公(gong)司(si)修訂(ding)了(le)(le)《技(ji)(ji)術創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)管(guan)(guan)理(li)辦法(fa)》,分類明確了(le)(le)獎勵標準,建立了(le)(le)詳細的(de)(de)(de)激(ji)(ji)勵措(cuo)施。

(三)推進科技創新平臺建設

積極推(tui)(tui)動集團內(nei)外部(bu)創(chuang)新平(ping)臺建(jian)設。推(tui)(tui)動建(jian)立中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國化(hua)學(xue)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)科學(xue)技術(shu)研究(jiu)院(yuan)(yuan),正式成立研究(jiu)總院(yuan)(yuan)和日本分(fen)院(yuan)(yuan)。通過(guo)開(kai)展專業(ye)(ye)化(hua)、市場化(hua)選(xuan)聘(pin),引進了(le)德國BASF、日本三菱化(hua)學(xue)、國內(nei)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)科院(yuan)(yuan)多個研究(jiu)所的高端科研人才(cai)。穩步推(tui)(tui)進各企業(ye)(ye)創(chuang)新平(ping)臺建(jian)設。獲得國家(jia)(jia)(jia)企業(ye)(ye)技術(shu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)1家(jia)(jia)(jia)、省級(ji)(ji)企業(ye)(ye)技術(shu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)家(jia)(jia)(jia)、省級(ji)(ji)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)技術(shu)研究(jiu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)1家(jia)(jia)(jia);獲得高新技術(shu)企業(ye)(ye)認定1家(jia)(jia)(jia)。截(jie)至目(mu)前,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國化(hua)學(xue)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)共(gong)有12家(jia)(jia)(jia)國家(jia)(jia)(jia)級(ji)(ji)企業(ye)(ye)技術(shu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)、1家(jia)(jia)(jia)國家(jia)(jia)(jia)能源研發中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)、5家(jia)(jia)(jia)省級(ji)(ji)企業(ye)(ye)技術(shu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)、8家(jia)(jia)(jia)省級(ji)(ji)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)技術(shu)研究(jiu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)、18家(jia)(jia)(jia)國家(jia)(jia)(jia)高新技術(shu)企業(ye)(ye)、6家(jia)(jia)(jia)國家(jia)(jia)(jia)級(ji)(ji)博士后科研工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)站。

持續(xu)推進(jin)集團和企(qi)業(ye)層(ceng)面(mian)的(de)產(chan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)研協(xie)同(tong)創新(xin)。中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)學(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程煤化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)工(gong)(gong)(gong)聯盟活躍度獲(huo)(huo)得科(ke)技(ji)部(bu)認可,在首(shou)屆“創新(xin)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)2018年(nian)度評選”活動中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)榮獲(huo)(huo)創新(xin)服務(wu)平臺(tai)獎。中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)學(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程與(yu)(yu)(yu)華(hua)(hua)東理工(gong)(gong)(gong)大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)、湘(xiang)潭大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)等(deng)(deng)開展技(ji)術(shu)合作,分別申報科(ke)技(ji)部(bu)國(guo)(guo)家重點專項(xiang);與(yu)(yu)(yu)北京(jing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)工(gong)(gong)(gong)大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)、清(qing)華(hua)(hua)大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)等(deng)(deng),圍繞化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)工(gong)(gong)(gong)新(xin)材(cai)料(liao)技(ji)術(shu)合作、人才培養和交流等(deng)(deng)方面(mian)推進(jin)戰略(lve)合作。中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)學(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程所(suo)(suo)屬(shu)(shu)東華(hua)(hua)公(gong)(gong)司聯合中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鹽(yan)紅四(si)方開發草酰胺關鍵(jian)技(ji)術(shu),已獲(huo)(huo)安徽省科(ke)技(ji)重大(da)(da)專項(xiang);中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)學(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程所(suo)(suo)屬(shu)(shu)五環公(gong)(gong)司與(yu)(yu)(yu)大(da)(da)連化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)物所(suo)(suo)共同(tong)開發甲基丙烯腈技(ji)術(shu);中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)學(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程所(suo)(suo)屬(shu)(shu)華(hua)(hua)陸公(gong)(gong)司與(yu)(yu)(yu)四(si)川中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)物材(cai)料(liao)共同(tong)開展ASA樹脂(zhi)合成中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)試研發工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,建設5000噸/年(nian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)生產(chan)項(xiang)目;中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)學(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程所(suo)(suo)屬(shu)(shu)科(ke)研院(yuan)與(yu)(yu)(yu)上(shang)海化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)工(gong)(gong)(gong)研究院(yuan)簽定彈(dan)性聚乙(yi)烯項(xiang)目合作協(xie)議,共同(tong)推動我國(guo)(guo)在高性能聚烯烴材(cai)料(liao)領域“卡脖子”問題的(de)解決。

