今年以來,江蘇省鹽(yan)業集團公司全面實施以(yi)“智(zhi)慧蘇(su)(su)鹽(yan)”為(wei)內容的江蘇(su)(su)鹽(yan)業“互聯網+”戰略(lve),以(yi)營銷(xiao)體(ti)系(xi)(xi)(xi)和物流體(ti)系(xi)(xi)(xi)的信息化建(jian)(jian)(jian)設為(wei)核(he)心,扎實推(tui)進(jin)供應(ying)鏈系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)改(gai)造(zao)、O2O平(ping)臺建(jian)(jian)(jian)設、物流信息化平(ping)臺建(jian)(jian)(jian)設三大工程,強力推(tui)進(jin)“現(xian)代營銷(xiao)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)”、“客(ke)戶管理(li)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)”、“物流配送系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)”、“財務(wu)核(he)算系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)”、“監督管理(li)考核(he)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)”、“OA協同系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)”,以(yi)及“蘇(su)(su)鹽(yan)生活家O2O線上線下一體(ti)化系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)”的“6+1”系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設工作。通過信息化建(jian)(jian)(jian)設的先行先試(shi),積極應(ying)對鹽(yan)業體(ti)制改(gai)革挑戰,全力助推(tui)企業轉型發展。
近期,集團(tuan)公(gong)司歷(li)經(jing)2個(ge)多(duo)月實施完成了供應鏈系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)改造(zao)(zao)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng),以(yi)及ERP-NC系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong),徹底解(jie)決了多(duo)年來信息(xi)化系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)中(zhong)運(yun)用(yong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)信息(xi)資源(yuan)無(wu)法對接(jie)、不能(neng)共(gong)(gong)享,應用(yong)效率低下等問題。下一階段(duan),集團(tuan)公(gong)司還將(jiang)通過(guo)移(yi)動互聯(lian)技術集成營銷(xiao)(xiao)、物(wu)流(liu)(liu)(liu)、結算、審批等各系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)模(mo)塊功能(neng),涵蓋(gai)公(gong)司業務監(jian)管(guan)的實用(yong)功能(neng)與服務,形成信息(xi)共(gong)(gong)享、決策統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)一的信息(xi)管(guan)理(li)機制,進一步(bu)提高流(liu)(liu)(liu)通企(qi)業營銷(xiao)(xiao)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)效率,并將(jiang)陸(lu)續打造(zao)(zao)物(wu)流(liu)(liu)(liu)配送系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)、客戶關系(xi)(xi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)、財務共(gong)(gong)享平臺(tai)、監(jian)督考核系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)等“智慧蘇鹽(yan)”“6+1”系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)平臺(tai)建設工(gong)(gong)程(cheng),利用(yong)信息(xi)化創新江蘇鹽(yan)業管(guan)理(li)和業務模(mo)式(shi)(shi),快(kuai)速適應未來公(gong)司組織(zhi)形式(shi)(shi)、商業模(mo)式(shi)(shi)、業務流(liu)(liu)(liu)程(cheng)以(yi)及外部客商等市場性(xing)變(bian)化。
