徐工集團自主研制出國內首臺交流傳動自卸車

近日,徐工集團首臺DE170電傳動自卸車在徐工研究院隆重下線。該車采用整體車橋式、后卸式結構,整車長13米寬7米高6米,車身自重110噸,載重量達170噸。DE170傳動系統采用當前國際先進的交—直—交電傳動驅動技術,標志著徐工研究院在大噸位電傳動自卸車研發領域有了重大突破。
DE170電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)自(zi)(zi)(zi)卸(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)車采用(yong)(yong)(yong)整體車橋式、后卸(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)式結構,傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)統(tong)采用(yong)(yong)(yong)當(dang)前國(guo)際(ji)先進的交(jiao)—直—交(jiao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)技術。該(gai)車完全擁有自(zi)(zi)(zi)主知識產(chan)權(quan),已獲專利受理150多項(xiang)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)統(tong)是電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)輪自(zi)(zi)(zi)卸(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)車的核(he)心部件(jian),DE170的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)統(tong)由徐工集團(tuan)與北車集團(tuan)共同研制(zhi)。此次電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)自(zi)(zi)(zi)卸(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)車交(jiao)流傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)統(tong)的研發是在北車集團(tuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)車電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)統(tong)的基(ji)礎上研制(zhi)出(chu)來的。該(gai)項(xiang)技術的成功應用(yong)(yong)(yong),打破了國(guo)外企業的壟斷局面(mian)。該(gai)項(xiang)技術采用(yong)(yong)(yong)國(guo)產(chan)發電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機、變頻器、變頻電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機和國(guo)產(chan)核(he)心控制(zhi)系(xi)統(tong),實現了完全國(guo)產(chan)化,提高了國(guo)產(chan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)自(zi)(zi)(zi)卸(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)車的市場競爭(zheng)力。徐工是全球首個在170噸級電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)自(zi)(zi)(zi)卸(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)車上采用(yong)(yong)(yong)交(jiao)—直—交(jiao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)技術的企業。
