四川成都天府國際機場首條跑道全線貫通

近日(ri),華西集團所屬四川場(chang)道(dao)(dao)公(gong)司承建的成(cheng)都(dou)天(tian)府國際(ji)機(ji)場(chang)唯(wei)一的4F級跑道(dao)(dao)西一跑道(dao)(dao)迎(ying)來全線(xian)貫通(tong)(tong),這也是天(tian)府國際(ji)機(ji)場(chang)一期工程三條跑道(dao)(dao)中率先(xian)實(shi)現(xian)全線(xian)貫通(tong)(tong)的跑道(dao)(dao)。
西一跑道全(quan)長4000米,寬75米,是(shi)(shi)“兩縱一橫”三(san)條跑道中最長的(de)一條,也是(shi)(shi)唯一可以起降空客A380的(de)跑道。西一跑道混凝(ning)土道面(mian)工(gong)程于2019年10月(yue)開工(gong)建設,項(xiang)目自開工(gong)以來,面(mian)臨(lin)工(gong)期特別緊、任(ren)務特別重(zhong)的(de)巨(ju)大(da)壓(ya)力,尤(you)其是(shi)(shi)受新冠肺炎疫情影響,項(xiang)目更是(shi)(shi)錯(cuo)過了黃(huang)金施(shi)(shi)工(gong)時(shi)(shi)間。為追回疫情影響的(de)時(shi)(shi)間,項(xiang)目部(bu)自2月(yue)22日正式復工(gong)后,堅持防疫和施(shi)(shi)工(gong)生(sheng)產兩手(shou)抓、兩手(shou)硬,采取全(quan)員放棄休假、增加(jia)作(zuo)業(ye)班組、24小時(shi)(shi)不間斷施(shi)(shi)工(gong)作(zuo)業(ye)等措施(shi)(shi),全(quan)面(mian)有序加(jia)快(kuai)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)進(jin)度,最終比計劃(hua)時(shi)(shi)間提前4天貫通。
在迅速(su)推(tui)進施工(gong)(gong)進度的同時(shi),西一跑(pao)道(dao)在推(tui)廣新技術、新工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)、新設備(bei)方面均(jun)有(you)重大突(tu)破。為避免發生混凝土(tu)板底脫空現象,西一跑(pao)道(dao)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)道(dao)面瀝青復(fu)合(he)層(ceng)(ceng)新型工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)施工(gong)(gong),也是國內首條采(cai)用(yong)(yong)該(gai)工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)施工(gong)(gong)的跑(pao)道(dao)。該(gai)工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)通過在機場水泥混凝土(tu)道(dao)面層(ceng)(ceng)與基(ji)層(ceng)(ceng)之間(jian)設置瀝青復(fu)合(he)基(ji)隔(ge)離(li)層(ceng)(ceng),達到隔(ge)離(li)、防(fang)水、抗沖刷和(he)應力(li)緩沖等功能,可有(you)效解決唧泥、脫空、斷裂等病害,提高(gao)機場水泥混凝土(tu)道(dao)面長期使用(yong)(yong)性能。
成(cheng)都天府國(guo)際機(ji)場西一(yi)跑道提前全線貫通(tong),為(wei)下一(yi)步的助航燈光、道面(mian)標(biao)志線等施(shi)工創(chuang)造(zao)了(le)有利條件,為(wei)后續校(xiao)飛、試飛、行(xing)業驗收等一(yi)系列相關工作提供了(le)有力保障。
除(chu)西一跑道(dao)道(dao)面工(gong)(gong)程外,天府國際(ji)機場飛行(xing)區場道(dao)工(gong)(gong)程01標段(duan)內的(de)滑(hua)行(xing)道(dao)、聯絡道(dao)、站(zhan)坪及(ji)相關配套(tao)工(gong)(gong)程正在全面加快推(tui)進,預計(ji)今年(nian)7月底(di)前(qian)完成混凝(ning)土施工(gong)(gong),9月30日前(qian)達到竣(jun)工(gong)(gong)驗收條件,為2020年(nian)11月完成校飛提(ti)供有(you)力(li)支撐。
