③中國移動:截至2月2日中午,減免參與疫情防控的6535名醫護人員的通信費,為68.6萬名防疫指揮人員、一線醫護人員等開通免停機服務;為8.3億各類手機、寬帶、政企等客戶開通延期停機或緊急復機服務,期限至2月9日。中國移動已在內地31省啟動疫情防控通信保障服務,在全國投入應急保障人員30520人次、10086熱線服務客戶代表15000名、應急車輛8214輛次,免費發送超過80億條公益短信,目前又持續優化、推出4項線上服務舉措:一是整合完善便民服務專區,提供線上繳費查詢、業務辦理和水、電、氣等生活繳費服務,以全方位生活服務降低用戶外出感染風險,1月份為1.57億用戶辦理線上服務;二是自覺履行社會責任,提供疫情信息、防控知識查詢服務;三是面向各級政府、醫療機構、交通運輸等單位免費提供指揮調度、遠程會診、遠程會議、醫療信息宣傳、信息發送等服務;四是面向全國個人用戶開展多項特色新業務免費體驗活動。
2.兩大電力央企:77萬用戶欠費不停電!全力保障全國人民安全可靠用電
國(guo)家電(dian)網、南方電(dian)網兩大央企(qi)緊急行動,廣大員工加強(qiang)設備維(wei)護、特巡線路,確(que)保人民群眾用電(dian)安全(quan)供應。針對疫情(qing)防控一線,兩大電(dian)網企(qi)業采取“欠費(fei)不(bu)停電(dian)”等舉措,并在全(quan)國(guo)各(ge)地開(kai)通24項網上(shang)服務(wu),全(quan)力以赴(fu)確(que)保全(quan)國(guo)人民安全(quan)可靠(kao)用電(dian)。
①國家電網:77萬用戶欠費不停電,重點保障1.59萬疫情防控重點單位用電
截(jie)至2月(yue)1日,國(guo)家(jia)電(dian)(dian)網(wang)公司(si)各單(dan)位(wei)共投入保(bao)電(dian)(dian)人員82892人、車(che)(che)(che)輛20103臺(tai)(tai)、應急(ji)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)車(che)(che)(che)1045臺(tai)(tai)、發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)機3334臺(tai)(tai),為(wei)(wei)2314家(jia)定(ding)點(dian)醫院、6888家(jia)發(fa)(fa)熱門(men)診、1357家(jia)防(fang)控(kong)用(yong)品(pin)生(sheng)(sheng)產企業(ye)、5048家(jia)其它重(zhong)要(yao)用(yong)戶(hu)保(bao)障(zhang)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian),供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)正(zheng)常,沒有發(fa)(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)停電(dian)(dian)現象。國(guo)網(wang)湖北(bei)公司(si)出(chu)動保(bao)電(dian)(dian)人員1701人、車(che)(che)(che)輛636臺(tai)(tai)、發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)車(che)(che)(che)61臺(tai)(tai),為(wei)(wei)全(quan)省(sheng)153家(jia)定(ding)點(dian)醫院、562家(jia)發(fa)(fa)熱門(men)診、94家(jia)防(fang)控(kong)用(yong)品(pin)生(sheng)(sheng)產企業(ye)、316家(jia)市(shi)政(zheng)其他(ta)重(zhong)要(yao)用(yong)戶(hu)保(bao)障(zhang)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)。其中,武漢(han)公司(si)出(chu)動保(bao)電(dian)(dian)人員157名、車(che)(che)(che)輛48臺(tai)(tai)、發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)車(che)(che)(che)38臺(tai)(tai),保(bao)障(zhang)了33家(jia)定(ding)點(dian)醫院、61家(jia)發(fa)(fa)熱門(men)診、23家(jia)防(fang)控(kong)用(yong)品(pin)生(sheng)(sheng)產企業(ye)、47個重(zhong)點(dian)保(bao)障(zhang)單(dan)位(wei)可靠供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)。并在疫(yi)情防(fang)控(kong)期間,國(guo)家(jia)電(dian)(dian)網(wang)公司(si)對居民用(yong)電(dian)(dian)客戶(hu)采取欠(qian)(qian)費不(bu)停電(dian)(dian)措施,截(jie)至1月(yue)31日24時,湖北(bei)全(quan)省(sheng)約(yue)77萬(wan)用(yong)戶(hu)欠(qian)(qian)費未停電(dian)(dian),其中,武漢(han)約(yue)50萬(wan)戶(hu),其他(ta)地市(shi)合計約(yue)27萬(wan)戶(hu)。
同時,為方便客(ke)(ke)戶居家線(xian)(xian)上(shang)(shang)(shang)交費(fei),降(jiang)低病毒交叉感染風險,國(guo)家電網(wang)(wang)推(tui)出兩項線(xian)(xian)上(shang)(shang)(shang)便民舉措:一是(shi)(shi)國(guo)網(wang)(wang)客(ke)(ke)服中心加大(da)宣傳(chuan)提醒更多客(ke)(ke)戶線(xian)(xian)上(shang)(shang)(shang)辦(ban)理各項供(gong)電業(ye)務,目前全(quan)網(wang)(wang)范(fan)圍(wei)內線(xian)(xian)上(shang)(shang)(shang)業(ye)務流轉順暢,優先保(bao)障湖北(bei)特別是(shi)(shi)武(wu)漢地區的客(ke)(ke)戶服務。二是(shi)(shi)網(wang)(wang)上(shang)(shang)(shang)國(guo)網(wang)(wang)App為客(ke)(ke)戶提供(gong)7×24小(xiao)時線(xian)(xian)上(shang)(shang)(shang)辦(ban)電服務,網(wang)(wang)上(shang)(shang)(shang)國(guo)網(wang)(wang)App累(lei)計注冊用戶數(shu)突破2900萬(wan)人(ren),1月24日至2月1日,在線(xian)(xian)客(ke)(ke)服工單超(chao)過(guo)6萬(wan)件、交費(fei)超(chao)過(guo)94萬(wan)筆。

3.華潤燃氣:湖北省18市147萬用戶天然氣正常供應 疫情防控期間欠費不停氣
