走近數控車工“大工匠” ——記兵器工業集團技能帶頭人高山

“別宣傳我(wo)。工作(zuo)都是(shi)大家干的(de)(de)(de),成(cheng)績的(de)(de)(de)取得離(li)不開同事們(men)(men)的(de)(de)(de)相互支持和幫助,多(duo)宣傳企業和我(wo)們(men)(men)的(de)(de)(de)勞(lao)模創新工作(zuo)室。”每當一提到要宣傳他,高山都反復這樣說。
2020年一季度,特別(bie)是二月(yue)份(fen),受疫情影響(xiang),兵器工業集團東北工業集團吉林東光精密機械廠(chang)的地瞄(miao)產(chan)品告(gao)急,尤其是某(mou)產(chan)品庫存(cun)為零,影響(xiang)了主機廠(chang)的總裝進度。
由于(yu)目(mu)前該地瞄產(chan)品機加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)及相關(guan)(guan)生產(chan)夾具仍然(ran)沿用(yong)老工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi),多數是(shi)在(zai)普通設備上使(shi)用(yong)和加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong),不(bu)(bu)僅加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)低,而(er)且原來的(de)(de)操作(zuo)者(zhe)剛(gang)剛(gang)退休(xiu),新接手的(de)(de)操作(zuo)者(zhe)不(bu)(bu)熟悉(xi)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi),所以當(dang)(dang)月(yue)要完成200套產(chan)品幾(ji)乎是(shi)不(bu)(bu)可(ke)能(neng)的(de)(de)事(shi)情。為了(le)(le)確保按期供貨,工(gong)(gong)(gong)廠將(jiang)此項工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)當(dang)(dang)作(zuo)一個攻關(guan)(guan)課題交給了(le)(le)高山及他(ta)領軍(jun)的(de)(de)勞模(mo)創新工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)室。
高山帶領(ling)勞(lao)模創新工作室的成員潛心推敲(qiao),最后(hou)決定(ding)改進(jin)該產(chan)品的夾具工藝,并(bing)與(yu)數控(kong)車床連接,充分發揮數控(kong)車床的技術(shu)優勢。經過反復測試,終(zhong)于按期保質保量地交付(fu)了產(chan)品。同(tong)時,改進(jin)后(hou)的加(jia)工工藝,由原來10人(ren)減少為6人(ren)就可以完成加(jia)工任務。
如今(jin),高山的勞模工(gong)作室又開始(shi)瞄向了某(mou)鏡筒圓周內壁(bi)倒(dao)角工(gong)藝攻關及(ji)(ji)某(mou)產(chan)品的上(shang)、下環座球面(mian)量具(ju)設計(ji)制造(zao)等(deng)工(gong)藝及(ji)(ji)加工(gong)夾具(ju)改進的項目(mu)。
某鏡(jing)筒(tong)圓周內壁(bi)倒(dao)角工(gong)藝(yi)攻關(guan)項目,可解決(jue)鏡(jing)筒(tong)加工(gong)后,鉗工(gong)在圓周鉆螺紋底孔時,內孔壁(bi)無法用鉆頭倒(dao)角的難題。改善后可提高(gao)產品的裝配精(jing)度并提高(gao)產品外觀(guan)質量,提高(gao)生產效率20倍,預計(ji)可節(jie)創金額10萬元。
盡管交談(tan)略顯靦腆和木訥,可一聊起(qi)他負責的幾個創新(xin)項目(mu)時,高山(shan)立即(ji)變(bian)得眉飛色舞(wu)、如數家珍。2019年,高山(shan)在工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作室(shi)成(cheng)員(yuan)以及機加工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)段(duan)有關員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的協助下,共完(wan)成(cheng)創新(xin)項目(mu)7項。其中改(gai)造中心(xin)設(she)備。