(四)加強科技人才隊伍和創新文化建設

中國化學工(gong)程(cheng)采取(qu)多種措施,積極推(tui)進(jin)科(ke)(ke)(ke)技人(ren)(ren)才隊(dui)伍(wu)和(he)創新文化建(jian)設。在集(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)層面,推(tui)動(dong)“一十百千(qian)”人(ren)(ren)才計劃落地,組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)開展集(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)首席科(ke)(ke)(ke)學家(jia)、集(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)級(ji)科(ke)(ke)(ke)學家(jia)、院(yuan)士培(pei)(pei)養(yang)(yang)對象(xiang)、全國工(gong)程(cheng)勘(kan)察設計大師(shi)培(pei)(pei)養(yang)(yang)對象(xiang)的評選工(gong)作,評選出(chu)集(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)首席科(ke)(ke)(ke)學家(jia)1名(ming)、集(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)級(ji)科(ke)(ke)(ke)學家(jia)1名(ming);組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)推(tui)薦(jian)兩院(yuan)院(yuan)士、全國工(gong)程(cheng)勘(kan)察設計大師(shi)、中華技能(neng)大獎(jiang)(jiang)培(pei)(pei)養(yang)(yang)對象(xiang)共計64人(ren)(ren),將(jiang)逐年(nian)定期更新。評選出(chu)6名(ming)近三(san)年(nian)“科(ke)(ke)(ke)技創新突出(chu)貢獻工(gong)作者(zhe)”進(jin)行(xing)表(biao)彰,未來將(jiang)持續對科(ke)(ke)(ke)研崗位的優秀人(ren)(ren)才進(jin)行(xing)嘉獎(jiang)(jiang)。以科(ke)(ke)(ke)研院(yuan)為試點,出(chu)臺《管(guan)理(li)層人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)管(guan)理(li)指(zhi)導意(yi)見(jian)》《員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)管(guan)理(li)指(zhi)導意(yi)見(jian)》《薪酬管(guan)理(li)指(zhi)導意(yi)見(jian)》《項(xiang)目收益(yi)分紅激勵(li)管(guan)理(li)指(zhi)導意(yi)見(jian)》,建(jian)立與(yu)市場接軌、具有吸(xi)引力的科(ke)(ke)(ke)技人(ren)(ren)才薪酬機(ji)制(zhi)。組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)開展創新驅動(dong)年(nian)活動(dong),積極營造全員(yuan)(yuan)參與(yu)創新的氛圍。

各(ge)企業積極(ji)推(tui)進創新人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)隊伍(wu)和創新文化建設。其中:中國化學工(gong)程所屬東華公司開展技(ji)術(shu)(shu)研發建議、方向(xiang)及課題征集活(huo)動,對選(xuan)(xuan)出(chu)的課題給予獎勵,調動了全員(yuan)參與創新的積極(ji)性;中國化學工(gong)程所屬華陸公司選(xuan)(xuan)拔(ba)出(chu)高端(duan)領(ling)軍人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)、專(zhuan)(zhuan)業技(ji)術(shu)(shu)帶頭(tou)人(ren)(ren)、青(qing)年骨干(gan)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)三支人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)梯隊及培養對象200余人(ren)(ren),形(xing)成(cheng)公司骨干(gan)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)庫(ku);中國化學工(gong)程所屬十四公司積極(ji)推(tui)動人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)梯隊建設,組織開展專(zhuan)(zhuan)業領(ling)軍人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)評(ping)(ping)選(xuan)(xuan)工(gong)作,評(ping)(ping)選(xuan)(xuan)出(chu)10名專(zhuan)(zhuan)業領(ling)軍人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai),形(xing)成(cheng)公司高端(duan)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)庫(ku)。

