近日,上(shang)(shang)海(hai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)自主(zhu)研發(fa)(fa)的首(shou)臺1240MW水(shui)氫(qing)氫(qing)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)型(xing)式試驗(yan)在臨港基地完(wan)成(cheng)。發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)效率、溫升(sheng)、振動、噪聲、漏氫(qing)量五大(da)性能指標均優于(yu)設計預(yu)期,總體性能達到國際先進(jin)水(shui)平。上(shang)(shang)海(hai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)1240MW水(shui)氫(qing)氫(qing)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)將(jiang)服(fu)役(yi)陽(yang)西項目,是(shi)目前世(shi)界(jie)最大(da)單軸(zhou)火電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)組的全(quan)速汽輪發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)。與現有1000MW水(shui)氫(qing)氫(qing)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)相比,定子電(dian)(dian)(dian)流增加1.24倍(bei),電(dian)(dian)(dian)動力(li)及發(fa)(fa)熱量增加1.54倍(bei)。針對電(dian)(dian)(dian)動力(li)、溫升(sheng)、模(mo)(mo)態及固定結構等(deng)變化,上(shang)(shang)海(hai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)在設計和工藝上(shang)(shang)大(da)膽創新(xin),采(cai)(cai)用端部整(zheng)體灌膠設計,提(ti)高抗突然短(duan)路能力(li)和整(zheng)機(ji)防暈(yun)水(shui)平。采(cai)(cai)用1:1實物(wu)模(mo)(mo)擬(ni)試驗(yan)和三維(wei)有限元分析(xi)、優化通風系統等(deng),突破(po)了大(da)型(xing)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)定子端部繞(rao)組動力(li)特(te)性及模(mo)(mo)態設計等(deng)瓶(ping)頸(jing)。
