“長(chang)松大哥的(de)(de)(de)桌面上始終擺滿了書,不(bu)(bu)管是(shi)行(xing)業內的(de)(de)(de)還(huan)是(shi)行(xing)業外的(de)(de)(de),只要是(shi)他感興(xing)趣的(de)(de)(de)領域,他都(dou)愿意去翻一翻,學(xue)一學(xue)。”提到李長(chang)松,小劉止不(bu)(bu)住地稱贊。在同(tong)事眼里,李長(chang)松總(zong)是(shi)對行(xing)業研究有著一種狂熱(re)之(zhi)情,這股熱(re)情似(si)乎永遠也澆不(bu)(bu)滅,成為他不(bu)(bu)斷向前的(de)(de)(de)動力(li)。
第一次(ci)接觸李長(chang)松的(de)人,或多(duo)或少會覺得(de)他有些(xie)“悶悶的(de)”,話(hua)不多(duo)但(dan)提到工(gong)作、研究(jiu)眼里總閃爍(shuo)著熱忱與執著。李長(chang)松是哈爾濱鐵塔的(de)動(dong)力(li)配套(tao)維護高級經理,今年是他在通信行業(ye)里摸滾打爬的(de)第24個(ge)年頭,“我(wo)從上學開(kai)始(shi)就(jiu)是搞得(de)這(zhe)行,畢業(ye)后就(jiu)選擇了與專業(ye)對口的(de)行業(ye),所以一干(gan)(gan)就(jiu)干(gan)(gan)到了現(xian)在。”
書要會看,也要會用
對于李長(chang)松(song)而言,多翻書、多思考是興(xing)趣使然,也是工作需要。“這(zhe)個行業(ye),我們的(de)工作看似(si)簡單,但隨(sui)著一(yi)點點深入會(hui)(hui)越(yue)來越(yue)難。隨(sui)著年齡的(de)增長(chang)是會(hui)(hui)積累一(yi)些東(dong)西,然而永遠也趕不上最新的(de),所以需要不斷學(xue)(xue)習(xi)不停學(xue)(xue)習(xi)。”
學習不僅(jin)僅(jin)局限(xian)于書本,也要(yao)將理(li)論(lun)付諸實踐(jian),這是李(li)長(chang)松(song)工(gong)作(zuo)多(duo)年最大(da)的(de)體會。多(duo)年前(qian),他(ta)和(he)一(yi)位老(lao)師傅憑借(jie)雙手與已有的(de)理(li)論(lun)知識、過往經驗,參考國外技術(shu)(shu)為一(yi)臺(tai)800千瓦(wa)的(de)大(da)型發電機做(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)了散(san)熱水(shui)(shui)(shui)箱,“這是很久以(yi)前(qian)的(de)事情(qing)了,原(yuan)來(lai)這種機器(qi)是放船上(shang)用的(de),一(yi)般都(dou)會有水(shui)(shui)(shui)箱來(lai)散(san)熱。”李(li)長(chang)松(song)回憶道,“但(dan)那時(shi)(shi)候(hou)我(wo)們(men)那臺(tai)沒(mei)有水(shui)(shui)(shui)箱,我(wo)們(men)得自(zi)己弄(nong)一(yi)個(ge)(ge)大(da)水(shui)(shui)(shui)箱來(lai)進行(xing)散(san)熱冷卻。但(dan)當時(shi)(shi)因為技術(shu)(shu)有限(xian),依靠(kao)國外的(de)技術(shu)(shu)需要(yao)50萬,這50萬僅(jin)僅(jin)是材料(liao)費。后來(lai)我(wo)和(he)一(yi)位老(lao)師傅琢(zhuo)磨了兩個(ge)(ge)月,自(zi)己做(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)了一(yi)個(ge)(ge)(水(shui)(shui)(shui)箱),把(ba)機器(qi)拆(chai)了,里邊的(de)管路也自(zi)己改裝,連螺(luo)絲什(shen)么的(de)都(dou)是自(zi)己弄(nong),焊(han)接配件,等等,一(yi)共花了不到5萬塊。”雖然時(shi)(shi)隔多(duo)年,但(dan)再度提起,李(li)長(chang)松(song)卻記憶猶(you)新。“做(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)完以(yi)后運(yun)行(xing)也都(dou)可以(yi),我(wo)們(men)都(dou)很開心,整個(ge)(ge)人都(dou)輕松(song)起來(lai)了。”
遇到問題,就要解決問題
“長松(song)大(da)哥做(zuo)(zuo)事(shi)(shi)穩(wen)(wen)當,愛‘較真’,遇到(dao)(dao)問(wen)(wen)題一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)定想方(fang)設法(fa)解決,感覺(jue)有(you)(you)(you)(you)他在(zai)就(jiu)(jiu)沒(mei)有(you)(you)(you)(you)什么解決不了(le)的(de)(de)問(wen)(wen)題,和他一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)起工(gong)作很(hen)踏實(shi)也很(hen)放心。”“穩(wen)(wen)當”“較真”,是(shi)(shi)同事(shi)(shi)給(gei)李長松(song)的(de)(de)第二個(ge)(ge)評價。