近(jin)日,歷經(jing)54天(tian)共13萬立方米混凝(ning)土澆(jiao)筑,廣東省交通(tong)集團在建(jian)的伶(ling)仃洋(yang)大橋西錨碇(ding)填(tian)芯施工(gong)全部完(wan)成。預計至(zhi)今年(nian)12月,伶(ling)仃洋(yang)大橋將完(wan)成西錨碇(ding)錨體施工(gong)。
深中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)通道是(shi)集“橋(qiao)、島(dao)、隧、水(shui)下(xia)(xia)互通”于一(yi)體的超級跨(kua)海(hai)集群工(gong)程,其中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)伶(ling)仃(ding)洋(yang)大(da)(da)橋(qiao)為主跨(kua)1666米海(hai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)超大(da)(da)跨(kua)徑(jing)懸(xuan)索橋(qiao),由保利(li)長大(da)(da)負責施工(gong)。伶(ling)仃(ding)洋(yang)大(da)(da)橋(qiao)錨碇(ding)是(shi)目(mu)前世(shi)界上(shang)最大(da)(da)的海(hai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)錨碇(ding),面積相(xiang)當于17個籃球場大(da)(da)小,分為東、西錨碇(ding)。西錨碇(ding)采用(yong)8字(zi)形地下(xia)(xia)連續(xu)墻(qiang)結構,分左、右幅施工(gong),建設完成后重量(liang)可達到100萬噸(dun)。
西(xi)錨(mao)碇(ding)填(tian)芯(xin)施工(gong)共分為(wei)12次澆(jiao)筑完(wan)成(cheng),填(tian)芯(xin)鋼(gang)筋(jin)總用(yong)量達到300噸,共計澆(jiao)筑混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)約(yue)13萬立(li)方(fang)米。在(zai)施工(gong)過程中(zhong),建設者克(ke)服了(le)夜(ye)間施工(gong)、連續施工(gong)等困難,創造了(le)15天(tian)完(wan)成(cheng)4.5萬立(li)方(fang)米混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)澆(jiao)筑速度,打破了(le)之前(qian)保(bao)利長大在(zai)南(nan)沙(sha)大橋項目(mu)連續澆(jiao)筑的紀錄。
西錨碇填芯施工于2021年(nian)(nian)1月18日正式開始,至3月12日全部完成,總耗時54天(tian)(tian),比原(yuan)計劃提前18天(tian)(tian)完成。取得這一(yi)成績的背后,是深(shen)中(zhong)通道(dao)建(jian)設(she)者(zhe)(zhe)春節(jie)期間穩崗留工、堅(jian)守(shou)一(yi)線的付出(chu)。今(jin)年(nian)(nian)過(guo)年(nian)(nian),深(shen)中(zhong)通道(dao)項(xiang)目(mu)建(jian)設(she)“不(bu)打(da)烊”,超過(guo)3000名(ming)建(jian)設(she)者(zhe)(zhe)堅(jian)守(shou)一(yi)線保障(zhang)建(jian)設(she)。
據介紹,西錨(mao)碇(ding)建設規模大(da)、難度(du)高(gao)、可(ke)借鑒建設經驗少,整個填芯(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)周期長(chang),對材料保供、施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)組織、溫度(du)控(kong)(kong)制等都帶來極(ji)大(da)考驗。為(wei)了攻(gong)克(ke)難關,項目部(bu)以黨員和(he)技術骨干(gan)為(wei)先(xian)鋒(feng),成立施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)指揮管理小組,確(que)保材料運輸、布料、澆筑(zhu)(zhu)、養(yang)護、測(ce)溫、試(shi)驗等各個環節落實(shi)到位(wei)。為(wei)避免大(da)體積混凝土澆筑(zhu)(zhu)由(you)于結構內外(wai)溫差大(da)可(ke)能產生裂縫(feng),澆筑(zhu)(zhu)采用分層分區澆筑(zhu)(zhu),試(shi)驗人員全程監控(kong)(kong),嚴(yan)格(ge)控(kong)(kong)制混凝土入模溫度(du),保證順利完(wan)成澆筑(zhu)(zhu)。此(ci)外(wai),項目部(bu)通(tong)過優化填芯(xin)鋼(gang)筋施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝、鋼(gang)筋網片采取先(xian)預制后整塊吊裝的形式等措(cuo)施(shi),在確(que)保施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)安全的情況(kuang)下切實(shi)提(ti)高(gao)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)效率。
按照(zhao)施工計(ji)劃(hua),伶仃洋大橋西錨(mao)碇完(wan)成填芯施工后,下一步將進(jin)行(xing)頂板施工,待完(wan)成后將正式(shi)進(jin)入錨(mao)碇主體結(jie)構施工階段(duan),預計(ji)今(jin)年12月(yue)完(wan)成。
