國內首艘純電動港作拖輪設計合同簽署

近日,連云港(gang)港(gang)口控(kong)股集團與(yu)中船集團七〇八研究所在上(shang)海共(gong)同(tong)簽署了4000HP純電動港(gang)作拖輪設計(ji)合同(tong)。
據(ju)了解,該(gai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動拖(tuo)輪(lun)系全(quan)國乃(nai)至全(quan)球首艘不設發電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機組的純電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動拖(tuo)輪(lun),采用磷酸鐵鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池組作(zuo)(zuo)為全(quan)船(chuan)動力源,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池組容(rong)量約(yue)(yue)5000Kwh,最大推進功(gong)率約(yue)(yue)4000HP。主(zhu)要(yao)用于連云港(gang)水域協助大輪(lun)船(chuan)靠(kao)離(li)碼(ma)頭,可(ke)(ke)進行頂(ding)推、拖(tuo)帶(dai)和倒拖(tuo)等作(zuo)(zuo)業。與常規柴油(you)機推進拖(tuo)輪(lun)相(xiang)比,該(gai)輪(lun)綠色環保,可(ke)(ke)實現零排放、零污染;運(yun)營成本低(di)(di)、能(neng)耗低(di)(di),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池可(ke)(ke)根據(ju)實際用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)負荷供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),避免柴油(you)機直接推進時效率低(di)(di)、燃油(you)消耗高(gao)的弊(bi)端(duan);安全(quan)舒(shu)適性更(geng)(geng)高(gao),純電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動船(chuan)操作(zuo)(zuo)性能(neng)更(geng)(geng)安全(quan)可(ke)(ke)靠(kao),且振(zhen)動小、噪音低(di)(di),提高(gao)船(chuan)員工作(zuo)(zuo)舒(shu)適度。
據(ju)悉,該設計(ji)項目是繼(ji)“云浚1號”、“云浚二號”之后(hou),連云港(gang)港(gang)口控股集團與(yu)七〇八所(suo)的再(zai)度合作(zuo)項目,本次設計(ji)合同的成(cheng)功簽署(shu)也(ye)標(biao)志(zhi)著項目推進(jin)工作(zuo)進(jin)入實質性的階段。
