青島水務集團“四抓四促” 突出標準化班組建設

今年(nian),水務集團圍(wei)繞(rao)標準化(hua)班(ban)組建設工作,狠抓(zhua)(zhua)人員(yuan)隊伍建設,突出安全生產(chan)抓(zhua)(zhua)發展,突出服務抓(zhua)(zhua)管理,突出技術抓(zhua)(zhua)創新(xin),不斷(duan)加大創建力度,全面提(ti)升(sheng)標準化(hua)班(ban)組建設水平。
一是抓基(ji)礎(chu)管理,促日(ri)常工(gong)作流(liu)程化(hua)。成立了(le)班(ban)組建(jian)設領導小組,制(zhi)定、完(wan)善了(le)安全生(sheng)產制(zhi)度(du)、工(gong)具(ju)管理制(zhi)度(du)等相(xiang)關制(zhi)度(du),施工(gong)現場(chang)實行“6S”管理,實施班(ban)前(班(ban)后(hou))會制(zhi)度(du)確保(bao)了(le)信(xin)息通暢與共享(xiang),開展“節能(neng)減排”活動使管理費用較2014年預算降(jiang)低(di)6萬元。通過以上組織制(zhi)度(du)、現場(chang)管理、信(xin)息管理及(ji)節能(neng)減排進班(ban)組,促使日(ri)常工(gong)作流(liu)程化(hua)。
二是抓安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)生(sheng)產(chan),促現場作業標準化。建立(li)(li)班組全(quan)(quan)(quan)員安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)生(sheng)產(chan)責任制(zhi)(zhi),建立(li)(li)完善班組安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)管理規章制(zhi)(zhi)度(du)和(he)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)生(sheng)產(chan)檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)(cha)記錄等記錄臺賬;實(shi)行(xing)季、月、周(zhou)學習(xi)制(zhi)(zhi)度(du),落實(shi)在建工(gong)程質量三檢(jian)(jian)制(zhi)(zhi),建立(li)(li)工(gong)序交(jiao)接檢(jian)(jian)驗制(zhi)(zhi)度(du)、“一(yi)(yi)天一(yi)(yi)檢(jian)(jian)”安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)(cha)制(zhi)(zhi)度(du)和(he)重點工(gong)程督(du)查(cha)(cha)制(zhi)(zhi)度(du),實(shi)施隱(yin)患整改制(zhi)(zhi)度(du);啟動(dong)“安(an)(an)康杯”重點工(gong)程奪旗(qi)勞動(dong)競賽(sai)(sai)儀式(shi),舉行(xing)了安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)宣誓和(he)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)簽(qian)名活動(dong),開展了“安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)生(sheng)產(chan)月”、“八比八賽(sai)(sai)”等系(xi)列競賽(sai)(sai)活動(dong)。
三是抓專業管理,促技(ji)(ji)術指標精細化(hua)。以(yi)“勞模(mo)創新(xin)工(gong)作室”為依托,不(bu)定(ding)期對技(ji)(ji)術創新(xin)、技(ji)(ji)術攻關(guan)、新(xin)設備(bei)的開(kai)發和(he)(he)應(ying)用工(gong)作進(jin)行交流研討;以(yi)班組(zu)為單位(wei),存好(hao)重要(yao)工(gong)序影像資料,分析(xi)工(gong)程中(zhong)(zhong)出現(xian)的問題,定(ding)期組(zu)織學(xue)習規范文件和(he)(he)其他(ta)公司的施工(gong)工(gong)藝等(deng)。今年,在承建工(gong)程施工(gong)中(zhong)(zhong),針對A/A/O生物反應(ying)池(chi)底板(ban)砼(tong)工(gong)藝嚴(yan)格的要(yao)求(qiu),攻克了澆筑過程中(zhong)(zhong)“砼(tong)內部不(bu)出現(xian)冷(leng)縫(feng)”、“降低大(da)體積(ji)砼(tong)內外溫差”兩大(da)關(guan)鍵技(ji)(ji)術課題。
四是抓行為(wei)規(gui)(gui)范,促優質服(fu)務(wu)常態化(hua)。由優秀班組承(cheng)(cheng)建的(de)青島市地鐵建設配套給水(shui)管(guan)線遷(qian)改工(gong)程(cheng)最大規(gui)(gui)模新(xin)舊供水(shui)管(guan)道切換工(gong)作順利完成(cheng),未對(dui)市區居(ju)(ju)民用(yong)水(shui)的(de)水(shui)壓、水(shui)質造成(cheng)不良影響,得到(dao)了上(shang)級部門的(de)一(yi)致肯定(ding)。施(shi)工(gong)中(zhong),通過張(zhang)貼致居(ju)(ju)民的(de)一(yi)封信(xin),懸(xuan)掛(gua)安全(quan)文明施(shi)工(gong)標語,設置施(shi)工(gong)標志牌、圍(wei)擋、警示帶、行人便橋、LED警示燈,用(yong)密目網覆蓋殘(can)土,灑(sa)水(shui),專人清(qing)掃塵土,保持(chi)周邊環境等多項措施(shi),將(jiang)安全(quan)文明施(shi)工(gong)理(li)念(nian)做(zuo)(zuo)實(shi),做(zuo)(zuo)細;工(gong)程(cheng)搶修中(zhong),放棄休(xiu)息時間(jian),加班加點,在(zai)最短的(de)時間(jian)內幫(bang)助業主(zhu)搶修不屬于自己承(cheng)(cheng)建范圍(wei)的(de)工(gong)程(cheng)。至9月(yue)底,公司共(gong)收到(dao)錦旗9面,感謝信(xin)8封。