提高設(she)備性(xing)能1項,為工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)廠節(jie)約(yue)設(she)備購置費(fei)(fei)用(yong)52萬(wan)元(yuan);通過加工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)的改(gai)進項目(mu),利用(yong)自制刀(dao)具(ju)(ju)將部分材料完(wan)整截取,為工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)廠節(jie)約(yue)鋁料約(yue)2萬(wan)元(yuan);鈦合金去(qu)除工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)夾(jia)頭項目(mu),為工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)廠節(jie)約(yue)材料費(fei)(fei)用(yong)約(yue)2萬(wan)元(yuan);制造深孔短(duan)臺階量(liang)具(ju)(ju)及弧面(mian)球高量(liang)具(ju)(ju),共計14套,為工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)廠節(jie)約(yue)定(ding)置專用(yong)量(liang)具(ju)(ju)費(fei)(fei)用(yong)8萬(wan)元(yuan)。
車工(gong)(gong)的薄壁工(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)(jian)高精(jing)度加工(gong)(gong)一直是機(ji)械加工(gong)(gong)的難點,對于淬火后(hou)的軸(zhou)承環高精(jing)度加工(gong)(gong)更為困難。高山(shan)發現工(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)(jian)變形來源于傳統(tong)的“軸(zhou)向壓緊方式(shi)(shi)”,而通(tong)過(guo)采用(yong)粘接(jie)裝(zhuang)夾方式(shi)(shi)車削,實現了(le)無(wu)裝(zhuang)夾力夾緊,加工(gong)(gong)后(hou)軸(zhou)承環的圓度公(gong)差控制(zhi)在0.005mm之內(nei)。通(tong)過(guo)這(zhe)次實踐,高山(shan)大膽地將幾種(zhong)高精(jing)度零件(jian)(jian)(jian)重新(xin)設計(ji)了(le)粘接(jie)夾具進(jin)行加工(gong)(gong)。結果產(chan)品精(jing)度都進(jin)入了(le)圖紙圓度公(gong)差要求之內(nei)。這(zhe)次創(chuang)新(xin)為今后(hou)的薄壁工(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)(jian)高精(jing)度加工(gong)(gong)開創(chuang)了(le)新(xin)的途徑。
在(zai)工(gong)廠某科研項目相機(ji)(ji)裝調(diao)過程中,鏡(jing)頭的(de)調(diao)焦(jiao)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)系統出(chu)現(xian)卡(ka)死(si)現(xian)象。幾(ji)次更改(gai)設(she)(she)(she)計方案均(jun)無法(fa)解決。高(gao)(gao)山通(tong)過分析問題所(suo)在(zai),主(zhu)動(dong)提出(chu)結構(gou)改(gai)進,并重(zhong)新設(she)(she)(she)計了(le)(le)(le)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)結構(gou)。通(tong)過減(jian)小摩(mo)擦(ca)接(jie)觸面(mian)積(ji),取代了(le)(le)(le)原設(she)(she)(she)計中的(de)差(cha)動(dong)螺(luo)紋(wen)結構(gou),變成一條(tiao)螺(luo)旋線實現(xian)鏡(jing)筒和鏡(jing)框(kuang)的(de)相對(dui)位移(yi)調(diao)焦(jiao),減(jian)小了(le)(le)(le)兩(liang)條(tiao)反向(xiang)螺(luo)紋(wen)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)推力相互作用(yong)(yong)。減(jian)少(shao)摩(mo)擦(ca)系數(shu),在(zai)調(diao)焦(jiao)環與鏡(jing)筒之間加入滾(gun)(gun)針和滾(gun)(gun)珠實現(xian)滾(gun)(gun)動(dong)摩(mo)擦(ca),提高(gao)(gao)了(le)(le)(le)整機(ji)(ji)的(de)機(ji)(ji)械性能(neng),延長了(le)(le)(le)電(dian)池的(de)續航時間。本次使用(yong)(yong)小螺(luo)距方牙螺(luo)紋(wen)加工(gong),是車削加工(gong)和航相機(ji)(ji)加工(gong)史上的(de)首創。
