航天科工高紅衛:走中國特色工業互聯網道路

經(jing)過200多年工業革(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)命(ming)(ming)的(de)洗禮,人(ren)(ren)(ren)類先后(hou)經(jing)歷了(le)蒸汽機(ji)革(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)命(ming)(ming),發(fa)明了(le)火車、鐵路(lu)等(deng)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu);經(jing)歷了(le)內燃機(ji)革(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)命(ming)(ming),發(fa)明了(le)汽車、公(gong)路(lu)、船舶、航運(yun)等(deng)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu);經(jing)歷了(le)無(wu)線(xian)電(dian)(dian)與(yu)電(dian)(dian)子(zi)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)革(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)命(ming)(ming),發(fa)明了(le)電(dian)(dian)報、電(dian)(dian)話、電(dian)(dian)視、雷達(da)等(deng)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu),因為無(wu)線(xian)電(dian)(dian)與(yu)電(dian)(dian)子(zi)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)的(de)廣泛使用,催生了(le)真(zhen)空電(dian)(dian)子(zi)管和(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)子(zi)元器(qi)件技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)。第二(er)次世界大(da)戰以及冷戰中的(de)太(tai)空競(jing)賽(sai),推動(dong)了(le)軍事技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)革(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)命(ming)(ming)和(he)(he)太(tai)空技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)革(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)命(ming)(ming);軍事技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)革(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)命(ming)(ming)和(he)(he)太(tai)空技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)革(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)命(ming)(ming)催生了(le)半(ban)(ban)導體和(he)(he)集成電(dian)(dian)路(lu)產業的(de)革(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)命(ming)(ming)。由于半(ban)(ban)導體和(he)(he)集成電(dian)(dian)路(lu)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)的(de)成熟,又催生了(le)大(da)型計算(suan)機(ji)、個(ge)(ge)人(ren)(ren)(ren)電(dian)(dian)腦和(he)(he)個(ge)(ge)人(ren)(ren)(ren)通(tong)信的(de)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)革(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)命(ming)(ming)。大(da)型計算(suan)機(ji)、個(ge)(ge)人(ren)(ren)(ren)電(dian)(dian)腦和(he)(he)個(ge)(ge)人(ren)(ren)(ren)通(tong)信技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)革(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)命(ming)(ming)自(zi)然地催生了(le)互(hu)聯(lian)網革(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)命(ming)(ming)和(he)(he)移(yi)動(dong)互(hu)聯(lian)網革(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)命(ming)(ming)。當前,互(hu)聯(lian)網革(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)命(ming)(ming)和(he)(he)移(yi)動(dong)互(hu)聯(lian)網革(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)命(ming)(ming)正(zheng)在(zai)催生全球消費方(fang)式(shi)(包(bao)括個(ge)(ge)人(ren)(ren)(ren)消費與(yu)公(gong)共消費)與(yu)生產方(fang)式(shi)(包(bao)括制(zhi)造類和(he)(he)非(fei)制(zhi)造類)兩大(da)社(she)會領域的(de)革(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)命(ming)(ming)。

各(ge)類(lei)(lei)電(dian)子商(shang)務平臺(tai)是(shi)(shi)個人消(xiao)費方(fang)(fang)式變(bian)(bian)革的(de)(de)(de)基(ji)礎(chu),各(ge)類(lei)(lei)公共服務平臺(tai)是(shi)(shi)公共消(xiao)費方(fang)(fang)式變(bian)(bian)革的(de)(de)(de)基(ji)礎(chu),各(ge)類(lei)(lei)工業互聯網(wang)平臺(tai)是(shi)(shi)制造(zao)(zao)類(lei)(lei)生(sheng)產方(fang)(fang)式變(bian)(bian)革的(de)(de)(de)基(ji)礎(chu),非(fei)制造(zao)(zao)類(lei)(lei)生(sheng)產方(fang)(fang)式變(bian)(bian)革的(de)(de)(de)平臺(tai)是(shi)(shi)非(fei)制造(zao)(zao)類(lei)(lei)生(sheng)產方(fang)(fang)式變(bian)(bian)革的(de)(de)(de)基(ji)礎(chu)(比(bi)如,各(ge)類(lei)(lei)精神(shen)文(wen)明產品的(de)(de)(de)創造(zao)(zao)等(deng),非(fei)制造(zao)(zao)類(lei)(lei)生(sheng)產方(fang)(fang)式和(he)平臺(tai)尚在孕育(yu)(yu)之中)。這四(si)種平臺(tai)技術的(de)(de)(de)發育(yu)(yu)成熟和(he)普遍運用,將宣告工業文(wen)明時代(dai)逐漸淡出歷史,而(er)信息文(wen)明時代(dai)逐漸拉開大幕。