中國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)化學(xue)工(gong)(gong)程穩步(bu)推進(jin)重點研發(fa)(fa)項(xiang)目(mu)的實施。其中:自主(zhu)研發(fa)(fa)的中美貿(mao)易(yi)戰“卡脖(bo)子”技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)—己(ji)二腈產(chan)(chan)(chan)品技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu),打破了國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)外(wai)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)封鎖,目(mu)前(qian)正(zheng)(zheng)在(zai)(zai)山(shan)東(dong)淄博齊(qi)魯(lu)工(gong)(gong)業園投(tou)資建(jian)設工(gong)(gong)業規模示范裝置(zhi);開發(fa)(fa)的高溫(wen)垃圾氣(qi)化技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)與武(wu)漢氫(qing)陽(yang)常溫(wen)常壓(ya)氫(qing)油(you)儲運技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)進(jin)行耦合(he)(he),已(yi)建(jian)成(cheng)千(qian)噸級(ji)儲油(you)生產(chan)(chan)(chan)裝置(zhi),正(zheng)(zheng)在(zai)(zai)全(quan)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)多(duo)地積極推廣(guang)垃圾氣(qi)化制(zhi)氫(qing)項(xiang)目(mu);聯(lian)(lian)(lian)合(he)(he)研發(fa)(fa)和應用(yong)超(chao)臨界(jie)流體技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu),制(zhi)備高效保溫(wen)材料(liao)納米級(ji)硅基氣(qi)凝(ning)膠(jiao),正(zheng)(zheng)在(zai)(zai)投(tou)資建(jian)設年(nian)產(chan)(chan)(chan)5萬方氣(qi)凝(ning)膠(jiao)項(xiang)目(mu);聯(lian)(lian)(lian)合(he)(he)研發(fa)(fa)的回轉爐粉(fen)煤熱(re)解工(gong)(gong)藝技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu),一次性投(tou)料(liao)試車成(cheng)功,產(chan)(chan)(chan)出合(he)(he)格(ge)產(chan)(chan)(chan)品,并通過石化聯(lian)(lian)(lian)合(he)(he)會組織的科技(ji)成(cheng)果鑒定,技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)達到國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)際(ji)領(ling)先水(shui)平;參與開發(fa)(fa)低成(cheng)本丁二酸(suan)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu),已(yi)完成(cheng)實驗室小(xiao)試,可(ke)(ke)推動可(ke)(ke)降解塑(su)料(liao)PBS(聚丁二酸(suan)丁二醇酯)替代石油(you)基塑(su)料(liao),解決白色污染(ran)問(wen)題;研發(fa)(fa)的“五(wu)復合(he)(he)橡膠(jiao)擠出機(ji)組”,獲批(pi)2019年(nian)發(fa)(fa)改委專項(xiang),目(mu)前(qian)正(zheng)(zheng)在(zai)(zai)桂林(lin)投(tou)資建(jian)設高端智能(neng)橡機(ji)裝備產(chan)(chan)(chan)業基地;聯(lian)(lian)(lian)合(he)(he)研發(fa)(fa)的“特種高性能(neng)橡膠(jiao)復合(he)(he)材料(liao)關鍵技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)及工(gong)(gong)程應用(yong)”項(xiang)目(mu)獲2019年(nian)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)家科技(ji)進(jin)步(bu)二等獎;國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)內(nei)首創大(da)型火力發(fa)(fa)電間冷鋼塔建(jian)造技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu),已(yi)在(zai)(zai)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)內(nei)多(duo)個電站成(cheng)功應用(yong);聯(lian)(lian)(lian)合(he)(he)研制(zhi)的全(quan)位置(zhi)自動糾偏(pian)焊(han)接機(ji)器人,在(zai)(zai)寧夏寶豐(feng)年(nian)產(chan)(chan)(chan)60萬噸烯烴項(xiang)目(mu)中應用(yong)。

