中國電科高軌衛星用新型儲能電池系統實現自主可控

隨著航天工程技術快速發展,航天器有效載荷不斷增加、需求功率不斷增大,迫切需要長壽命、高可靠、輕量化、小型化的新一代蓄電池。我國高軌衛星儲能電池技術落后,難以滿足型號發展需要,亟需開展相關領域技術攻關,解決核心技術受制于人問題。
中(zhong)國(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)科(ke)所屬第(di)18研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)所經過(guo)多年研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu),攻克了鋰離子(zi)蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)應用(yong)于(yu)高軌(gui)(gui)衛星的系列技術難題(ti),取得多項創新(xin)成果:一(yi)是(shi)(shi)突破長壽(shou)命(ming)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)設(she)計(ji)(ji)、一(yi)致(zhi)性篩(shai)選、壽(shou)命(ming)建(jian)模(mo)與(yu)評價技術,掌握(wo)長壽(shou)命(ming)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極制(zhi)備成套工(gong)藝,大幅提(ti)升(sheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)使用(yong)壽(shou)命(ming),研(yan)制(zhi)的鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)全(quan)充、全(quan)放循環(huan)壽(shou)命(ming)超過(guo)3000次,完全(quan)滿足高軌(gui)(gui)衛星15年的壽(shou)命(ming)需要(yao)。二(er)是(shi)(shi)針對(dui)太空環(huan)境特(te)殊要(yao)求,發(fa)明新(xin)型絕(jue)緣密(mi)封結構(gou),解(jie)決薄(bo)壁殼體(ti)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)束焊接難題(ti),滿足機械振動(dong)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)液腐蝕(shi)、真空負壓(ya)(ya)、輻射老(lao)化(hua)(hua)和(he)(he)多相絕(jue)緣等(deng)復雜條(tiao)件(jian)下,蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的穩定性和(he)(he)可靠性要(yao)求。三是(shi)(shi)創新(xin)設(she)計(ji)(ji)3并套筒式結構(gou),解(jie)決蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)產品機電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)熱一(yi)體(ti)化(hua)(hua)技術難題(ti),減小了產品安裝體(ti)積、功率(lv)回路路徑和(he)(he)輸出阻抗,降(jiang)低了整機溫度梯度和(he)(he)系統短(duan)路風險(xian)。四是(shi)(shi)發(fa)明自主(zhu)均衡(heng)矩陣(zhen)補(bu)償技術,可根據單體(ti)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)與(yu)平均電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)比較關系,對(dui)單體(ti)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)進行(xing)補(bu)償分(fen)流,解(jie)決了因電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)自放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)導致(zhi)的性能離散問題(ti),提(ti)升(sheng)了蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)在(zai)軌(gui)(gui)工(gong)作的自主(zhu)管控(kong)水平。
項目授權發(fa)明專利5項,發(fa)表論文10篇,獲國防科(ke)技進步一等獎(jiang)1項,形成核心技術秘密2項,創(chuang)造直接經濟效益3.6億元以上(shang)。項目成果先后在(zai)北斗(dou)導(dao)航(hang)衛(wei)星、“DFH-3B”衛(wei)星平臺(tai)等應用(yong),解決了(le)長壽(shou)命高軌(gui)衛(wei)星用(yong)高性能(neng)儲能(neng)電池(chi)長期依賴(lai)進口(kou)的問題,為(wei)我國實現關(guan)鍵航(hang)天產品“自(zi)主(zhu)可控(kong)、穩定運(yun)行”作(zuo)出了(le)重要貢(gong)獻。