由于(yu)歷(li)史的(de)(de)(de)原因(yin),中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)幾乎錯(cuo)過(guo)了工業(ye)革命(ming)(ming)以(yi)來所有的(de)(de)(de)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)革命(ming)(ming)。新中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)成立(li)后,我國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)搭上(shang)(shang)了工業(ye)革命(ming)(ming)的(de)(de)(de)末(mo)班車,并且勇(yong)敢地(di)乘上(shang)(shang)了互聯(lian)網革命(ming)(ming)的(de)(de)(de)快車,而且還通過(guo)自身努力(li)坐進了移動互聯(lian)網革命(ming)(ming)的(de)(de)(de)頭等艙。每次(ci)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)革命(ming)(ming)浪潮都(dou)是以(yi)之前的(de)(de)(de)若(ruo)干次(ci)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)革命(ming)(ming)為基礎(chu),當(dang)前工業(ye)化(hua)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)家的(de)(de)(de)競爭優勢都(dou)是建立(li)在(zai)前面幾場技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)革命(ming)(ming)基礎(chu)上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)。如果發展中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)家長期采用追趕戰(zhan)略(lve),那么永遠只能跟在(zai)發達國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)家后面亦(yi)步亦(yi)趨,難以(yi)將發展的(de)(de)(de)主動權掌握在(zai)自己(ji)手上(shang)(shang)。比如,如果美國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)及其盟友對中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)實行(xing)最嚴格的(de)(de)(de)禁運,那么我國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)相當(dang)多(duo)的(de)(de)(de)新興行(xing)業(ye)的(de)(de)(de)耀眼光芒(mang)就會黯然失色,因(yin)為中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)沒有扎實地(di)走完這些行(xing)業(ye)基礎(chu)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)與核(he)心產(chan)品(pin)革命(ming)(ming)的(de)(de)(de)完整歷(li)程,在(zai)不可替代(dai)的(de)(de)(de)關鍵領域沒有拿(na)得(de)出手的(de)(de)(de)產(chan)品(pin)和技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)。

這就決(jue)定(ding)了我國(guo)的(de)現代化(hua)強(qiang)國(guo)之路注(zhu)定(ding)不是尋常路,必須根據本國(guo)國(guo)情和時代潮流大趨勢(shi)作出(chu)(chu)科學判(pan)斷,走出(chu)(chu)一(yi)條(tiao)與發(fa)達(da)國(guo)家(jia)殊途同(tong)歸的(de)發(fa)展(zhan)之路。

在工業(ye)互聯網領(ling)域,有三條道路(lu)可供選擇:第一種(zhong),以完善的(de)(de)(de)(de)CPS為(wei)基礎,逐步向上延伸到智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)化(hua)(hua)生(sheng)產(chan)線(xian)、智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)化(hua)(hua)車(che)間、智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)化(hua)(hua)工廠,通過打造(zao)(zao)(zao)智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)(zao)平(ping)臺向著工業(ye)4.0的(de)(de)(de)(de)目(mu)標前進(簡稱為(wei)德國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)模(mo)式(shi)(shi)(shi));這(zhe)種(zhong)模(mo)式(shi)(shi)(shi)發(fa)展的(de)(de)(de)(de)實(shi)(shi)(shi)際(ji)效果將(jiang)是(shi)“自下(xia)而(er)上遞進上升(sheng)”,最終(zhong)(zhong)實(shi)(shi)(shi)現兼(jian)容(rong)智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)(zao)、協同制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)(zao)、云(yun)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)(zao)三種(zhong)業(ye)態的(de)(de)(de)(de)目(mu)標。第二種(zhong),在基本實(shi)(shi)(shi)現智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)(zao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)協作配套企(qi)業(ye)之間,以線(xian)下(xia)全(quan)(quan)球配套、全(quan)(quan)球協同制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)(zao)分(fen)工布局(ju)為(wei)基礎,打造(zao)(zao)(zao)全(quan)(quan)球化(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)(de)協同制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)(zao)與協同售后服(fu)務平(ping)臺,繼續保持全(quan)(quan)球制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)(zao)業(ye)垂直(zhi)分(fen)工體系的(de)(de)(de)(de)主導地位(wei)(簡稱為(wei)美國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)模(mo)式(shi)(shi)(shi));這(zhe)種(zhong)模(mo)式(shi)(shi)(shi)發(fa)展的(de)(de)(de)(de)實(shi)(shi)(shi)際(ji)效果將(jiang)是(shi)“抓中間帶兩頭”,最終(zhong)(zhong)實(shi)(shi)(shi)現兼(jian)容(rong)智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)(zao)、協同制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)(zao)、云(yun)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)(zao)三種(zhong)業(ye)態的(de)(de)(de)(de)目(mu)標。第三種(zhong),在絕大部分(fen)企(qi)業(ye)不具(ju)備(bei)智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)(zao)能(neng)力,企(qi)業(ye)的(de)(de)(de)(de)運營流程(cheng)尚未完成信(xin)息化(hua)(hua)改(gai)造(zao)(zao)(zao),且短時間內(nei)不可能(neng)完成智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)化(hua)(hua)改(gai)造(zao)(zao)(zao)和企(qi)業(ye)流程(cheng)信(xin)息化(hua)(hua)改(gai)造(zao)(zao)(zao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)前提下(xia),我國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)工業(ye)互聯網如果照搬德國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)模(mo)式(shi)(shi)(shi)或者美國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)模(mo)式(shi)(shi)(shi),必然(ran)文不對題。

