日前,由(you)(you)上(shang)海城(cheng)建(jian)(jian)集(ji)團(tuan)投資22.4億元(yuan),以BT模式承攬(lan)的(de)(de)江(jiang)(jiang)西省南昌(chang)老(lao)城(cheng)區改(gai)(gai)(gai)造(zao)“一號工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)”沿(yan)江(jiang)(jiang)北(bei)、中(zhong)(zhong)大(da)道(dao)(dao)連通工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)日前正(zheng)式竣工(gong)(gong)通車(che)(che),為即將舉辦第七屆(jie)全(quan)國(guo)城(cheng)運會的(de)(de)南昌(chang),打通了(le)長(chang)期困擾當地的(de)(de)交通“腸(chang)梗阻(zu)”,更(geng)讓滕(teng)(teng)(teng)王(wang)閣(ge)這(zhe)座江(jiang)(jiang)南名樓,在改(gai)(gai)(gai)造(zao)和保護(hu)中(zhong)(zhong)獲(huo)得新生(sheng)。南昌(chang)沿(yan)江(jiang)(jiang)北(bei)、中(zhong)(zhong)大(da)道(dao)(dao)連通工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)全(quan)長(chang)3.3公里,包含隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)、道(dao)(dao)路、橋(qiao)梁、地下停車(che)(che)場、景(jing)觀(guan)綠化工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)等,是迄(qi)今(jin)為止南昌(chang)歷(li)時最短、單(dan)體(ti)最大(da)的(de)(de)市(shi)政(zheng)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)項目。為保護(hu)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)周(zhou)邊滕(teng)(teng)(teng)王(wang)閣(ge)等歷(li)史名跡,上(shang)海城(cheng)建(jian)(jian)多投入16億元(yuan),改(gai)(gai)(gai)造(zao)現有滕(teng)(teng)(teng)王(wang)閣(ge)隧(sui)道(dao)(dao),由(you)(you)原來的(de)(de)4車(che)(che)道(dao)(dao)改(gai)(gai)(gai)建(jian)(jian)成(cheng)8車(che)(che)道(dao)(dao),在滕(teng)(teng)(teng)王(wang)閣(ge)附近新建(jian)(jian)兩座跨河橋(qiao)梁,與隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)配合(he),讓兩條“斷頭路”連通起(qi)來。并首次采用雙排樁“雙保險”工(gong)(gong)藝(yi),一天三測,嚴密(mi)監控基坑變(bian)形等情況,將曾在外灘通道(dao)(dao)等工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)“心臟搭橋(qiao)”技術(shu)沿(yan)用至外地工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)建(jian)(jian)設,為南昌(chang)的(de)(de)市(shi)政(zheng)建(jian)(jian)設和文(wen)物保護(hu)做出了(le)積極(ji)貢獻。
