中(zhong)央企(qi)業(ye)電子商(shang)務(wu)聯盟(以下(xia)簡稱“聯盟”)成立于(yu)2017年(nian)7月,是(shi)由國家(jia)(jia)電網等(deng)14家(jia)(jia)中(zhong)央企(qi)業(ye)所屬電商(shang)平臺共(gong)同(tong)發(fa)起(qi)成立的行業(ye)性(xing)組織。目前(qian),聯盟已(yi)組建了(le)31省地(di)方工(gong)委(wei)會,成員單位210家(jia)(jia),覆蓋能源、通(tong)信、制造、軍工(gong)等(deng)行業(ye)。兩年(nian)多(duo)來(lai),聯盟圍(wei)繞電子商(shang)務(wu)協同(tong)創(chuang)(chuang)新、模式(shi)創(chuang)(chuang)新、技術創(chuang)(chuang)新和(he)渠道創(chuang)(chuang)新,建立了(le)數(shu)據共(gong)享、聚攏采購、聯合營(ying)銷三大合作機制,形成了(le)跨界(jie)融合新平臺,在服(fu)務(wu)中(zhong)央企(qi)業(ye)數(shu)字化轉型升級、促進(jin)產業(ye)鏈協同(tong)發(fa)展、服(fu)務(wu)“一帶一路”建設等(deng)方面取(qu)得了(le)顯(xian)著成效。
新(xin)冠肺炎疫情(qing)(qing)發(fa)生以來(lai),聯盟堅決貫徹落實習近平(ping)總書記重要指示批示精(jing)神,在(zai)國務(wu)院國資(zi)委的指導下,第一時間發(fa)起“擔使(shi)命、戰疫情(qing)(qing)”聯合行動倡議,推動建立成員單位聯防(fang)聯控(kong)機制,保應(ying)(ying)急防(fang)護(hu)物(wu)資(zi)供(gong)應(ying)(ying),開發(fa)上線企業復工復產(chan)(chan)供(gong)需對接平(ping)臺,精(jing)準(zhun)匹配打通供(gong)應(ying)(ying)鏈堵點,在(zai)關鍵時期助推相關中(zhong)央企業服務(wu)不斷線、生產(chan)(chan)不掉鏈,在(zai)堅決打贏疫情(qing)(qing)防(fang)控(kong)的人民戰爭、總體戰、阻擊戰中(zhong)彰顯了央企責任(ren)擔當和(he)骨干力量。
全方面打響聯合戰疫
從發起(qi)倡議聯合作戰(zhan)(zhan)、到搭建廣泛的供需對(dui)接平臺,央企電商矩陣(zhen)全方位出擊(ji),成為抗(kang)疫(yi)戰(zhan)(zhan)線上一支中堅力量。
第一時(shi)間發起“擔使命、戰疫(yi)情(qing)(qing)”聯(lian)合(he)(he)倡議(yi),協(xie)同(tong)作戰保應(ying)(ying)(ying)急防(fang)(fang)(fang)護(hu)(hu)物(wu)(wu)資(zi)供(gong)(gong)(gong)應(ying)(ying)(ying)。聯(lian)盟協(xie)同(tong)各(ge)央(yang)企(qi)(qi)電商(shang)(shang)(shang)平(ping)臺相關企(qi)(qi)業(ye)在第一時(shi)間發出聯(lian)合(he)(he)倡議(yi),建立協(xie)同(tong)機制(zhi)、強(qiang)化價格監測(ce)、維護(hu)(hu)市場秩(zhi)序、加強(qiang)信(xin)息(xi)(xi)反饋,確保使命必達。依托聯(lian)防(fang)(fang)(fang)聯(lian)控(kong)機制(zhi),高效提供(gong)(gong)(gong)疫(yi)情(qing)(qing)防(fang)(fang)(fang)控(kong)支(zhi)撐(cheng)。主動對接(jie)防(fang)(fang)(fang)疫(yi)一線,收(shou)集(ji)并及(ji)時(shi)通(tong)(tong)報各(ge)成(cheng)員(yuan)單位防(fang)(fang)(fang)疫(yi)物(wu)(wu)資(zi)需求(qiu)信(xin)息(xi)(xi),梳理和(he)評估各(ge)成(cheng)員(yuan)單位生產、貨(huo)源、供(gong)(gong)(gong)應(ying)(ying)(ying)等(deng)能力,實(shi)時(shi)共(gong)享信(xin)息(xi)(xi)、整合(he)(he)調配(pei)資(zi)源,保障(zhang)(zhang)疫(yi)情(qing)(qing)防(fang)(fang)(fang)控(kong)秩(zhi)序和(he)防(fang)(fang)(fang)控(kong)物(wu)(wu)資(zi)及(ji)時(shi)供(gong)(gong)(gong)應(ying)(ying)(ying)。