近(jin)日，山東信(xin)托(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)向(xiang)山東省(sheng)民政廳遞交了“山東信(xin)托(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)·大(da)同系列同心(xin)揚夢慈善(shan)信(xin)托(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)計劃(hua)”的備案材(cai)料，并成功獲得備案。這是(shi)《慈善(shan)法(fa)》正式實施后山東信(xin)托(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)設立的首(shou)只標(biao)準化慈善(shan)信(xin)托(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)產品(pin)，也(ye)是(shi)山東省(sheng)第一單成功在民政部門備案的慈善(shan)信(xin)托(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)。
“受(shou)(shou)人(ren)(ren)之托(tuo)(tuo)，代(dai)人(ren)(ren)行善(shan)(shan)(shan)”，慈(ci)善(shan)(shan)(shan)信托(tuo)(tuo)是指(zhi)委托(tuo)(tuo)人(ren)(ren)基于慈(ci)善(shan)(shan)(shan)目的(de)(de)(de)，依法(fa)將(jiang)其(qi)財(cai)產(chan)(chan)委托(tuo)(tuo)給受(shou)(shou)托(tuo)(tuo)人(ren)(ren)，由(you)受(shou)(shou)托(tuo)(tuo)人(ren)(ren)按照委托(tuo)(tuo)人(ren)(ren)意愿(yuan)、以(yi)受(shou)(shou)托(tuo)(tuo)人(ren)(ren)名(ming)義進(jin)行管理(li)和(he)處分(fen)(fen)，開(kai)展(zhan)慈(ci)善(shan)(shan)(shan)活動。2016年出臺的(de)(de)(de)《慈(ci)善(shan)(shan)(shan)法(fa)》專章(zhang)列入(ru)慈(ci)善(shan)(shan)(shan)信托(tuo)(tuo)，慈(ci)善(shan)(shan)(shan)信托(tuo)(tuo)作為新型的(de)(de)(de)慈(ci)善(shan)(shan)(shan)方(fang)式，特別(bie)是引入(ru)信托(tuo)(tuo)公司作為受(shou)(shou)托(tuo)(tuo)人(ren)(ren)和(he)資產(chan)(chan)管理(li)者，能(neng)夠(gou)充(chong)分(fen)(fen)發(fa)揮信托(tuo)(tuo)的(de)(de)(de)制度優勢和(he)資產(chan)(chan)管理(li)能(neng)力(li)，并且受(shou)(shou)到民政部門與銀監(jian)部門的(de)(de)(de)雙重監(jian)管，將(jiang)推(tui)動慈(ci)善(shan)(shan)(shan)事(shi)業(ye)向更透明、更高效的(de)(de)(de)方(fang)向發(fa)展(zhan)，成為推(tui)動我國慈(ci)善(shan)(shan)(shan)事(shi)業(ye)發(fa)展(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)重要(yao)力(li)量。
作為(wei)國(guo)有金(jin)融企業(ye)(ye)，山(shan)東信(xin)(xin)托(tuo)(tuo)一(yi)直注重發揮信(xin)(xin)托(tuo)(tuo)本源功(gong)能，主(zhu)動踐(jian)行社(she)會責任，2016年作為(wei)顧問(wen)單(dan)位發起成立了全國(guo)首個(ge)慈(ci)(ci)善(shan)信(xin)(xin)托(tuo)(tuo)行業(ye)(ye)聯合體(ti)“中國(guo)慈(ci)(ci)善(shan)聯合會慈(ci)(ci)善(shan)信(xin)(xin)托(tuo)(tuo)委員會”，并緊隨政策腳步，積極(ji)開展標準化(hua)慈(ci)(ci)善(shan)信(xin)(xin)托(tuo)(tuo)業(ye)(ye)務。公(gong)司設(she)立的“大同系(xi)列同心揚(yang)夢慈(ci)(ci)善(shan)信(xin)(xin)托(tuo)(tuo)計(ji)劃”采(cai)取信(xin)(xin)托(tuo)(tuo)公(gong)司受托(tuo)(tuo)人+慈(ci)(ci)善(shan)組織的管理模式，每月設(she)立一(yi)個(ge)開放日(ri)，吸納社(she)會各界資金(jin)加入，首筆信(xin)(xin)托(tuo)(tuo)資金(jin)已(yi)用于為(wei)孤寡老人“送(song)物資、送(song)健康、送(song)文(wen)化(hua)”，今后還將進行扶貧助(zhu)學。
未來，山東信(xin)托將(jiang)繼續研發慈(ci)善(shan)信(xin)托新模式、開拓新業(ye)務，弘揚慈(ci)善(shan)精神，推廣信(xin)托文化(hua)，做好財富管(guan)理與慈(ci)善(shan)事(shi)業(ye)的跨界融合，帶動(dong)更(geng)多愛心人士及組織參與到(dao)慈(ci)善(shan)信(xin)托形式的社會公益(yi)慈(ci)善(shan)活動(dong)，共同推動(dong)公益(yi)慈(ci)善(shan)事(shi)業(ye)的蓬(peng)勃(bo)發展。
