新兵(bing)(bing)運(yun)(yun)輸(shu)工作啟(qi)動在即,根據(ju)2014年(nian)全(quan)國新老兵(bing)(bing)運(yun)(yun)輸(shu)會議安排,山航將于今(jin)年(nian)9月8日-9月16日承(cheng)運(yun)(yun)新老兵(bing)(bing)運(yun)(yun)輸(shu)任務13個(ge)架次、1000余人(ren)次 。
為確(que)保(bao)(bao)(bao)軍運(yun)(yun)工(gong)作萬(wan)無一失,山航成立了(le)新(xin)兵運(yun)(yun)輸(shu)工(gong)作領導小組,制定了(le)保(bao)(bao)(bao)障預案,從嚴(yan)落實各項保(bao)(bao)(bao)障措(cuo)施。各相關部門周密(mi)部署(shu)、密(mi)切配合(he),積極推動運(yun)(yun)輸(shu)保(bao)(bao)(bao)障工(gong)作前(qian)移,為新(xin)兵運(yun)(yun)輸(shu)工(gong)作順(shun)利開展(zhan)做(zuo)好準(zhun)備。
營(ying)銷委根據新(xin)兵(bing)(bing)運(yun)(yun)輸(shu)計劃及(ji)時鎖定航(hang)班座位,在接到(dao)新(xin)兵(bing)(bing)信息(xi)(xi)或新(xin)兵(bing)(bing)變更信息(xi)(xi)后,及(ji)時錄(lu)入系統,并通(tong)(tong)知AOC各相(xiang)關保(bao)障席位;運(yun)(yun)行(xing)控制(zhi)中心根據保(bao)障任(ren)務制(zhi)定保(bao)障方案,并負責(ze)新(xin)兵(bing)(bing)運(yun)(yun)輸(shu)任(ren)務航(hang)班的總(zong)體(ti)協(xie)調(diao)(diao)(diao)和計劃核實工作(zuo),提前通(tong)(tong)報沿途空管、機(ji)場(chang)(chang)等單位重點(dian)保(bao)障承運(yun)(yun)新(xin)兵(bing)(bing)的航(hang)班;飛(fei)(fei)行(xing)部(bu)(bu)(bu)、客艙(cang)部(bu)(bu)(bu)和空保(bao)大隊選派政治可靠(kao),業(ye)務技能高的機(ji)組執行(xing)運(yun)(yun)兵(bing)(bing)任(ren)務;機(ji)務系統按照專三(san)標(biao)準做(zuo)好飛(fei)(fei)機(ji)維護;地(di)服部(bu)(bu)(bu)與(yu)(yu)各分公司(si)、營(ying)業(ye)部(bu)(bu)(bu)要加強與(yu)(yu)各地(di)機(ji)場(chang)(chang)的溝通(tong)(tong)協(xie)調(diao)(diao)(diao),積極(ji)開展擁(yong)軍活(huo)動(dong),協(xie)調(diao)(diao)(diao)現場(chang)(chang)保(bao)障秩序;地(di)服部(bu)(bu)(bu)要開放專用值機(ji)通(tong)(tong)道為新(xin)兵(bing)(bing)辦理乘(cheng)機(ji)及(ji)行(xing)李(li)托(tuo)運(yun)(yun)手續,栓掛特殊行(xing)李(li)標(biao)識(shi)牌,做(zuo)好新(xin)兵(bing)(bing)候機(ji)引導(dao);客艙(cang)部(bu)(bu)(bu)要組織開展好機(ji)上特色活(huo)動(dong);貨運(yun)(yun)部(bu)(bu)(bu)負責(ze)新(xin)兵(bing)(bing)行(xing)李(li)的統一裝卸及(ji)代(dai)理單位的保(bao)障協(xie)調(diao)(diao)(diao),避免與(yu)(yu)普通(tong)(tong)旅客行(xing)李(li)混(hun)裝混(hun)卸;黨群工作(zuo)部(bu)(bu)(bu)協(xie)助落實新(xin)兵(bing)(bing)運(yun)(yun)輸(shu)的宣傳,營(ying)造公司(si)積極(ji)擁(yong)軍的輿論氛圍。