做(zuo)(zuo)好(hao)自(zi)己的(de)(de)工(gong)作,有(you)(you)(you)(you)問(wen)(wen)題就(jiu)(jiu)想方(fang)設法(fa)解決它,這個(ge)(ge)信條從剛畢(bi)業(ye)那(nei)會兒起,李長松(song)堅持(chi)到(dao)(dao)了(le)現在(zai),久而久之,大(da)家都覺(jue)得(de)他做(zuo)(zuo)事(shi)(shi)“穩(wen)(wen)當”。鐵塔公(gong)(gong)司成(cheng)(cheng)立初期(qi)在(zai)與三家電(dian)(dian)信運營商進(jin)行(xing)(xing)資產交割時(shi),需要對蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)組(zu)(zu)狀況進(jin)行(xing)(xing)技(ji)(ji)術甄別,這關乎國有(you)(you)(you)(you)資產的(de)(de)保值(zhi)增值(zhi)。在(zai)清查過程中,各(ge)個(ge)(ge)專業(ye)組(zu)(zu)隊員抬(tai)著30多公(gong)(gong)斤重(zhong)的(de)(de)測試(shi)(shi)儀,對轄區(qu)內近萬座基站(zhan)機房一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)組(zu)(zu)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)組(zu)(zu)地測試(shi)(shi)蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)數(shu)(shu)據。“每個(ge)(ge)基站(zhan)都有(you)(you)(you)(you)蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi),數(shu)(shu)量龐大(da),但質量、使用(yong)(yong)(yong)情況是(shi)(shi)好(hao)是(shi)(shi)壞(huai)沒(mei)法(fa)區(qu)分,影(ying)響日后維護工(gong)作,時(shi)間緊(jin)任務重(zhong),原來傳統(tong)的(de)(de)方(fang)法(fa)在(zai)基站(zhan)上對電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)檢(jian)測一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)(ge)基站(zhan)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)測就(jiu)(jiu)得(de)耗(hao)費一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)天至兩天時(shi)間,速度非常慢,來不及。” 用(yong)(yong)(yong)什么辦(ban)法(fa)能(neng)(neng)(neng)快速判斷(duan)蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)好(hao)壞(huai)?有(you)(you)(you)(you)沒(mei)有(you)(you)(you)(you)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)種測試(shi)(shi)儀既能(neng)(neng)(neng)快速判斷(duan)還便(bian)(bian)于(yu)攜帶(dai)?苦(ku)思冥想后,李長松(song)利用(yong)(yong)(yong)自(zi)身多年積累的(de)(de)技(ji)(ji)術經驗,嘗試(shi)(shi)自(zi)己動手制作測試(shi)(shi)儀。“從設計(ji)到(dao)(dao)測試(shi)(shi)驗證再到(dao)(dao)最后成(cheng)(cheng)型,我(wo)們(men)用(yong)(yong)(yong)了(le)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)(ge)半月(yue)的(de)(de)時(shi)間。”圖紙是(shi)(shi)大(da)家一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)起畫的(de)(de),材料(liao)是(shi)(shi)現買的(de)(de),線路是(shi)(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)根(gen)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)根(gen)搭上的(de)(de)……“我(wo)們(men)在(zai)市場上采購(gou)表殼、內部元件(jian)后自(zi)己加(jia)(jia)工(gong),做(zuo)(zuo)出(chu)了(le)雛形。一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)開始做(zuo)(zuo)好(hao)后雖然各(ge)方(fang)面運行(xing)(xing)良好(hao),但運行(xing)(xing)過程中散熱量大(da),而且也不易便(bian)(bian)攜。”為了(le)讓(rang)設備更(geng)便(bian)(bian)于(yu)攜帶(dai),李長松(song)又和同事(shi)(shi)加(jia)(jia)班加(jia)(jia)點改進(jin)方(fang)案,優化(hua)樣(yang)本。