(二)科技創新成果豐碩

中國化學工(gong)程不斷提高知識(shi)產權的(de)創造、應用和(he)保護能力,在主營業(ye)務相關的(de)重點(dian)領域(yu)形成了(le)一(yi)批核(he)心專(zhuan)利(li)技術和(he)專(zhuan)有技術,獲得國家知識(shi)產權局認(ren)可,被認(ren)定(ding)為國家知識(shi)產權示范企業(ye)。

2019年,共獲得國家(jia)授權專利(li)280項(xiang)(xiang),其中發明(ming)專利(li)104項(xiang)(xiang),獲得國家(jia)和(he)(he)省(sheng)(sheng)部(bu)級專利(li)獎(jiang)5項(xiang)(xiang),獲得國家(jia)和(he)(he)省(sheng)(sheng)部(bu)級科(ke)技(ji)進(jin)步獎(jiang)共計(ji)6項(xiang)(xiang),專有(you)技(ji)術認定(ding)(ding)(ding)16項(xiang)(xiang),省(sheng)(sheng)部(bu)級工(gong)法認定(ding)(ding)(ding)28項(xiang)(xiang)。發布國家(jia)標準(zhun)2項(xiang)(xiang),牽頭制定(ding)(ding)(ding)《化(hua)工(gong)園(yuan)區(qu)開(kai)發和(he)(he)建(jian)設導則》團(tuan)體標準(zhun)及園(yuan)區(qu)配套系列標準(zhun),承擔(dan)工(gong)業和(he)(he)信息化(hua)部(bu)《化(hua)工(gong)園(yuan)區(qu)建(jian)設標準(zhun)規范(fan)研究》課(ke)題研究,組織推進(jin)《國際工(gong)程建(jian)設項(xiang)(xiang)目管理》系列團(tuan)體標準(zhun)的編(bian)制工(gong)作,提升行業話(hua)語權。

(三)科技成果轉化速度加快

中國化學工程不斷加(jia)快技(ji)術(shu)(shu)創新成果向經營成果轉化的速度,為企業帶來新的利(li)潤增長點。其中:依托綠色己內酰胺(an)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)、環氧丙烷技(ji)術(shu)(shu)承攬(lan)(lan)福建(jian)永榮100萬(wan)(wan)噸(dun)(dun)/年(nian)己內酰胺(an)一體化項目(mu)、山東清河化工30萬(wan)(wan)/噸(dun)(dun)年(nian)雙氧水法(fa)(fa)環氧丙烷項目(mu)等,帶動合(he)(he)同額29億元;依托乙(yi)二(er)(er)醇(chun)(chun)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)承攬(lan)(lan)開灤(luan)、鯤鵬等兩個乙(yi)二(er)(er)醇(chun)(chun)項目(mu),獲得技(ji)術(shu)(shu)轉讓費1255萬(wan)(wan)元;依托半(ban)水-二(er)(er)水磷酸技(ji)術(shu)(shu)、高效(xiao)低能耗(hao)尿(niao)素技(ji)術(shu)(shu)、乙(yi)二(er)(er)醇(chun)(chun)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)承攬(lan)(lan)宜都興發化工300萬(wan)(wan)噸(dun)(dun)/年(nian)低品(pin)位(wei)膠磷礦選礦及深(shen)加(jia)工項目(mu)濕法(fa)(fa)磷酸裝(zhuang)置、云南(nan)祥豐(feng)石化年(nian)產50萬(wan)(wan)噸(dun)(dun)尿(niao)基有(you)機復合(he)(he)肥項目(mu)、哈(ha)密(mi)廣匯環保荒煤氣綜合(he)(he)利(li)用(yong)年(nian)產40萬(wan)(wan)噸(dun)(dun)乙(yi)二(er)(er)醇(chun)(chun)項目(mu)等,獲得使用(yong)許可費9260萬(wan)(wan)元。
