自中央作出推動(dong)成渝地區雙(shuang)城經(jing)濟(ji)圈(quan)建設的重大戰(zhan)略決策以(yi)來,成都文(wen)(wen)旅(lv)集團作為成都市唯一文(wen)(wen)旅(lv)體類市屬國企,立足集團戰(zhan)略規劃(hua)及產(chan)業發(fa)(fa)展,積極(ji)謀劃(hua)在雙(shuang)城經(jing)濟(ji)圈(quan)文(wen)(wen)旅(lv)體融合產(chan)業領域內開展合作,通過(guo)聚(ju)焦共建巴蜀文(wen)(wen)旅(lv)走(zou)廊,積極(ji)推動(dong)雙(shuang)城經(jing)濟(ji)圈(quan)合作發(fa)(fa)展走(zou)深走(zou)實,為服(fu)務(wu)城市戰(zhan)略貢(gong)獻文(wen)(wen)旅(lv)智慧和力量(liang)。
多方對接 筑牢合作基礎
前期,成都文旅集(ji)團與重慶(qing)方政府、企(qi)業等多(duo)次對接(jie)合作事宜,在(zai)推動成渝地區雙城(cheng)經濟圈建設(she)上取得一(yi)定成效(xiao),為(wei)下一(yi)步雙方深化(hua)合作奠定了堅(jian)實的基礎(chu)。
成(cheng)都文旅(lv)集(ji)團(tuan)與(yu)重(zhong)慶兩江新區(qu)達成(cheng)合(he)(he)(he)作(zuo)協(xie)議,共建國(guo)(guo)內頂級的綜合(he)(he)(he)性體育賽(sai)事(shi)(shi)中(zhong)心;與(yu)重(zhong)慶旅(lv)投集(ji)團(tuan)達成(cheng)“旅(lv)游+交通”合(he)(he)(he)作(zuo),通過共用(yong)系統后臺實現(xian)旅(lv)游資源(yuan)整(zheng)合(he)(he)(he)、客(ke)流互(hu)(hu)導、產品(pin)互(hu)(hu)推、流量共享,已(yi)累計服(fu)務(wu)重(zhong)慶游客(ke)超40萬(wan)人次;與(yu)重(zhong)慶旅(lv)投集(ji)團(tuan)開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)洪(hong)崖(ya)洞&寬窄巷子戰略合(he)(he)(he)作(zuo),依(yi)托(tuo)兩大城(cheng)市地標(biao)級景區(qu),在品(pin)牌聯播、市場(chang)營(ying)銷、產品(pin)互(hu)(hu)推、游客(ke)導流、整(zheng)合(he)(he)(he)營(ying)銷等(deng)領(ling)域開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)深度(du)合(he)(he)(he)作(zuo),已(yi)經(jing)開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)的“遠親不如(ru)近鄰”成(cheng)渝雙城(cheng)互(hu)(hu)動(dong)活動(dong)成(cheng)為(wei)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)西部(bu)城(cheng)市級宣傳營(ying)銷標(biao)志(zhi)性事(shi)(shi)件;西嶺雪(xue)(xue)山與(yu)武(wu)隆仙女山開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)深度(du)合(he)(he)(he)作(zuo),共同(tong)打(da)造雪(xue)(xue)山飛“武(wu)”文旅(lv)品(pin)牌;共同(tong)策劃舉辦中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)網球巡(xun)回賽(sai)成(cheng)渝兩站(zhan)CTA500級別分站(zhan)賽(sai),目前(qian)CTA500成(cheng)都站(zhan)已(yi)圓滿(man)落幕,CTA500重(zhong)慶站(zhan)將于(yu)11月7至8日在重(zhong)慶舉行(xing)。
