中國電科高軌衛星用新型儲能電池系統實現自主可控

隨著航天工程技術快速發展,航天器有效載荷不斷增加、需求功率不斷增大,迫切需要長壽命、高可靠、輕量化、小型化的新一代蓄電池。我國高軌衛星儲能電池技術落后,難以滿足型號發展需要,亟需開展相關領域技術攻關,解決核心技術受制于人問題。

中國電(dian)(dian)(dian)科所屬第18研究所經過多(duo)年研究,攻克了(le)鋰(li)離子蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)應(ying)用于高(gao)(gao)軌(gui)(gui)衛(wei)(wei)星的系列技(ji)術難(nan)題(ti),取(qu)得多(duo)項(xiang)創(chuang)新(xin)成果(guo):一(yi)是(shi)(shi)突破(po)長(chang)壽(shou)命(ming)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)設(she)計(ji)、一(yi)致性(xing)篩(shai)選、壽(shou)命(ming)建模與評價技(ji)術,掌握長(chang)壽(shou)命(ming)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極制備成套工藝,大幅提(ti)升電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)使(shi)用壽(shou)命(ming),研制的鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)子蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)全充、全放循環(huan)壽(shou)命(ming)超過3000次,完全滿足(zu)高(gao)(gao)軌(gui)(gui)衛(wei)(wei)星15年的壽(shou)命(ming)需(xu)要(yao)。二是(shi)(shi)針對(dui)太空環(huan)境特(te)殊(shu)要(yao)求(qiu),發(fa)明新(xin)型(xing)絕緣密封結(jie)構(gou),解(jie)決(jue)薄壁(bi)殼(ke)體電(dian)(dian)(dian)子束焊接難(nan)題(ti),滿足(zu)機(ji)械振動、電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)液(ye)腐蝕(shi)、真空負壓、輻射老(lao)化和(he)多(duo)相絕緣等復雜條件下,蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)的穩定性(xing)和(he)可(ke)靠性(xing)要(yao)求(qiu)。三是(shi)(shi)創(chuang)新(xin)設(she)計(ji)3并套筒式結(jie)構(gou),解(jie)決(jue)蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)產品(pin)機(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱一(yi)體化技(ji)術難(nan)題(ti),減(jian)小了(le)產品(pin)安裝體積、功(gong)率回路(lu)路(lu)徑和(he)輸出(chu)阻抗,降(jiang)低了(le)整(zheng)機(ji)溫度梯度和(he)系統短路(lu)風險。四是(shi)(shi)發(fa)明自(zi)主均衡矩(ju)陣補(bu)償技(ji)術,可(ke)根據(ju)單體電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓與平均電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓比較(jiao)關系,對(dui)單體電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)進(jin)行補(bu)償分流(liu),解(jie)決(jue)了(le)因(yin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)自(zi)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)導致的性(xing)能(neng)離散問題(ti),提(ti)升了(le)蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)在軌(gui)(gui)工作(zuo)的自(zi)主管控(kong)水平。


項目授權發(fa)明專利(li)5項,發(fa)表論文10篇,獲國防科(ke)技(ji)進(jin)步一等獎1項,形成核心(xin)技(ji)術秘密2項,創造直接經濟(ji)效益(yi)3.6億元(yuan)以上(shang)。項目成果先后在(zai)北斗(dou)導航(hang)衛星、“DFH-3B”衛星平臺等應用(yong)(yong),解決了長壽(shou)命高(gao)軌衛星用(yong)(yong)高(gao)性(xing)能儲(chu)能電池長期依賴進(jin)口(kou)的問(wen)題(ti),為我(wo)國實(shi)現關鍵航(hang)天產(chan)品“自主可控(kong)、穩定運行”作出了重要貢(gong)獻。