數十家(jia)成(cheng)員(yuan)單位向聯(lian)盟提供(gong)(gong)(gong)了口(kou)罩、手套、防(fang)(fang)(fang)護(hu)(hu)服等(deng)防(fang)(fang)(fang)疫(yi)用(yong)品(pin)的貨(huo)源渠道(dao)近100條(tiao),聯(lian)盟撮合(he)(he)湖(hu)北(bei)三環、中交建、深(shen)圳怡亞通(tong)(tong)等(deng)18家(jia)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)就防(fang)(fang)(fang)護(hu)(hu)手套、口(kou)罩等(deng)5種應(ying)(ying)(ying)急物(wu)(wu)資(zi)進行交易合(he)(he)作。聯(lian)盟成(cheng)員(yuan)單位積極行動,堅決落實(shi)應(ying)(ying)(ying)急防(fang)(fang)(fang)護(hu)(hu)物(wu)(wu)資(zi)供(gong)(gong)(gong)應(ying)(ying)(ying)保障(zhang)(zhang)。國網電商(shang)(shang)(shang)公司迅(xun)速成(cheng)立電商(shang)(shang)(shang)交易專(zhuan)區(qu)(qu)應(ying)(ying)(ying)急保障(zhang)(zhang)工作中心,通(tong)(tong)過(guo)與生產企(qi)(qi)業(ye)溝通(tong)(tong)、加強(qiang)海外貨(huo)源協(xie)調等(deng)措施,提前(qian)鎖定物(wu)(wu)資(zi),至3月9日,為全國電力保障(zhang)(zhang)調配(pei)口(kou)罩5267萬(wan)(wan)余只、防(fang)(fang)(fang)護(hu)(hu)用(yong)品(pin)61萬(wan)(wan)件、消毒類(lei)物(wu)(wu)資(zi)368萬(wan)(wan)余升、測(ce)溫類(lei)用(yong)品(pin)2.8萬(wan)(wan)余個(ge)。招商(shang)(shang)(shang)局集(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)所屬中國外運啟動“災急送”應(ying)(ying)(ying)急物(wu)(wu)流平(ping)臺,免費(fei)為全國范圍內支(zhi)援湖(hu)北(bei)疫(yi)情(qing)(qing)防(fang)(fang)(fang)控(kong)物(wu)(wu)資(zi)提供(gong)(gong)(gong)應(ying)(ying)(ying)急運輸(shu)和(he)倉儲支(zhi)持,截(jie)至3月8日,送達物(wu)(wu)資(zi)累計超(chao)過(guo)14.5萬(wan)(wan)方、1.2萬(wan)(wan)噸。中國石化旗下易派客平(ping)臺利用(yong)供(gong)(gong)(gong)應(ying)(ying)(ying)鏈(lian)優(you)勢,貫通(tong)(tong)口(kou)罩產業(ye)鏈(lian),幫助口(kou)罩生產企(qi)(qi)業(ye)穩產增(zeng)產,至3月9日,易派客自產口(kou)罩日產突破70萬(wan)(wan)只。湖(hu)北(bei)省工委會(hui)成(cheng)員(yuan)單位武漢地(di)鐵集(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)承接(jie)武漢國際(ji)會(hui)展(zhan)中心和(he)武漢客廳(ting)“方艙醫院(yuan)”改建任務,7個(ge)小(xiao)時(shi)完(wan)成(cheng)了8個(ge)隔離區(qu)(qu)1000床位結構建設。
