近年來(lai),鎮(zhen)江(jiang)國資委(wei)圍繞建立健全(quan)服務企業用工工作長效機制,突出采取七個(ge)方面工作措(cuo)施,取得了明顯(xian)成效。
一是(shi)(shi)(shi)建(jian)(jian)(jian)立(li)(li)各類資源(yuan)臺帳,加強(qiang)用(yong)工(gong)(gong)動(dong)態監測,打(da)牢(lao)用(yong)工(gong)(gong)服(fu)(fu)務基礎;二是(shi)(shi)(shi)建(jian)(jian)(jian)立(li)(li)特殊需求(qiu)應急機(ji)(ji)制,對(dui)(dui)市屬重點企(qi)(qi)業(ye)、新上項目產生崗位(wei)缺口的(de),第一時(shi)間協(xie)助企(qi)(qi)業(ye)開展(zhan)招錄工(gong)(gong)作(zuo);三(san)是(shi)(shi)(shi)建(jian)(jian)(jian)立(li)(li)校企(qi)(qi)聯(lian)盟,全面(mian)實(shi)施訂單、定向(xiang)培訓,促進職業(ye)培訓與企(qi)(qi)業(ye)用(yong)工(gong)(gong)有效對(dui)(dui)接;四(si)是(shi)(shi)(shi)規范企(qi)(qi)業(ye)用(yong)工(gong)(gong)行為(wei),加強(qiang)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)用(yong)工(gong)(gong)指導,努(nu)力擴大合同簽(qian)訂率和各項保險的(de)參保面(mian);五是(shi)(shi)(shi)強(qiang)化職業(ye)技能培訓,形(xing)成(cheng)多種(zhong)培訓方式并舉、多種(zhong)培訓模式共存的(de)培訓格局;六(liu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)豐富招工(gong)(gong)形(xing)式,定期舉辦各類特定專業(ye)、工(gong)(gong)種(zhong)或(huo)服(fu)(fu)務對(dui)(dui)象的(de)專場招聘活動(dong),更富成(cheng)效地滿足企(qi)(qi)業(ye)用(yong)工(gong)(gong)需求(qiu);七(qi)是(shi)(shi)(shi)建(jian)(jian)(jian)立(li)(li)用(yong)工(gong)(gong)需求(qiu)發(fa)(fa)布機(ji)(ji)制,利(li)用(yong)大眾傳媒、網站(zhan)平(ping)臺、手機(ji)(ji)短信等(deng)各種(zhong)渠(qu)道定期滾動(dong)發(fa)(fa)布企(qi)(qi)業(ye)用(yong)工(gong)(gong)需求(qiu)信息(xi)。
