1月(yue)20日,思茅(mao)至(zhi)瀾滄高速公(gong)路(lu)正式建成通(tong)車,結束(shu)全國唯一(yi)的拉祜(hu)族自治(zhi)縣、全國“直(zhi)過民族”區域最大、人(ren)口最多的瀾滄縣不(bu)通(tong)高速公(gong)路(lu)的歷史(shi),將思茅(mao)區至(zhi)瀾滄縣行車時間由3.5小時縮短至(zhi)1.5小時。
思(si)瀾(lan)高(gao)速公(gong)路項(xiang)目(mu)是云南(nan)省縣域高(gao)速公(gong)路“能通(tong)全通(tong)”工程(cheng)之一,于(yu)(yu)2017年1月(yue)正式開工,項(xiang)目(mu)起于(yu)(yu)思(si)茅(mao)區(qu)G8511昆磨高(gao)速曼歇(xie)壩處(chu)(chu),途經(jing)思(si)茅(mao)區(qu)南(nan)屏鎮、六順鎮、龍潭(tan)鄉、思(si)茅(mao)港(gang)鎮,跨越瀾(lan)滄(cang)(cang)江,過瀾(lan)滄(cang)(cang)縣糯扎渡鎮、勐朗鎮,止(zhi)于(yu)(yu)瀾(lan)滄(cang)(cang)縣富本村,主線全長124.686公(gong)里(li),同時(shi)建設(she)瀾(lan)滄(cang)(cang)連(lian)接線6.822公(gong)里(li),橋隧(sui)比63.3%,按雙向(xiang)四(si)車(che)道標準建設(she),路基寬25.5米,設(she)計時(shi)速80公(gong)里(li)。全線設(she)互通(tong)式立(li)交8處(chu)(chu)、收費站7處(chu)(chu)、服務區(qu)2處(chu)(chu)、停(ting)車(che)區(qu)1處(chu)(chu)、隧(sui)道管理所4處(chu)(chu),監控通(tong)訊分中心(xin)1處(chu)(chu)、養護(hu)工區(qu)1處(chu)(chu),概算總投資(zi)185.725億元。
在項(xiang)目(mu)建(jian)(jian)設(she)過(guo)程中,積極將BIM技(ji)術運用在設(she)計施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)、智能(neng)分析(xi)、三(san)維直觀檢測控制、信息化程度(du)(du)和管理(li)水(shui)平等方(fang)面(mian)提升效(xiao)益。運用波紋(wen)鋼拼裝式(shi)連拱(gong)明洞結構設(she)計施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)研究實現(xian)了工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程經濟性與生(sheng)(sheng)態環(huan)保的(de)雙重建(jian)(jian)設(she)目(mu)標。結合(he)沿途自然環(huan)境、地域民族文化等因素(su),開展環(huan)境保護及水(shui)土(tu)保持工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。采用路基改(gai)橋(qiao)梁和涵洞方(fang)式(shi)優(you)化亞(ya)洲象遷(qian)徙(xi)通道(dao),減(jian)少對亞(ya)洲象遷(qian)徙(xi)通道(dao)的(de)影響。運用橋(qiao)面(mian)徑流收集處(chu)理(li)系統,有(you)效(xiao)減(jian)少線路對河流及水(shui)生(sheng)(sheng)生(sheng)(sheng)物的(de)危害等。以最小破壞植被、最大限度(du)(du)保護生(sheng)(sheng)態最快地恢(hui)復生(sheng)(sheng)態,踐行“綠(lv)(lv)水(shui)青山(shan)就是(shi)金(jin)(jin)山(shan)銀山(shan)”綠(lv)(lv)色(se)發展理(li)念。2020年以來,面(mian)對疫情防控的(de)沖擊,項(xiang)目(mu)公司黨支部以黨旗為引領,落實好(hao)上(shang)級黨委相關部署要求,積極與地方(fang)政(zheng)府聯(lian)系做好(hao)聯(lian)防聯(lian)控措施(shi)(shi),一(yi)手(shou)抓(zhua)好(hao)疫情防控、一(yi)手(shou)抓(zhua)好(hao)復工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)復產(chan),迅速成立了3個(ge)進度(du)(du)管理(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)組(zu),1個(ge)征遷(qian)保障與矛盾(dun)糾(jiu)紛協調組(zu)、1個(ge)資(zi)金(jin)(jin)后勤保障工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)組(zu),分段掛鉤(gou)督導三(san)隧三(san)橋(qiao)、梁板預制等控制性工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)進度(du)(du)管理(li),駐(zhu)扎(zha)項(xiang)目(mu)建(jian)(jian)設(she)一(yi)線,緊密聯(lian)系項(xiang)目(mu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)點,做到“戰疫”“復工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)”兩不誤,保障了項(xiang)目(mu)的(de)按期建(jian)(jian)成。
