近日,陜(shan)(shan)西(xi)(xi)(xi)省(sheng)國資委(wei)召開增(zeng)品種提(ti)品質(zhi)創(chuang)品牌(以下簡稱“三品”)工(gong)作(zuo)推進(jin)會。陜(shan)(shan)西(xi)(xi)(xi)省(sheng)國資委(wei)主任(ren)劉陽出席會議并講(jiang)話,陜(shan)(shan)西(xi)(xi)(xi)省(sheng)國資委(wei)提(ti)質(zhi)增(zeng)效工(gong)作(zuo)領導(dao)小(xiao)組(zu)全(quan)體成員出席了會議。
會(hui)議全(quan)面(mian)(mian)總結了近年來(lai)陜西省屬企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)在“三(san)(san)品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)”工(gong)作方(fang)面(mian)(mian)取(qu)得(de)的成(cheng)績和(he)(he)存在的不足,指出“三(san)(san)品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)”建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)是(shi)堅(jian)持(chi)“三(san)(san)去一(yi)降一(yi)補”供給側結構性(xing)改革,有(you)效應對經濟(ji)下(xia)行壓力(li)(li)(li),推動(dong)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)轉型升級(ji),打贏提(ti)質(zhi)增效攻堅(jian)戰(zhan),實現可持(chi)續(xu)發展(zhan)的重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)抓手;是(shi)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)當前發展(zhan)的核心(xin)任(ren)務,利當前,惠長遠(yuan),意(yi)義重(zhong)大。要(yao)(yao)(yao)求各企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)要(yao)(yao)(yao)緊緊圍繞(rao)提(ti)質(zhi)增效中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin),大力(li)(li)(li)弘揚“工(gong)匠精(jing)神”,從三(san)(san)個(ge)(ge)方(fang)面(mian)(mian)著(zhu)力(li)(li)(li)做(zuo)深(shen)(shen)(shen)做(zuo)實“三(san)(san)品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)”建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)。一(yi)是(shi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)著(zhu)力(li)(li)(li)提(ti)高(gao)產(chan)品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)的豐富度。要(yao)(yao)(yao)適應和(he)(he)引領消費升級(ji)趨(qu)勢,深(shen)(shen)(shen)度挖掘用戶需求,積(ji)極(ji)開展(zhan)個(ge)(ge)性(xing)化定(ding)制、柔性(xing)化生產(chan),豐富和(he)(he)細(xi)化產(chan)品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)種類(lei);要(yao)(yao)(yao)站(zhan)在產(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)鏈的高(gao)端,做(zuo)價值鏈的組織(zhi)者,把技術(shu)創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)貫穿于企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)生產(chan)經營(ying)(ying)(ying)的全(quan)過程;要(yao)(yao)(yao)提(ti)高(gao)創(chuang)意(yi)設(she)計水平,精(jing)心(xin)做(zuo)好(hao)產(chan)品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)開發、外(wai)觀設(she)計、產(chan)品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)包裝(zhuang)、市(shi)場營(ying)(ying)(ying)銷等(deng)創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)創(chuang)意(yi),積(ji)極(ji)推動(dong)產(chan)品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)由中(zhong)(zhong)低端向中(zhong)(zhong)高(gao)端邁進(jin)(jin)。今年要(yao)(yao)(yao)確(que)保新(xin)(xin)產(chan)品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)產(chan)值同比(bi)增長10%以(yi)上(shang)。二是(shi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)著(zhu)力(li)(li)(li)提(ti)高(gao)品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)質(zhi)的滿意(yi)度。要(yao)(yao)(yao)抓好(hao)產(chan)品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)質(zhi)量,繼續(xu)深(shen)(shen)(shen)入(ru)推進(jin)(jin)精(jing)細(xi)化管理,積(ji)極(ji)開展(zhan)與(yu)國(guo)外(wai)同行業(ye)(ye)(ye)中(zhong)(zhong)高(gao)端產(chan)品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)質(zhi)量對標(biao),大力(li)(li)(li)推進(jin)(jin)質(zhi)量檢(jian)驗檢(jian)測,確(que)保產(chan)品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)質(zhi)量零缺陷,爭(zheng)取(qu)在創(chuang)建(jian)(jian)(jian)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)馳名商(shang)標(biao)、中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)名優(you)產(chan)品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)方(fang)面(mian)(mian)取(qu)得(de)新(xin)(xin)突破;要(yao)(yao)(yao)抓好(hao)服(fu)(fu)務質(zhi)量,精(jing)心(xin)做(zuo)好(hao)售后服(fu)(fu)務,恪守職業(ye)(ye)(ye)道(dao)德,加強(qiang)(qiang)信用體系建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)等(deng),樹立國(guo)企(qi)(qi)良好(hao)形象(xiang);要(yao)(yao)(yao)加強(qiang)(qiang)創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)投(tou)入(ru),省屬工(gong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)類(lei)監管企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)研發投(tou)入(ru)強(qiang)(qiang)度要(yao)(yao)(yao)達到1.5%以(yi)上(shang),力(li)(li)(li)爭(zheng)超過1.8%。三(san)(san)是(shi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)著(zhu)力(li)(li)(li)提(ti)高(gao)品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)牌(pai)的美譽度。要(yao)(yao)(yao)從技術(shu)、質(zhi)量、服(fu)(fu)務、文化、傳播等(deng)方(fang)面(mian)(mian)切入(ru),積(ji)極(ji)培育一(yi)批(pi)具有(you)廣泛影響力(li)(li)(li)的自主品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)牌(pai),推動(dong)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)由產(chan)品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)經營(ying)(ying)(ying)向品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)牌(pai)經營(ying)(ying)(ying)轉變(bian);要(yao)(yao)(yao)堅(jian)持(chi)精(jing)致管理,品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)牌(pai)定(ding)位(wei)要(yao)(yao)(yao)準、管理要(yao)(yao)(yao)細(xi)、營(ying)(ying)(ying)銷傳播渠(qu)道(dao)要(yao)(yao)(yao)廣、保護(hu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)嚴;要(yao)(yao)(yao)加快品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)牌(pai)整合(he),統(tong)一(yi)品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)牌(pai)形象(xiang),統(tong)一(yi)市(shi)場渠(qu)道(dao),統(tong)一(yi)市(shi)場管理,建(jian)(jian)(jian)立集團大品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)牌(pai);要(yao)(yao)(yao)加強(qiang)(qiang)品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)牌(pai)維護(hu),不斷增強(qiang)(qiang)客戶對品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)牌(pai)的忠誠度。
會上,法士特集(ji)團和(he)省糧農集(ji)團,陜(shan)建集(ji)團和(he)延長殼(ke)牌(pai)石油公司,陜(shan)汽控股集(ji)團和(he)陜(shan)鼓集(ji)團等(deng)6戶企業分別就增(zeng)品(pin)種、提品(pin)質(zhi)和(he)創品(pin)牌(pai)做了經驗(yan)介紹。
陜西省(sheng)屬企(qi)業主(zhu)要(yao)負(fu)責人(ren)和分(fen)管“三品”工作(zuo)的(de)部門(men)負(fu)責人(ren),省(sheng)國資委機關各處室(shi)及(ji)直屬事業單位負(fu)責人(ren)參加了會(hui)議。
