上海建工集團積極探索適應“走出去”的經營管理體制

上海(hai)(hai)建(jian)(jian)(jian)工集(ji)團(tuan)在推(tui)進實施“大海(hai)(hai)外”戰略中,積極探(tan)索適(shi)應“走出去”的(de)(de)經(jing)(jing)營管(guan)(guan)理體(ti)制(zhi),比如,今(jin)后圣彼得(de)堡、莫斯(si)科和(he)澳(ao)門的(de)(de)區域市場(chang)分(fen)別由建(jian)(jian)(jian)工七建(jian)(jian)(jian)、四建(jian)(jian)(jian)和(he)一建(jian)(jian)(jian)代表(biao)集(ji)團(tuan)進行區域公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)管(guan)(guan)理并承(cheng)擔專業公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)“走出去”的(de)(de)責任(ren)。集(ji)團(tuan)還建(jian)(jian)(jian)立總公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)外經(jing)(jing)處,以(yi)構建(jian)(jian)(jian)海(hai)(hai)外業務(wu)統籌、協調、服務(wu)和(he)指導的(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)理平臺。在國(guo)內(nei),集(ji)團(tuan)通過(guo)建(jian)(jian)(jian)立和(he)籌建(jian)(jian)(jian)一批(pi)代表(biao)“上海(hai)(hai)建(jian)(jian)(jian)工”的(de)(de)地區分(fen)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si),使經(jing)(jing)營體(ti)制(zhi)逐步適(shi)應加快(kuai)拓展(zhan)國(guo)內(nei)市場(chang)的(de)(de)要求。