曼歇壩、龍潭、瀾(lan)滄(cang)江、瀾(lan)滄(cang)4個特(te)長隧(sui)道和瀾(lan)滄(cang)江、謙(qian)(qian)邁(mai)河(he)2個特(te)大(da)(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)為(wei)全(quan)線重點控(kong)制(zhi)性(xing)工(gong)程。在隧(sui)道推進過(guo)程中(zhong),受高(gao)(gao)地震烈度區(qu)隧(sui)道不(bu)良工(gong)程地質條(tiao)件、巖體破碎、富水(shui)性(xing)較強(qiang)、隧(sui)道進出(chu)口地勢(shi)陡峭、存在軟(ruan)弱大(da)(da)(da)(da)變(bian)形現象等極端(duan)不(bu)利因素,施工(gong)難度之(zhi)大(da)(da)(da)(da)不(bu)言而喻。項目始終堅持“短進尺(chi)、弱爆破、強(qiang)支撐、早(zao)封閉、勤量測”的(de)要求,不(bu)斷優化施工(gong)方案,狠抓關鍵環節(jie),嚴(yan)格過(guo)程控(kong)制(zhi),把“高(gao)(gao)標準(zhun)、嚴(yan)要求、零(ling)容(rong)忍”貫穿(chuan)始終,在全(quan)體參建(jian)(jian)人員(yuan)的(de)共同(tong)努力下,突擊隧(sui)道坍方冒頂、涌水(shui)突泥,沖破各種(zhong)技術阻礙,不(bu)屈(qu)不(bu)撓、披荊斬棘(ji),高(gao)(gao)效優質的(de)完(wan)成(cheng)了建(jian)(jian)設(she)任務。瀾(lan)滄(cang)江特(te)大(da)(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)主(zhu)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)是一座雙幅雙拱上承(cheng)式鋼管混(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)箱型(xing)拱橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao),引橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)采(cai)用(yong)30米跨(kua)徑(jing)的(de)簡支T型(xing)梁橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao);謙(qian)(qian)邁(mai)河(he)特(te)大(da)(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)主(zhu)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)上部結構為(wei)預應(ying)力混(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)變(bian)高(gao)(gao)連續鋼構箱梁,下部結構橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)墩(dun)墩(dun)柱采(cai)用(yong)箱式薄(bo)壁墩(dun)、承(cheng)臺(tai)樁基礎。在兩座特(te)大(da)(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)的(de)建(jian)(jian)設(she)過(guo)程中(zhong),瀾(lan)滄(cang)江特(te)大(da)(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)克服作業(ye)面狹窄、底(di)離(li)江水(shui)近受雨季影響大(da)(da)(da)(da);謙(qian)(qian)邁(mai)河(he)特(te)大(da)(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)克服V型(xing)地勢(shi)、主(zhu)墩(dun)柱高(gao)(gao)、跨(kua)徑(jing)較長等困(kun)難如(ru)期完(wan)成(cheng)建(jian)(jian)設(she)任務,為(wei)思瀾(lan)高(gao)(gao)速公路的(de)順利建(jian)(jian)成(cheng)通車(che)奠定了基礎。
思瀾高速公(gong)路(lu)建(jian)(jian)成后將輻(fu)射普洱市(shi)“直過民(min)族(zu)”聚居最多的邊三縣,惠及(ji)邊疆(jiang)70多萬人民(min)群(qun)眾,有效助(zhu)力脫(tuo)(tuo)貧(pin)攻堅(jian)成果鞏固、推動穩定(ding)脫(tuo)(tuo)貧(pin)向(xiang)全(quan)面小康(kang)邁進。通(tong)(tong)車后,不僅實現了昆(kun)曼(man)大通(tong)(tong)道(dao)與(yu)瀾滄江——湄公(gong)河“國際黃金水道(dao)”及(ji)瀾滄景邁機場的快速連(lian)接,而且對推動普洱市(shi)經(jing)濟社(she)會發(fa)展和(he)融(rong)入國家(jia)“一(yi)帶一(yi)路(lu)”倡議,加強與(yu)周邊國家(jia)互聯互通(tong)(tong),加快云南建(jian)(jian)成面向(xiang)南亞(ya)(ya)東南亞(ya)(ya)輻(fu)射中(zhong)心具(ju)有重要意義。
