11月(yue)26日,由蜀道(dao)集團(tuan)承建的廣(guang)安(an)市過(guo)境高(gao)速(su)(su)東環線及(ji)渝廣(guang)高(gao)速(su)(su)支(zhi)線悅(yue)來互通至(zhi)前鋒互通段23公里通車,標志著成(cheng)渝地(di)區雙城經濟(ji)圈(quan)交通一(yi)(yi)體化又一(yi)(yi)成(cheng)果——廣(guang)安(an)市過(guo)境高(gao)速(su)(su)公路(lu)東環線及(ji)渝廣(guang)高(gao)速(su)(su)支(zhi)線環線全線建成(cheng)通車。
廣(guang)(guang)安(an)市(shi)(shi)過境高(gao)(gao)速(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)(gong)路(lu)東環(huan)線(xian)及渝廣(guang)(guang)高(gao)(gao)速(su)(su)支線(xian)是連接川渝兩省(sheng)市(shi)(shi)的重要省(sheng)際通道,是陜西(xi)漢中(zhong)鎮(zhen)巴經(jing)廣(guang)(guang)安(an)至(zhi)重慶高(gao)(gao)速(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)(gong)路(lu)的重要組成部分。項目起于G85銀川至(zhi)昆(kun)明(ming)高(gao)(gao)速(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)(gong)路(lu)巴中(zhong)至(zhi)南充至(zhi)廣(guang)(guang)安(an)段高(gao)(gao)速(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)(gong)路(lu)廣(guang)(guang)安(an)區悅來鎮(zhen),經(jing)過前(qian)鋒區代(dai)市(shi)(shi)鎮(zhen),與(yu)G42上海至(zhi)成都高(gao)(gao)速(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)(gong)路(lu)廣(guang)(guang)安(an)至(zhi)鄰水段高(gao)(gao)速(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)(gong)路(lu)交(jiao)(jiao)叉形成廣(guang)(guang)安(an)市(shi)(shi)過境高(gao)(gao)速(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)(gong)路(lu),再經(jing)過華鎣市(shi)(shi)高(gao)(gao)興鎮(zhen)、岳池(chi)縣臨溪鎮(zhen),進(jin)入重慶市(shi)(shi)合川區三匯鎮(zhen),與(yu)G85銀川至(zhi)昆(kun)明(ming)高(gao)(gao)速(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)(gong)路(lu)重慶至(zhi)廣(guang)(guang)安(an)段高(gao)(gao)速(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)(gong)路(lu)交(jiao)(jiao)叉并設置合川小沔樞紐收費(fei)站。
項目全長約79公(gong)里(li)(li),其中(zhong)四川段(duan)長69公(gong)里(li)(li),重慶段(duan)長10公(gong)里(li)(li),雙(shuang)向四車(che)道,路基寬度25.5m,設(she)計時(shi)速80公(gong)里(li)(li),批準估算總投資(zi)70.2億元,四川段(duan)投資(zi)57.1億元,重慶段(duan)投資(zi)8.87億元。于2018年(nian)9月1日(ri)正式開工建設(she),其中(zhong)前鋒(feng)互通(tong)至(zhi)小沔互通(tong)段(duan)56公(gong)里(li)(li)于2020年(nian)12月25日(ri)先行建成(cheng)通(tong)車(che)。
該(gai)項目(mu)途(tu)經多個(ge)鄉鎮,本著“以(yi)人為本、方便群眾的生活生產,兼顧社會發(fa)展(zhan)需求”的原則,投入3000余(yu)萬(wan)元(yuan)增(zeng)設(she)多座車行(xing)、人行(xing)天橋,并(bing)增(zeng)加通道凈空高度以(yi)達到通行(xing)農用機(ji)械標準,極大地滿足了人民群眾出行(xing)需求。此外(wai),項目(mu)采(cai)取連續剛(gang)構特(te)大橋跨(kua)越渠江(jiang)(jiang),有效避開了渠江(jiang)(jiang)黃顙(sang)魚、白(bai)甲魚國家級水產種質資(zi)源保護區。
該項目是(shi)川渝兩(liang)(liang)(liang)省(sheng)市同(tong)步納入規劃、同(tong)步開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)前期(qi)工(gong)作、同(tong)步組織(zhi)招(zhao)商、同(tong)步開(kai)工(gong)建(jian)(jian)設(she)、同(tong)步建(jian)(jian)成(cheng)通(tong)(tong)車(che)的(de)一(yi)條重(zhong)要省(sheng)際高(gao)速(su)(su)公路(lu)(lu)通(tong)(tong)道(dao),是(shi)兩(liang)(liang)(liang)地(di)(di)各級交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)運輸(shu)部門協同(tong)織(zhi)密(mi)毗鄰地(di)(di)區交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)路(lu)(lu)網(wang)的(de)一(yi)次成(cheng)功實(shi)踐,對完善(shan)川渝兩(liang)(liang)(liang)省(sheng)市高(gao)速(su)(su)公路(lu)(lu)網(wang)絡,拓展(zhan)(zhan)城(cheng)市發展(zhan)(zhan)空間,帶動成(cheng)渝地(di)(di)區雙城(cheng)經濟圈建(jian)(jian)設(she)和(he)川渝地(di)(di)區經濟社會跨越式發展(zhan)(zhan)具有(you)重(zhong)要意義(yi)。同(tong)時,未來還將串聯起鎮廣高(gao)速(su)(su),成(cheng)為紅色(se)主(zhu)題高(gao)速(su)(su)的(de)起止(zhi)點,為川陜革命(ming)根據(ju)地(di)(di)的(de)經濟發展(zhan)(zhan),秦巴山(shan)區鄉(xiang)村振興提供有(you)力(li)支撐。
目(mu)前,蜀道集團參與(yu)的成(cheng)(cheng)渝地區重(zhong)點(dian)(dian)交(jiao)通建設(she)項目(mu)達(da)(da)15個(ge),在公路方面,正加快推(tui)(tui)進(jin)開梁(liang)高(gao)速、資銅高(gao)速、成(cheng)(cheng)南和遂(sui)渝高(gao)速擴(kuo)容(rong)等10個(ge)重(zhong)點(dian)(dian)項目(mu),未來(lai)成(cheng)(cheng)渝雙城經濟圈省級通道將達(da)(da)到22條。在鐵(tie)路方面,正加緊推(tui)(tui)進(jin)成(cheng)(cheng)達(da)(da)萬高(gao)鐵(tie)、成(cheng)(cheng)渝中線高(gao)鐵(tie)、成(cheng)(cheng)自宜(yi)高(gao)鐵(tie)等5個(ge)重(zhong)點(dian)(dian)項目(mu),未來(lai)還將重(zhong)點(dian)(dian)推(tui)(tui)動成(cheng)(cheng)都外環鐵(tie)路、廣(guang)巴(ba)和達(da)(da)萬鐵(tie)路擴(kuo)能改造(zao)等重(zhong)點(dian)(dian)項目(mu),著力構(gou)建現(xian)代(dai)化、多層次(ci)的綜合交(jiao)通立體(ti)網絡。