最終(zhong),兩款(kuan)具有(you)(you)(you)(you)存儲、定位及遠(yuan)程抄送功(gong)能(neng)(neng)(neng)的(de)(de)蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)綜合測試(shi)(shi)儀(LJCT-Ⅲ、LJCT-IV)誕生。該種儀器(qi)可在(zai)短時(shi)間內迅速判斷(duan)蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)性能(neng)(neng)(neng),操(cao)作簡便(bian)(bian)、工(gong)作量小、測試(shi)(shi)歷(li)時(shi)短、經濟實(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)、數(shu)(shu)據準確(que),在(zai)哈爾濱資產清查工(gong)作中獲得(de)了(le)廣泛使用(yong)(yong)(yong)、發揮了(le)重(zhong)要的(de)(de)作用(yong)(yong)(yong),并獲得(de)多項國家專利。
“基(ji)站(zhan)(zhan)微網(wang)(wang)化共享(xiang)”改造(zao)方(fang)案是李(li)長松(song)為(wei)(wei)了解決工(gong)作中遇到的(de)難題(ti)設(she)(she)(she)計(ji)的(de)又一(yi)款行之有效的(de)方(fang)案。基(ji)站(zhan)(zhan)遇到停電(dian)(dian)(dian)需(xu)要到每個基(ji)站(zhan)(zhan)進行人工(gong)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)補(bu)給電(dian)(dian)(dian)力,人員、車輛(liang)、發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)等需(xu)要耗(hao)費(fei)大量(liang)的(de)成本(ben),且運輸途中也耗(hao)費(fei)一(yi)定的(de)時間(jian),為(wei)(wei)了盡可能降低(di)成本(ben),提(ti)高(gao)效率,李(li)長松(song)設(she)(she)(she)計(ji)出“基(ji)站(zhan)(zhan)微網(wang)(wang)化共享(xiang)”改造(zao)方(fang)案,該方(fang)案由(you)1個微網(wang)(wang)節(jie)點(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)和N個微網(wang)(wang)共享(xiang)站(zhan)(zhan)組成基(ji)站(zhan)(zhan)微網(wang)(wang)單元,共享(xiang)站(zhan)(zhan)不(bu)配備蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池組,市電(dian)(dian)(dian)中斷時由(you)節(jie)點(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)提(ti)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)力保障,無需(xu)油機(ji)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)保障。“這就好比設(she)(she)(she)立一(yi)座核心組,以它(ta)為(wei)(wei)圓心服(fu)務(wu)于一(yi)定區(qu)域(yu)內各(ge)個基(ji)站(zhan)(zhan)。”李(li)長松(song)介紹道。據(ju)了解,試(shi)點(dian)微網(wang)(wang)站(zhan)(zhan)年節(jie)約(yue)運營成本(ben)53.7%,項目(mu)整體(ti)投資回收(shou)期為(wei)(wei)2.43年,蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池配備總量(liang)降為(wei)(wei)原有55%,開關電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)減(jian)少20%的(de)模(mo)塊配置(zhi)容量(liang),解決了兩(liang)個不(bu)具(ju)備發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)條件難點(dian)基(ji)站(zhan)(zhan)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力保障,實(shi)現基(ji)站(zhan)(zhan)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)服(fu)務(wu)費(fei)收(shou)入增收(shou),大幅減(jian)少發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)次數和區(qu)域(yu)性大面積停電(dian)(dian)(dian)帶來的(de)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)難題(ti),降低(di)了電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)配置(zhi)及維護(hu)工(gong)作量(liang),大幅提(ti)升了維護(hu)指標。
