習近平總(zong)書記強調,“要發展(zhan)數字經(jing)濟(ji),加快推動(dong)數字產業化,依靠信(xin)息(xi)技術創新(xin)(xin)驅動(dong),不斷催生新(xin)(xin)產業新(xin)(xin)業態(tai)新(xin)(xin)模式,用新(xin)(xin)動(dong)能推動(dong)新(xin)(xin)發展(zhan)”。在新(xin)(xin)時代中國(guo)(guo)的(de)(de)歷史方(fang)位(wei),發展(zhan)數字經(jing)濟(ji)已(yi)成(cheng)為(wei)(wei)我國(guo)(guo)以(yi)信(xin)息(xi)化培(pei)育新(xin)(xin)動(dong)能、用新(xin)(xin)動(dong)能推動(dong)新(xin)(xin)發展(zhan),實現由經(jing)濟(ji)大國(guo)(guo)向經(jing)濟(ji)強國(guo)(guo)邁進(jin)的(de)(de)重要戰略選(xuan)擇。黨(dang)的(de)(de)十(shi)九大報告(gao)提出了建設(she)數字中國(guo)(guo)、智慧社會(hui)(hui)的(de)(de)目標(biao),2018年(nian)12月的(de)(de)中央(yang)(yang)經(jing)濟(ji)工作會(hui)(hui)議中,黨(dang)中央(yang)(yang)進(jin)一步提出了“加快5G商(shang)用步伐,加強人(ren)工智能、工業互聯網、物(wu)聯網等新(xin)(xin)型基(ji)礎(chu)(chu)設(she)施建設(she)”(簡(jian)稱(cheng)“新(xin)(xin)基(ji)建”)的(de)(de)任務部署。今(jin)年(nian)3月4日,中央(yang)(yang)政治局常務會(hui)(hui)議再次強調,加快5G網絡、數據中心(xin)等新(xin)(xin)型基(ji)礎(chu)(chu)設(she)施建設(she)進(jin)度。在此背(bei)景(jing)下,以(yi)5G網絡、人(ren)工智能、數據中心(xin)為(wei)(wei)代表的(de)(de)信(xin)息(xi)基(ji)礎(chu)(chu)設(she)施建設(she)成(cheng)為(wei)(wei)落(luo)實國(guo)(guo)家大數據戰略,推動(dong)數字經(jing)濟(ji)發展(zhan),加快數字中國(guo)(guo)建設(she)的(de)(de)重要基(ji)礎(chu)(chu)性保障。