航天云(yun)網從(cong)(cong)設(she)立之初就(jiu)確定了(le)如(ru)下發展(zhan)路徑:搭建工(gong)業(ye)領域(yu)的(de)云(yun)平臺(tai)(tai),從(cong)(cong)打造(zao)(zao)云(yun)制(zhi)造(zao)(zao)產業(ye)集群生(sheng)態(tai)起步,先把分(fen)散(san)在全國(guo)(guo)各個角落市場(chang)主(zhu)體的(de)資源(yuan)配置與業(ye)務流程優化工(gong)作放在中(zhong)心地位,從(cong)(cong)省(sheng)錢(qian)、賺錢(qian)、生(sheng)錢(qian)三個層次逐(zhu)步遞進,配合中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)工(gong)業(ye)企業(ye)的(de)逐(zhu)步轉型,沿著“自上而下逐(zhu)步深化”的(de)路徑,最終(zhong)實(shi)現從(cong)(cong)云(yun)制(zhi)造(zao)(zao)到協同制(zhi)造(zao)(zao)、從(cong)(cong)協同制(zhi)造(zao)(zao)到智能制(zhi)造(zao)(zao)的(de)逆襲,實(shi)現與德國(guo)(guo)模(mo)式(shi)(shi)、美國(guo)(guo)模(mo)式(shi)(shi)殊途同歸的(de)目(mu)標(biao)。航天云(yun)網作為(wei)全球首(shou)批工(gong)業(ye)互聯(lian)網平臺(tai)(tai)上線近3年來,始終(zhong)堅(jian)持這一發展(zhan)理念,交(jiao)出了(le)一份令人欣(xin)慰的(de)答卷,初步驗(yan)證(zheng)了(le)具有中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)特色“自上而下逐(zhu)步深化”工(gong)業(ye)互聯(lian)網發展(zhan)路徑的(de)科(ke)學性、合理性。

目前航天(tian)云(yun)網云(yun)端注冊(ce)企業(ye)近165萬(wan)(wan)戶,發布協作(zuo)與(yu)采購(gou)需求超過(guo)13萬(wan)(wan)條,金額(e)近4000億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan);協作(zuo)與(yu)采購(gou)云(yun)端成交近76000筆,共計1920億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan),50%以(yi)上業(ye)務(wu)規(gui)模(mo)小于2.25萬(wan)(wan)元(yuan)(yuan),80%的(de)業(ye)務(wu)規(gui)模(mo)小于100萬(wan)(wan)元(yuan)(yuan);近80萬(wan)(wan)臺設備接入云(yun)平臺,近20萬(wan)(wan)臺設備在線。航天(tian)云(yun)網APP以(yi)CMSS(云(yun)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造支(zhi)持(chi)系統)為載體,全(quan)面(mian)支(zhi)撐智能制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造、協同(tong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造、云(yun)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造三類制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造,可面(mian)向制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造全(quan)產業(ye)鏈提(ti)供生(sheng)產全(quan)要素、全(quan)流(liu)程、全(quan)生(sheng)命周(zhou)期的(de)APP支(zhi)持(chi),提(ti)供各類工業(ye)服務(wu)和解決方案(an)。目前,航天(tian)云(yun)網APP總數為1526個。

樣本企業數據表明(ming),160余萬(wan)(wan)個注(zhu)冊用戶(hu)總經營規模(mo)約10萬(wan)(wan)億元,平(ping)均經營規模(mo)625萬(wan)(wan)元。注(zhu)冊用戶(hu)85%以(yi)上(shang)屬于(yu)小微企業(35%+50%)。目前已(yi)有1萬(wan)(wan)多家(jia)企業在云(yun)(yun)端配套(tao)協作(zuo)(zuo)成功,平(ping)均每家(jia)企業約7單。以(yi)每單典(dian)型業務(wu)規模(mo)2.25萬(wan)(wan)元考慮,意味(wei)著小型企業每年云(yun)(yun)端配套(tao)協作(zuo)(zuo)成交360筆以(yi)上(shang)(平(ping)均每天成交1單以(yi)上(shang)),就(jiu)可(ke)以(yi)發(fa)展壯大。另外,如(ru)果企業利(li)用云(yun)(yun)端協作(zuo)(zuo)方式增加(jia)業務(wu)量,將設備開工率從50%左(zuo)右提升到85%左(zuo)右,無需增加(jia)投資(zi),就(jiu)可(ke)以(yi)為(wei)云(yun)(yun)端企業增加(jia)30%左(zuo)右收入。
