由(you)上海(hai)(hai)(hai)建工基礎(chu)公司承(cheng)建的(de)13號線(xian)淮(huai)海(hai)(hai)(hai)中路(lu)站(zhan)近日(ri)創出上海(hai)(hai)(hai)地(di)(di)(di)鐵車站(zhan)地(di)(di)(di)下(xia)連(lian)續(xu)墻(qiang)(qiang)施(shi)(shi)工深達68米(mi)的(de)深度之最。地(di)(di)(di)鐵13號線(xian)淮(huai)海(hai)(hai)(hai)中路(lu)站(zhan)位于黃浦區瑞金一路(lu)以(yi)東,淮(huai)海(hai)(hai)(hai)中路(lu)以(yi)北的(de)地(di)(di)(di)塊內(nei),車站(zhan)主體(ti)(ti)長155米(mi),寬(kuan)度由(you)23.6米(mi)到28.35米(mi)不等,埋深超30米(mi),為(wei)地(di)(di)(di)下(xia)6層島(dao)式站(zhan)臺(tai)車站(zhan)。車站(zhan)主體(ti)(ti)圍護(hu)結(jie)構采用(yong)1.2米(mi)厚(hou)地(di)(di)(di)下(xia)連(lian)續(xu)墻(qiang)(qiang),最深達68米(mi),是目(mu)前(qian)上海(hai)(hai)(hai)市圍護(hu)施(shi)(shi)工深度和開挖深度最深的(de)地(di)(di)(di)鐵車站(zhan),車站(zhan)采用(yong)地(di)(di)(di)下(xia)三、四、五層板逆筑法施(shi)(shi)工。為(wei)解(jie)決大(da)深度地(di)(di)(di)下(xia)連(lian)續(xu)墻(qiang)(qiang)施(shi)(shi)工難題,建工基礎(chu)公司項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)部(bu)通過采用(yong)先進設備進行“雙輪銑”銑槽施(shi)(shi)工、運用(yong)套銑接頭工藝代替(ti)常規的(de)柔性(xing)(xing)或者剛性(xing)(xing)地(di)(di)(di)下(xia)連(lian)續(xu)墻(qiang)(qiang)接頭等多(duo)項(xiang)(xiang)措施(shi)(shi),確保了(le)68米(mi)超深地(di)(di)(di)墻(qiang)(qiang)前(qian)期施(shi)(shi)工初戰告(gao)捷。
