山東重工濰柴動力多途徑發展綠色環保動力

山東重工濰(wei)柴動力一直秉持“綠色動力、國際濰(wei)柴”的經營理念,在低(di)碳排放、循環經濟(ji)及資源節約綜合(he)利用(yong)等方(fang)面做了(le)大量工作。
一是調結構促發(fa)展,打造綠色產(chan)品
山(shan)東重工濰(wei)柴(chai)動(dong)力(li)(li)(li)在(zai)運行體制、商業模(mo)式(shi)、技(ji)術研發、內(nei)(nei)部管(guan)理等(deng)領(ling)(ling)域,進行了全方位、系統性的創新(xin),走出了一(yi)條(tiao)自(zi)主創新(xin)的內(nei)(nei)涵式(shi)發展道路。濰(wei)柴(chai)動(dong)力(li)(li)(li)就在(zai)國(guo)內(nei)(nei)率先(xian)成功(gong)研發了滿足國(guo)Ⅲ、國(guo)Ⅳ和國(guo)Ⅴ排(pai)放(fang)標準、擁有完全自(zi)主知識(shi)產權的大功(gong)率高速柴(chai)油機,主要技(ji)術指標與國(guo)際先(xian)進水平接(jie)軌。其中,目(mu)前在(zai)市場(chang)大批量配套的藍擎國(guo)Ⅲ發動(dong)機,比國(guo)內(nei)(nei)同類(lei)產品(pin)(pin)節(jie)油15%以上(shang)。一(yi)直以來,山(shan)東重工濰(wei)柴(chai)動(dong)力(li)(li)(li)致力(li)(li)(li)于替代燃(ran)料內(nei)(nei)燃(ran)機產品(pin)(pin)的研發,濰(wei)柴(chai)LNG(液化天然氣)動(dong)力(li)(li)(li)目(mu)前已廣泛(fan)應用于長途(tu)客車、寬(kuan)體自(zi)卸車、重型卡車和工程機械領(ling)(ling)域。
二(er)是擔責任重循環,發展綠色制造(zao)
近年(nian)來(lai),濰(wei)柴(chai)積極(ji)發展綠(lv)(lv)色制造,在制造綠(lv)(lv)色節(jie)能(neng)產品的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)同時,注重制造過程的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)綠(lv)(lv)色節(jie)能(neng),真(zhen)正將(jiang)“綠(lv)(lv)色濰(wei)柴(chai)”做到(dao)實(shi)處。在老廠(chang)區(qu)(qu)建設(she)日處理(li)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)量4400噸(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)再(zai)生(sheng)(sheng)回(hui)用(yong)(yong)系統(tong)(tong)(tong),工(gong)業廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)全部進(jin)污水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)站(zhan)并實(shi)現“閉路循環(huan)”,該系統(tong)(tong)(tong)年(nian)回(hui)收(shou)(shou)廢(fei)油100多噸(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun),年(nian)減(jian)少(shao)(shao)工(gong)業廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)排放量120萬(wan)噸(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun),年(nian)中(zhong)(zhong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)回(hui)用(yong)(yong)150多萬(wan)噸(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun),年(nian)節(jie)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)150萬(wan)噸(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)。在工(gong)業園(yuan)區(qu)(qu),建設(she)日處理(li)能(neng)力(li)1000噸(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)再(zai)生(sheng)(sheng)回(hui)用(yong)(yong)系統(tong)(tong)(tong),采用(yong)(yong)分(fen)質預(yu)處理(li)、再(zai)綜(zong)合(he)處理(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)先進(jin)工(gong)藝(yi),年(nian)回(hui)用(yong)(yong)中(zhong)(zhong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)36萬(wan)噸(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)、節(jie)約新(xin)鮮水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)36萬(wan)噸(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)。企業經處理(li)回(hui)用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)中(zhong)(zhong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)廣泛(fan)用(yong)(yong)于各大系列柴(chai)油機的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)試車循環(huan)用(yong)(yong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)、生(sheng)(sheng)產工(gong)藝(yi)用(yong)(yong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)、廁所沖(chong)冼水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)、消(xiao)防用(yong)(yong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)等生(sheng)(sheng)產與(yu)生(sheng)(sheng)活雜用(yong)(yong),既減(jian)少(shao)(shao)了(le)新(xin)鮮水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)消(xiao)耗,又(you)改善了(le)環(huan)境、減(jian)少(shao)(shao)了(le)污染(ran)。新(xin)建的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)鑄(zhu)(zhu)造工(gong)業園(yuan),工(gong)藝(yi)設(she)計(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)充分(fen)選(xuan)用(yong)(yong)低(di)能(neng)耗、節(jie)能(neng)型的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)生(sheng)(sheng)產設(she)施,并采用(yong)(yong)余(yu)熱(re)利(li)用(yong)(yong)技(ji)術,安裝沖(chong)天爐高(gao)溫(wen)煙氣余(yu)熱(re)利(li)用(yong)(yong)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)、蒸(zheng)汽(qi)冷凝水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)回(hui)收(shou)(shou)系統(tong)(tong)(tong),實(shi)施余(yu)熱(re)、余(yu)能(neng)回(hui)收(shou)(shou)利(li)用(yong)(yong),有效減(jian)少(shao)(shao)園(yuan)區(qu)(qu)采暖蒸(zheng)汽(qi)及(ji)天然氣消(xiao)耗。其中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)80噸(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)熱(re)風富氧(yang)沖(chong)天爐,鑄(zhu)(zhu)件綜(zong)合(he)廢(fei)品率(lv)控制在1.8%以下(xia),噸(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)鑄(zhu)(zhu)件耗焦220千(qian)克,較國內平均(jun)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)平年(nian)可節(jie)約焦炭4.7萬(wan)噸(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun);通過余(yu)熱(re)利(li)用(yong)(yong)技(ji)術將(jiang)煙氣二次燃燒,鐵水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)溫(wen)度達(da)1500-1550℃,熔(rong)化效率(lv)提(ti)高(gao)45%;通過舊砂(sha)回(hui)收(shou)(shou)利(li)用(yong)(yong)技(ji)術,使廢(fei)砂(sha)再(zai)生(sheng)(sheng)率(lv)達(da)到(dao)85%以上;利(li)用(yong)(yong)全密封布袋除塵技(ji)術,煙塵去(qu)除率(lv)達(da)到(dao)99.8%。
三是結(jie)合國家(jia)科研項目(mu),助推發展綠色動力
濰(wei)柴動(dong)(dong)力結合國(guo)家重(zhong)點科研(yan)項目(mu),開(kai)展工程機械(xie)動(dong)(dong)力總成(cheng)全生(sheng)命周期模(mo)塊化設計技(ji)術研(yan)究。通過發動(dong)(dong)機、液力變矩(ju)器和變速(su)箱(xiang)的(de)結構(gou)優化設計,開(kai)發工程機械(xie)動(dong)(dong)力總成(cheng)振動(dong)(dong)和噪聲(sheng)控制(zhi)技(ji)術,從結構(gou)上抑制(zhi)了振動(dong)(dong)的(de)形成(cheng)及其(qi)傳遞(di)和輻射的(de)問題。首次將面向全生(sheng)命周期的(de)綠(lv)色設計理念(nian)應(ying)用(yong)到工程機械(xie)動(dong)(dong)力總成(cheng)設計支持(chi)系統中,并開(kai)發出基(ji)于全生(sheng)命周期綠(lv)色設計知識模(mo)型以及知識重(zhong)用(yong)技(ji)術的(de)工程機械(xie)動(dong)(dong)力總成(cheng)綠(lv)色設計支持(chi)系統。
