南京國(guo)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)委布置2009年(nian)(nian)(nian)度(du)出(chu)(chu)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)企業工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)管理(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作。主要(yao)圍繞以下六個(ge)方面展開:(一(yi))清(qing)(qing)算2008年(nian)(nian)(nian)度(du)企業工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)總(zong)(zong)(zong)額(e)(e)。在市國(guo)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)委和各企業集(ji)團(tuan)分(fen)級(ji)核定的(de)基礎上,按(an)(an)照(zhao)“誰(shui)核定誰(shui)清(qing)(qing)算、先(xian)審計(ji)后清(qing)(qing)算、既(ji)掛盈也(ye)掛虧”的(de)原則,對(dui)企業工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)總(zong)(zong)(zong)額(e)(e)提取和發(fa)放情況進(jin)行(xing)清(qing)(qing)算。(二(er))核定2009年(nian)(nian)(nian)度(du)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)總(zong)(zong)(zong)額(e)(e)方案。以工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)清(qing)(qing)算為基礎,結合企業財務預算,核定年(nian)(nian)(nian)度(du)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)總(zong)(zong)(zong)額(e)(e)。(三(san))統(tong)(tong)計(ji)勞動(dong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)信(xin)(xin)息。市國(guo)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)委從國(guo)有資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)產出(chu)(chu)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)人(ren)對(dui)企業工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)管理(li)和人(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)成(cheng)本管理(li)的(de)實際需要(yao)出(chu)(chu)發(fa),設計(ji)專(zhuan)用(yong)統(tong)(tong)計(ji)報(bao)表,按(an)(an)照(zhao)新會(hui)計(ji)準(zhun)則“職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)薪酬(chou)”的(de)范圍和口徑,統(tong)(tong)計(ji)企業的(de)人(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)成(cheng)本和勞動(dong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)信(xin)(xin)息數據。(四(si))審核企業年(nian)(nian)(nian)金。市國(guo)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)委要(yao)求出(chu)(chu)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)企業按(an)(an)照(zhao)市勞動(dong)保障(zhang)部門規(gui)定的(de)申報(bao)條件和標準(zhun),嚴格履行(xing)報(bao)批程序,實行(xing)企業年(nian)(nian)(nian)金年(nian)(nian)(nian)度(du)核定制度(du)。(五)規(gui)范《企業工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)總(zong)(zong)(zong)額(e)(e)使用(yong)手冊(ce)》使用(yong)。做到“一(yi)企一(yi)冊(ce),規(gui)范記載,控(kong)制總(zong)(zong)(zong)額(e)(e),分(fen)期核定”。 (六)切實維(wei)護(hu)(hu)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)合法(fa)權益(yi)。加(jia)強對(dui)重點企業、困難(nan)企業工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)支(zhi)付情況的(de)監督,依法(fa)維(wei)護(hu)(hu)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)合法(fa)權益(yi)。