鉆研新能源,開啟新大門
善(shan)于(yu)(yu)學習,樂于(yu)(yu)總結思考,讓李(li)長松總能(neng)(neng)根據實(shi)際情(qing)況提出(chu)“新點子(zi)”找(zhao)到(dao)(dao)(dao)“新方法”。黑龍(long)江地(di)(di)(di)處我(wo)國(guo)東(dong)北地(di)(di)(di)區(qu),屬于(yu)(yu)溫(wen)帶大陸(lu)性(xing)(xing)季風氣候(hou),冬(dong)季較長,常(chang)年溫(wen)度較其他(ta)(ta)地(di)(di)(di)區(qu)偏低,冬(dong)夏兩季溫(wen)差(cha)可(ke)達70℃,對于(yu)(yu)傳(chuan)統基(ji)(ji)(ji)站(zhan)(zhan)所(suo)(suo)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)鉛(qian)酸(suan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)極(ji)為(wei)不(bu)(bu)利,易造(zao)成較大傷害。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)鼓脹、開(kai)(kai)裂嚴重(zhong),壽命普(pu)遍較短(duan),這給公司日常(chang)維護提出(chu)難題(ti)。2015年新能(neng)(neng)源電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)汽車(che)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)逐步(bu)退(tui)(tui)役(yi),看(kan)到(dao)(dao)(dao)相關報(bao)(bao)道后(hou)李(li)長松突發(fa)奇想,退(tui)(tui)役(yi)的(de)(de)汽車(che)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)能(neng)(neng)不(bu)(bu)能(neng)(neng)放(fang)(fang)到(dao)(dao)(dao)基(ji)(ji)(ji)站(zhan)(zhan)里二(er)次利用(yong)(yong)?與同(tong)事商(shang)討后(hou),李(li)長松等提出(chu)了(le)將電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)汽車(che)退(tui)(tui)役(yi)的(de)(de)動(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)梯次利用(yong)(yong)于(yu)(yu)通信(xin)基(ji)(ji)(ji)站(zhan)(zhan)的(de)(de)構想。“早在(zai)(zai)2012年的(de)(de)時候(hou),我(wo)們(men)就(jiu)用(yong)(yong)過鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi),但當時了(le)解不(bu)(bu)多,用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)也極(ji)少。2015年看(kan)到(dao)(dao)(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)汽車(che)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)退(tui)(tui)役(yi)的(de)(de)報(bao)(bao)道以后(hou)就(jiu)想嘗試(shi)一(yi)下,一(yi)開(kai)(kai)始把握(wo)也不(bu)(bu)是(shi)(shi)很大,因為(wei)動(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)和以往的(de)(de)鉛(qian)酸(suan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)不(bu)(bu)太一(yi)樣。”車(che)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)屬于(yu)(yu)大功率(lv)放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)型(xing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi),而基(ji)(ji)(ji)站(zhan)(zhan)所(suo)(suo)用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)鉛(qian)酸(suan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)屬于(yu)(yu)小電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流、長時間(jian)放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)型(xing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi),二(er)者存在(zai)(zai)本質區(qu)別。