高山(shan)所設(she)計(ji)制(zhi)作(zuo)的(de)多功能(neng)(neng)打磨(mo)機,解決(jue)了(le)“加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)藝及加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)設(she)備(bei)(bei)設(she)施效率(lv)(lv)較低、外(wai)觀質量較差(cha),導致表(biao)(biao)面(mian)處(chu)理(li)工(gong)(gong)序合格(ge)率(lv)(lv)低、重復作(zuo)業增加(jia)(jia)(jia)”等難題。該打磨(mo)機投入使用(yong)后,減(jian)輕了(le)操作(zuo)者(zhe)的(de)勞動(dong)強度(du),提(ti)高了(le)生(sheng)產(chan)效率(lv)(lv)3倍(bei)。靠模銑削時(shi)(shi)對鋁料等一些材料可(ke)進(jin)行較大切削量加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong),比修銼、打磨(mo)等生(sheng)產(chan)效率(lv)(lv)提(ti)高了(le)5倍(bei),產(chan)品質量和外(wai)觀質量也得(de)(de)(de)到相應提(ti)高。用(yong)回轉(zhuan)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)臺(tai)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)磨(mo)削毛刺(ci)或焊口時(shi)(shi),打磨(mo)表(biao)(biao)面(mian)平滑,表(biao)(biao)面(mian)磨(mo)紋均勻,可(ke)提(ti)高生(sheng)產(chan)效率(lv)(lv)6倍(bei)。可(ke)升(sheng)降(jiang)的(de)搖臂(bei)式(shi)結構設(she)計(ji)理(li)念(nian)更(geng)加(jia)(jia)(jia)符合人體(ti)工(gong)(gong)程學及人機工(gong)(gong)程的(de)原理(li),設(she)備(bei)(bei)操作(zuo)更(geng)加(jia)(jia)(jia)簡(jian)單方便,更(geng)加(jia)(jia)(jia)靈活,可(ke)更(geng)換(huan)式(shi)的(de)工(gong)(gong)具夾頭實(shi)現(xian)了(le)一機多能(neng)(neng)的(de)設(she)計(ji)初衷(zhong),減(jian)少了(le)設(she)備(bei)(bei)操作(zuo)者(zhe)調(diao)整設(she)備(bei)(bei)和調(diao)整工(gong)(gong)具所需要(yao)的(de)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)準備(bei)(bei)時(shi)(shi)間,提(ti)高了(le)勞動(dong)生(sheng)產(chan)率(lv)(lv)。回轉(zhuan)臺(tai)式(shi)的(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)臺(tai)設(she)計(ji)使得(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)件(jian)在加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)過程中的(de)裝(zhuang)夾定(ding)位(wei)更(geng)加(jia)(jia)(jia)靈活,能(neng)(neng)同時(shi)(shi)針對殼體(ti)類的(de)零件(jian)、回轉(zhuan)類工(gong)(gong)件(jian)進(jin)行加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)。此項(xiang)設(she)計(ji)現(xian)已申報國家(jia)發明專利并獲(huo)得(de)(de)(de)受理(li)。截至目(mu)前(qian),高山(shan)及他所率(lv)(lv)領的(de)勞模創新工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)室共獲(huo)得(de)(de)(de)國家(jia)實(shi)用(yong)新型專利授(shou)權3項(xiang),還有2項(xiang)已受理(li)。
這兩年,高山勞模(mo)創新工作室在(zai)帶徒傳(chuan)技(ji)、技(ji)能攻關、技(ji)藝傳(chuan)承、技(ji)能推廣方面發(fa)揮了重要作用。在(zai)2019年吉林(lin)省級(ji)首席技(ji)師工作室評選(xuan)中(zhong),高山工作室被命名為省級(ji)首席技(ji)師工作室,并給予了20萬(wan)元的資金支持。
“我(wo)(wo)笨(ben)嘴(zui)拙舌,說不出(chu)來啥漂亮話(hua)。但是我(wo)(wo)想,作為一名兵工人(ren),履行強軍(jun)首責(ze)(ze),生(sheng)產出(chu)高質量的(de)(de)管用、耐用、實用、好用的(de)(de)防務產品(pin)就是我(wo)(wo)們的(de)(de)應有之責(ze)(ze)。”高山如是說。
