5月30日,隨著(zhu)最后一方混凝土的澆筑完(wan)成,由深圳(zhen)(zhen)市地(di)鐵(tie)集團有(you)(you)(you)限(xian)公(gong)司(si)建(jian)設、中鐵(tie)南方投(tou)資(zi)發展有(you)(you)(you)限(xian)公(gong)司(si)總承包、中鐵(tie)北京工程局集團有(you)(you)(you)限(xian)公(gong)司(si)深圳(zhen)(zhen)地(di)鐵(tie)集團建(jian)設負責施工的深圳(zhen)(zhen)地(di)鐵(tie)6號線(xian)(xian)6102標合水口至薯(shu)田(tian)埔區(qu)間150米大跨橋順利(li)(li)完(wan)成合攏,標志著(zhu)6號線(xian)(xian)橋梁施工已進入收尾階(jie)段,為實(shi)現(xian)早日通車創造了又(you)一有(you)(you)(you)利(li)(li)條(tiao)件。
據悉,150m大(da)跨(kua)橋(qiao)位(wei)于6號線一(yi)(yi)期(qi)工程第16個區間(jian),結構(gou)形式為(wei)四(si)墩三跨(kua),全長(chang)330.122m(90.331m+150m+89.791m),線路平面(mian)位(wei)于半徑(jing)為(wei)550m的(de)曲線上,是目前為(wei)止國內地鐵領域最(zui)大(da)跨(kua)度的(de)V型剛(gang)構(gou)連(lian)續梁拱橋(qiao)。與(yu)傳統連(lian)續剛(gang)構(gou)橋(qiao)相比,此橋(qiao)結構(gou)上充(chong)分(fen)發揮了梁體(ti)和(he)拱肋的(de)各自(zi)優勢,拱肋承(cheng)擔彎(wan)矩和(he)軸向壓(ya)力,梁體(ti)承(cheng)擔彎(wan)矩和(he)拉力,整(zheng)體(ti)造型美觀,結構(gou)輕盈,投資經濟,與(yu)周邊環境協調統一(yi)(yi),是城市軌道交通橋(qiao)梁建設(she)理念(nian)的(de)一(yi)(yi)種創新。
在工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程建(jian)設(she)中,建(jian)設(she)總部組織(zhi)各參(can)建(jian)單位克(ke)服了交(jiao)(jiao)通疏解(jie)難、施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)場(chang)地窄、技術(shu)標準(zhun)高(gao)等困難,攻克(ke)了C60高(gao)標號大體積(ji)混凝土施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)水(shui)化熱導致混凝土開裂的(de)技術(shu)難題;積(ji)極(ji)實(shi)踐運用(yong)BIM技術(shu),科學精準(zhun)地反映整個(ge)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)過程,繪制(zhi)關鍵部位的(de)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)動(dong)(dong)畫,對(dui)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)管理(li)和作業人員進行可視(shi)化交(jiao)(jiao)底;組建(jian)專(zhuan)業的(de)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)監控團(tuan)隊,實(shi)時監測核算每個(ge)節段的(de)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)狀態,有效指導下(xia)步工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)序的(de)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong);針對(dui)大跨(kua)橋(qiao)V型剛構連續梁(liang)拱(gong)橋(qiao)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)困難大的(de)特點,動(dong)(dong)態完善橋(qiao)梁(liang)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)過程的(de)風險評(ping)估及管理(li)體系,實(shi)現了施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)安(an)全、質量、進度(du)的(de)有效控制(zhi);合(he)理(li)組織(zhi)、認真謀(mou)劃,在確(que)保高(gao)標準(zhun)、高(gao)質量完成(cheng)150米大跨(kua)橋(qiao)建(jian)設(she)的(de)前提下(xia),有效地縮短了施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)期,為(wei)后(hou)續預制(zhi)梁(liang)架(jia)設(she)、安(an)裝裝修工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程順利(li)的(de)開展,奠定了堅實(shi)的(de)基礎。
據了解,目前地(di)鐵6號(hao)線一(yi)期(qi)20座(zuo)車站(zhan)(zhan)主體結構(gou)已完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)90%,車站(zhan)(zhan)已實現(xian)封頂12座(zuo),高架橋(qiao)梁完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)約(yue)90%,區間隧道(dao)完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)70%,預計年(nian)(nian)內可實現(xian)全部車站(zhan)(zhan)封頂與橋(qiao)、洞全線貫通(tong),下階段(duan)將陸續轉換(huan)工序至附屬結構(gou)及(ji)安裝裝修階段(duan)。6號(hao)線二(er)期(qi)于2016年(nian)(nian)6月(yue)開工,7座(zuo)車站(zhan)(zhan)也有3座(zuo)車站(zhan)(zhan)主體結構(gou)已實現(xian)封頂,區間隧道(dao)完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)約(yue)30%,高架區間約(yue)完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)60%。為(wei)緩解北站(zhan)(zhan)樞(shu)紐(niu)的交通(tong)換(huan)乘壓力,6號(hao)線一(yi)、二(er)期(qi)計劃于2020年(nian)(nian)同步(bu)建成(cheng)開通(tong)。
深(shen)(shen)(shen)圳(zhen)地(di)鐵(tie)6號(hao)線全長(chang)約(yue)49.4km,其(qi)中一期(qi)工(gong)(gong)程長(chang)約(yue)37.6km,起自深(shen)(shen)(shen)圳(zhen)北(bei)站(zhan)綜(zong)合(he)交(jiao)通樞紐,終于(yu)松崗站(zhan),設車(che)站(zhan)20座(其(qi)中地(di)下(xia)站(zhan)5座,高架站(zhan)15座),與(yu)(yu)4、5、11、13、15號(hao)線及廣深(shen)(shen)(shen)港客運專(zhuan)線綜(zong)合(he)換(huan)乘,建設期(qi)為2015-2020年。二期(qi)工(gong)(gong)程從深(shen)(shen)(shen)圳(zhen)北(bei)站(zhan)預(yu)留高架工(gong)(gong)程引出,止于(yu)科學館站(zhan),途經龍華、福田、羅(luo)湖三區,與(yu)(yu)1、3、7、9號(hao)線及筍崗線(規劃(hua)中的24號(hao)線)換(huan)乘,長(chang)約(yue)11.8km,設車(che)站(zhan)7座,均為地(di)下(xia)站(zhan),建設期(qi)為2016年-2020年。 深(shen)(shen)(shen)圳(zhen)地(di)鐵(tie)6號(hao)線是聯系深(shen)(shen)(shen)圳(zhen)核心城(cheng)區與(yu)(yu)中部綜(zong)合(he)組團、西(xi)部高新組團的城(cheng)市快線,工(gong)(gong)程建成后,對改善區域交(jiao)通,方便市民出行,加速特區經濟(ji)一體化(hua)進程具有(you)極其(qi)重要的意(yi)義。
