上海城建國內首條GPST盾構法隧道貫通

4月6日(ri),由上(shang)海城(cheng)建牽頭、旗下隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)股(gu)份主體研(yan)發(fa)應用的國(guo)內(nei)首(shou)條GPST地面(mian)出入式(shi)盾(dun)構法(fa)(fa)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)順利貫通,標志著歷時兩(liang)年的GPST科研(yan)項目全面(mian)成功。至此,上(shang)海城(cheng)建隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)股(gu)份完全打破了(le)日(ri)本、德國(guo)對GPST施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)的壟斷,中國(guo)已成為(wei)世(shi)界(jie)上(shang)少數(shu)擁有GPST隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)實(shi)際施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)能(neng)力的國(guo)家。GPST技(ji)術(shu)(shu)作(zuo)為(wei)世(shi)界(jie)首(shou)類在(zai)地表始發(fa)與(yu)到達的盾(dun)構隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)方(fang)法(fa)(fa),可以讓盾(dun)構機(ji)像穿山甲一(yi)樣,從地面(mian)直接向(xiang)地下挖(wa)掘(jue),省去挖(wa)掘(jue)始發(fa)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)井的步驟,可大幅降(jiang)低(di)隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)產生的環境影響,同(tong)時還能(neng)夠解放盾(dun)構掘(jue)進中對上(shang)方(fang)覆土的需求與(yu)限制,被譽為(wei)縈繞(rao)在(zai)中國(guo)隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)行業(ye)內(nei)的“哥德巴赫猜想”。施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)過程中,科研(yan)專家、施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)建設(she)者共同(tong)解決了(le)超淺(qian)覆土和負覆土技(ji)術(shu)(shu)難題(ti),克服了(le)隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)軸線偏(pian)移(yi)、隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)上(shang)浮、隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)滲漏(lou)水等(deng)困難,并得到了(le)大量GPST工(gong)(gong)法(fa)(fa)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)數(shu)據,為(wei)今后GPST工(gong)(gong)法(fa)(fa)的廣泛應用奠定了(le)基石。
