中煤地(di)質(zhi)工程(cheng)總(zong)公司(si)(以下簡(jian)稱(cheng)“總(zong)公司(si)”)是國務院國資(zi)委管(guan)理的中央二級企業,隸屬于中國煤炭(tan)地(di)質(zhi)總(zong)局,總(zong)部(bu)設在(zai)北京。其主業為資(zi)源勘查與(yu)(yu)礦業開發,工程(cheng)施(shi)工與(yu)(yu)服務,地(di)質(zhi)災(zai)害治理與(yu)(yu)礦山搶險(xian)救援(yuan),生(sheng)物醫藥研發銷售等。
為進(jin)一步深化干部人(ren)事制(zhi)度改(gai)革,創新選人(ren)用人(ren)機制(zhi),拓寬選人(ren)用人(ren)視(shi)野,根(gen)據主業整合(he)和改(gai)革發展需要,決定(ding)對總公(gong)司總經理(li)助理(li)、金融事業部(籌)、所屬北京益而康(kang)生(sheng)物工程開(kai)發中(zhong)心、北京地(di)質(zhi)調查(cha)分公(gong)司、北京水工環(huan)地(di)質(zhi)勘查(cha)院領導(dao)等崗位進(jin)行社會公(gong)開(kai)招(zhao)聘。現將有關事項(xiang)公(gong)告如下:
一、社會(hui)公開招聘崗位及崗位職責
(一)中煤地質工程總公司:
1.總(zong)經理(li)(li)(li)助(zhu)理(li)(li)(li)1名。崗位職責:協助(zhu)總(zong)經理(li)(li)(li)制定戰略計(ji)劃(hua)、年度經營計(ji)劃(hua)及各(ge)階段(duan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)目(mu)標分解;起草(cao)公(gong)(gong)司(si)各(ge)階段(duan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)總(zong)結和(he)其他(ta)正式(shi)文件;協助(zhu)總(zong)經理(li)(li)(li)對(dui)公(gong)(gong)司(si)運作(zuo)與各(ge)職能部(bu)門進行(xing)管理(li)(li)(li)協調,必要時可(ke)單獨(du)召集業(ye)務溝(gou)通會議或(huo)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)會議;配合總(zong)經理(li)(li)(li)處理(li)(li)(li)外(wai)部(bu)公(gong)(gong)共關系;跟蹤公(gong)(gong)司(si)經營目(mu)標達成情況,提(ti)供分析意見及改進建(jian)議;在公(gong)(gong)司(si)經營計(ji)劃(hua)、市(shi)場策略、資本(ben)運作(zuo)等方(fang)面向總(zong)經理(li)(li)(li)提(ti)供相關解決方(fang)案;完成總(zong)經理(li)(li)(li)交辦(ban)的其他(ta)任務。
(二(er))中(zhong)煤(mei)地質工程總公司金融事業部(bu)(籌):
1.負(fu)責(ze)人1名(ming)。崗位職責(ze):全面負(fu)責(ze)金(jin)融(rong)事業部的(de)各項工(gong)(gong)作;制(zhi)定(ding)本(ben)部門(men)年(nian)度(du)工(gong)(gong)作目(mu)標計劃,并按照目(mu)標管理(li)責(ze)任制(zhi)完成工(gong)(gong)作;負(fu)責(ze)研究企業金(jin)融(rong)服(fu)務(wu)平(ping)臺(tai)設(she)立政策,制(zhi)定(ding)公司金(jin)融(rong)發(fa)展(zhan)規劃;負(fu)責(ze)組織(zhi)公司金(jin)融(rong)服(fu)務(wu)平(ping)臺(tai)可行性(xing)研究及建(jian)設(she),組織(zhi)開(kai)展(zhan)融(rong)資租(zu)賃、產(chan)業發(fa)展(zhan)基金(jin)等金(jin)融(rong)業務(wu);負(fu)責(ze)公司與上級(ji)主管部門(men)、政府金(jin)融(rong)機(ji)構的(de)協調、溝通;負(fu)責(ze)本(ben)部門(men)制(zhi)度(du)建(jian)設(she);完成主管領(ling)導(dao)交辦的(de)其他工(gong)(gong)作。

1.經理1名。崗位(wei)職(zhi)責:負(fu)責行(xing)政全面工作(zuo),按照分工分管有(you)關部門(men);制(zhi)定和(he)執行(xing)單位(wei)發(fa)展戰略規劃、經營(ying)方(fang)針、年度計劃等(deng);完(wan)成總公司下達的年度和(he)任(ren)期考核目標;負(fu)責組(zu)織機(ji)構和(he)人(ren)才隊伍建(jian)設;負(fu)責市場開拓工作(zuo);負(fu)責審批投資(zi)、采購、生產、人(ren)力(li)資(zi)源(yuan)、財(cai)務等(deng)各(ge)項經營(ying)決策和(he)費用計劃方(fang)案;加強領導班子(zi)建(jian)設,嚴格(ge)執行(xing)民(min)主集中制(zhi)原則,保證(zheng)班子(zi)成員勤政廉潔(jie)、遵紀守法(fa),發(fa)揮班子(zi)整體效能;完(wan)成上級分配(pei)和(he)交辦的工作(zuo)任(ren)務。

五、招聘人員待遇
