主要職(zhi)責(ze)：

1.負責(ze)洞察商發(fa)(fa)公司戰略與客戶需(xu)求、捕捉商業機會、規劃所在業務中心（子(zi)公司）的技(ji)術發(fa)(fa)展，帶領團隊實現(xian)組織發(fa)(fa)展的技(ji)術目(mu)標(biao)。

2.負責(ze)按照商發公司戰略和(he)整體規劃布局，推動建設所在業務中心（子公司）的技術體系、能力與(yu)平(ping)臺(tai)，推動技術平(ping)臺(tai)團隊與(yu)應用研發團隊之間的銜(xian)接聯動。

3.負責按照商發公司(si)戰略和整體(ti)規劃布(bu)局，管理所在(zai)業務中心（子公司(si)）研發過(guo)程，推動端到(dao)端改進業務流程，推動業務增長。

4.負責(ze)按照商發公司(si)戰略和整體規劃布局，協(xie)助推(tui)動所在業(ye)務中心（子公司(si)）的(de)組(zu)織與(yu)人才(cai)建設(she)(she)，協(xie)助負責(ze)人才(cai)梯(ti)隊建設(she)(she)規劃與(yu)梯(ti)隊建設(she)(she)，協(xie)助創(chuang)建創(chuang)新激勵機制，激發人員創(chuang)新發展。

AECC Commercial Aircraft Engine Co. Ltd was founded on January, 2009, jointly by AVIC Group, Shanghai Tobacco Group, Shanghai Electric Group and Shanghai Guosheng. It is engaged in the design, research and development, manufacturing, sales, service and technical consultation of commercial aero engines.

The center of Design, Research & Development is responsible for the design, R&D of aero engines. It is also responsible for the development and maintenance of engineering design systems and critical technology programs. Ⅱ. Qualifications

Additional personal qualifications are as follows:

1.Bachelor's degree or above from an accredited institutions.

2.10+years of manufacturing experience, 5+years of chief technical and R&D officer equivalent technical leadership experience in a large engineering organization is preferred. Overseas work experience, mastering of Lean production, 6 Sigma and Integrated engineering product development and system engines, etc. is preferred.

3.Candidates under the age of 50 years are especially encouraged to apply.