同時(shi),在(zai)成(cheng)都(dou)東(dong)進、重慶西擴(kuo)的范圍內,成(cheng)都(dou)文(wen)(wen)(wen)旅(lv)(lv)集(ji)團與(yu)資(zi)陽、內江、自貢等東(dong)向(xiang)省內多(duo)個市(shi)(州)有(you)關(guan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)旅(lv)(lv)企業簽署了(le)文(wen)(wen)(wen)旅(lv)(lv)項目戰略合作(zuo)協議,計(ji)劃在(zai)項目共建、旅(lv)(lv)游精品(pin)線路(lu)、旅(lv)(lv)游景區酒店營銷和文(wen)(wen)(wen)創產品(pin)展示等方面開(kai)展合作(zuo),提升成(cheng)渝地區雙(shuang)城經(jing)濟圈文(wen)(wen)(wen)旅(lv)(lv)體產業整(zheng)體競爭力。
積極謀劃 明晰工作思路
聚焦共建巴蜀文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)旅(lv)走廊,成(cheng)都(dou)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)旅(lv)集團(tuan)著力(li)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)旅(lv)消費新(xin)場景營造(zao)和文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)旅(lv)重大項目合作開發,積(ji)極拓(tuo)展、開發雙城(cheng)經濟圈區域內優質自然生態資源、巴蜀文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化資源,合作打(da)造(zao)世界級文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)旅(lv)體項目、培育國際化文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)旅(lv)體品(pin)牌(pai),爭做成(cheng)渝(yu)雙城(cheng)融(rong)合發展的排頭兵。

多措并舉 形成發展合力
一是(shi)鞏固(gu)項(xiang)目合(he)作(zuo)(zuo)。繼續推(tui)進前(qian)期(qi)與重慶(qing)、東向省(sheng)內市(州)有(you)關合(he)作(zuo)(zuo)意向落地(di)落實,盡快(kuai)達成具體項(xiang)目合(he)作(zuo)(zuo);同時,進一步加快(kuai)既有(you)項(xiang)目建(jian)設進度(du),盡快(kuai)呈現一批標(biao)志性的文旅(lv)體產(chan)業項(xiang)目。如重慶(qing)兩江(jiang)萊(lai)茵(yin)達賽事中心、五鳳溪·半山江(jiang)月(yue)夜光小(xiao)鎮、“寬(kuan)窄水巷”生(sheng)活美(mei)學公園等(deng)(deng)等(deng)(deng)。持續對接重慶(qing)、宜賓、遂寧等(deng)(deng)地(di)政府及企業,爭取(qu)在文化、旅(lv)游、體育等(deng)(deng)產(chan)業領域開展多維度(du)合(he)作(zuo)(zuo),不斷拓展發展空間(jian)。
二(er)是強化(hua)(hua)資源(yuan)聯(lian)動(dong)(dong)。提煉天府(fu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)、巴渝(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)的代表(biao)元(yuan)素,構建(jian)成(cheng)(cheng)渝(yu)(yu)旅(lv)游目的地(di)(di)標準化(hua)(hua)產品體(ti)系,促進(jin)成(cheng)(cheng)渝(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)互(hu)融,帶動(dong)(dong)雙邊文(wen)(wen)旅(lv)消費(fei)。加快推出“成(cheng)(cheng)渝(yu)(yu)暢游年卡”(成(cheng)(cheng)渝(yu)(yu)旅(lv)游一卡通(tong))、“成(cheng)(cheng)渝(yu)(yu)雙城號”旅(lv)游專列;策(ce)劃舉辦巴蜀文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)旅(lv)游走廊產業融合發(fa)展論壇、“巴蜀大(da)美”雙城藝(yi)展、“樂(le)動(dong)(dong)成(cheng)(cheng)渝(yu)(yu)”音樂(le)匯、“夢游川(chuan)渝(yu)(yu)十二(er)景”光影(ying)互(hu)動(dong)(dong)展等系列活(huo)動(dong)(dong);聯(lian)合開(kai)發(fa)成(cheng)(cheng)渝(yu)(yu)區域“一程多站(zhan)”精品線路產品,推出“成(cheng)(cheng)都(dou)好(hao)耍(shua)·重慶好(hao)玩”三日網(wang)紅之旅(lv)、成(cheng)(cheng)渝(yu)(yu)兩(liang)地(di)(di)吃住行游購(gou)娛消費(fei)線路地(di)(di)圖(tu)等。