為(wei)了(le)驗證(zheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)汽車(che)退(tui)(tui)役(yi)的(de)(de)動(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)是(shi)(shi)否能(neng)(neng)應用(yong)(yong)到(dao)(dao)(dao)基(ji)(ji)(ji)站(zhan)(zhan)當中,李(li)長松與同(tong)事進行了(le)研究分(fen)析。“后(hou)來我(wo)們(men)找(zhao)了(le)一(yi)批電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)放(fang)(fang)到(dao)(dao)(dao)基(ji)(ji)(ji)站(zhan)(zhan)里去測(ce)(ce)試(shi),慢慢開(kai)(kai)展研究。同(tong)時,在(zai)(zai)哈工(gong)大,我(wo)們(men)與學校的(de)(de)教授進行實(shi)驗測(ce)(ce)試(shi),充(chong)放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)不(bu)(bu)停(ting)循環(huan),最高(gao)一(yi)次到(dao)(dao)(dao)90多次,就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)這樣模擬(ni)基(ji)(ji)(ji)站(zhan)(zhan)環(huan)境,不(bu)(bu)斷(duan)測(ce)(ce)試(shi),最后(hou)才逐步(bu)論證(zheng)了(le)可(ke)行性(xing)(xing)。”試(shi)點測(ce)(ce)試(shi)發(fa)現,梯次電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)相比鉛(qian)酸(suan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)在(zai)(zai)循環(huan)壽命、能(neng)(neng)量密度、高(gao)溫(wen)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)等方面(mian)具備(bei)明(ming)顯優(you)勢,各項性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)指標全面(mian)優(you)于(yu)(yu)鉛(qian)酸(suan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi),達到(dao)(dao)(dao)了(le)預期效果(guo)。該試(shi)點項目(mu)得到(dao)(dao)(dao)了(le)國(guo)家及中國(guo)鐵(tie)塔相關領導的(de)(de)高(gao)度認可(ke),基(ji)(ji)(ji)于(yu)(yu)前期他(ta)(ta)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)方面(mian)做的(de)(de)大量工(gong)作,2016年,李(li)長松被(bei)中國(guo)鐵(tie)塔安排參(can)與“動(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)在(zai)(zai)通信(xin)基(ji)(ji)(ji)站(zhan)(zhan)的(de)(de)梯次應用(yong)(yong)”項目(mu)的(de)(de)研發(fa)工(gong)作。
默默耕耘(yun),不(bu)(bu)問收(shou)獲(huo)(huo)(huo),李(li)長松工作(zuo)(zuo)之余將自己的(de)發現整(zheng)理(li)成文刊發于行業、省、市專(zhuan)業雜志上,將自己的(de)工作(zuo)(zuo)經(jing)驗分享(xiang)給更多(duo)的(de)人,對于他(ta)而(er)言(yan)也是(shi)(shi)(shi)樂事一樁。在采訪期(qi)間(jian),李(li)長松提(ti)到最多(duo)的(de),不(bu)(bu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)獲(huo)(huo)(huo)得的(de)創新實踐成果金獎,也不(bu)(bu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)鐵塔(ta)勞動模范,而(er)是(shi)(shi)(shi)自己的(de)工作(zuo)(zuo)。在他(ta)看(kan)來(lai),獲(huo)(huo)(huo)得榮(rong)譽的(de)樂趣遠不(bu)(bu)及(ji)親手解決工作(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)遇到的(de)難(nan)題而(er)獲(huo)(huo)(huo)得的(de)快感(gan)。“我這個人不(bu)(bu)怎么在意(yi)這些東西,對我來(lai)說就是(shi)(shi)(shi)本職工作(zuo)(zuo),把工作(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)的(de)重點(dian)難(nan)點(dian)都解決了(le),我就高興。”李(li)長松笑著說。