三(san)(san)是實施賽(sai)(sai)事(shi)(shi)共(gong)(gong)建。整(zheng)合成(cheng)(cheng)渝(yu)(yu)兩(liang)地優(you)(you)質資(zi)源,發揮成(cheng)(cheng)渝(yu)(yu)兩(liang)地特色優(you)(you)勢,以大運(yun)會契機,推(tui)動雙(shuang)方賽(sai)(sai)事(shi)(shi)資(zi)源導入及合作,共(gong)(gong)同打造區域性賽(sai)(sai)事(shi)(shi)品(pin)牌(pai)。策劃(hua)打造以成(cheng)(cheng)渝(yu)(yu)高鐵線為紐帶,串聯(lian)兩(liang)地景區景點的雙(shuang)城賽(sai)(sai)事(shi)(shi);策劃(hua)打造“迎大運(yun)、成(cheng)(cheng)渝(yu)(yu)雙(shuang)城自行(xing)車(che)賽(sai)(sai)”IP,舉辦成(cheng)(cheng)渝(yu)(yu)公路自行(xing)車(che)創意賽(sai)(sai)、成(cheng)(cheng)渝(yu)(yu)山地自行(xing)車(che)騎行(xing)挑戰賽(sai)(sai),緊密串聯(lian)巴(ba)蜀(shu)走(zou)廊文旅資(zi)源;運(yun)營打造西(xi)部(bu)三(san)(san)人籃球品(pin)牌(pai)賽(sai)(sai)事(shi)(shi),共(gong)(gong)同提升成(cheng)(cheng)渝(yu)(yu)籃球項(xiang)目(mu)的整(zheng)體實力和影響力;與重(zhong)慶武隆共(gong)(gong)同探(tan)索打造戶外賽(sai)(sai)事(shi)(shi)品(pin)牌(pai)及運(yun)營新模式(shi)。
四是加強(qiang)聯(lian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)營(ying)銷(xiao)(xiao)。聯(lian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)重慶策劃(hua)實施品牌(pai)營(ying)銷(xiao)(xiao)活動(dong)(dong)(dong),探(tan)索成渝兩(liang)地聯(lian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)營(ying)銷(xiao)(xiao)新(xin)模(mo)式(shi),促進雙(shuang)城文(wen)旅體資源共(gong)(gong)享、產(chan)業(ye)互動(dong)(dong)(dong)、客源互送。持續深化(hua)(hua)(hua)洪(hong)崖洞&寬窄巷(xiang)子(zi)戰略合作(zuo)(zuo),策劃(hua)開(kai)(kai)展寬窄巷(xiang)子(zi)與解放碑的戰略合作(zuo)(zuo);積極對接成渝地區文(wen)旅、商務、會展等領(ling)域政府機構(gou)、品牌(pai)企業(ye)、行業(ye)協會等,圍(wei)繞(rao)成渝合作(zuo)(zuo)項目關鍵(jian)節點以及各項重大賽(sai)事、節慶、活動(dong)(dong)(dong)等策劃(hua)開(kai)(kai)展多元化(hua)(hua)(hua)的展會活動(dong)(dong)(dong),加強(qiang)成渝兩(liang)地文(wen)旅體新(xin)形象(xiang)、新(xin)產(chan)品、新(xin)玩法的推介交流,共(gong)(gong)同培育雙(shuang)城文(wen)旅體新(xin)IP,促進雙(shuang)城文(wen)旅體品牌(pai)共(gong)(gong)享、共(gong)(gong)生(sheng),強(qiang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)成渝雙(shuang)城一體化(hua)(hua)(hua)品牌(pai)形象(xiang)。
