近日,由(you)中國鐵(tie)建(jian)所屬中鐵(tie)十七局承建(jian)的全國在建(jian)最長單線、單洞(dong)、單面坡隧道(dao)——敦(煌)格(ge)(爾木)鐵(tie)路甘肅段當金山(shan)隧道(dao)平(ping)導勝(sheng)利貫通(tong),向隧道(dao)正洞(dong)全面貫通(tong)及全線通(tong)車目標邁出了(le)堅實一步,并創(chuang)下了(le)國內隧道(dao)獨頭(tou)掘進8528米、高原施工最難通(tong)風的新紀錄。
當金山隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)正洞全長(chang)(chang)20.1公里(li),被稱為(wei)(wei)“高(gao)(gao)(gao)寒、高(gao)(gao)(gao)原、高(gao)(gao)(gao)危、高(gao)(gao)(gao)難(nan)”的“四(si)高(gao)(gao)(gao)”隧(sui)(sui)道(dao),是(shi)敦格鐵路的重難(nan)點控制性(xing)工(gong)程。如何在(zai)最(zui)大(da)(da)埋深780米(mi)的獨頭(tou)掘進(jin)隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)里(li)解決通(tong)(tong)(tong)風(feng)(feng)(feng)排水(shui)難(nan)題?自(zi)2013年建設伊(yi)始(shi),一場大(da)(da)規模、長(chang)(chang)期(qi)性(xing)的供(gong)氧“動(dong)脈(mo)搭(da)橋術”便陸續拉開(kai)帷(wei)幕。“我(wo)們多次(ci)邀請(qing)國內通(tong)(tong)(tong)風(feng)(feng)(feng)專家開(kai)展科研及方案討論,研究制定(ding)了‘三(san)階段通(tong)(tong)(tong)風(feng)(feng)(feng)法’,通(tong)(tong)(tong)過(guo)8臺(tai)大(da)(da)功率風(feng)(feng)(feng)機采取獨頭(tou)通(tong)(tong)(tong)風(feng)(feng)(feng)、接力通(tong)(tong)(tong)風(feng)(feng)(feng)等(deng)手段暢通(tong)(tong)(tong)輸氧管線,創造了國內高(gao)(gao)(gao)原隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)最(zui)難(nan)通(tong)(tong)(tong)風(feng)(feng)(feng)的記錄,尤(you)其在(zai)鐵路隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)施工(gong)中首(shou)次(ci)探索使用了無(wu)人下井、安全系數高(gao)(gao)(gao)、施工(gong)速度快的‘反(fan)井法’建設442米(mi)深通(tong)(tong)(tong)風(feng)(feng)(feng)豎(shu)井,取得(de)了良(liang)好的通(tong)(tong)(tong)風(feng)(feng)(feng)效(xiao)果。”該項(xiang)目指揮長(chang)(chang)張開(kai)新自(zi)豪地說。為(wei)(wei)了提(ti)高(gao)(gao)(gao)排水(shui)效(xiao)率,綜合坡率達到10.98%的2號斜井共(gong)設置了7級泵站,相當于將水(shui)垂直抬升(sheng)了286米(mi)。
該隧(sui)(sui)道穿越了(le)國內最長的F5區域斷層825米和(he)1900米長的大變(bian)形段落,云母石(shi)英片巖(yan)廣泛散(san)布(bu),地質條件相當復雜,被建(jian)設者們(men)稱為(wei)“酥(su)心餅(bing)干”。該項目依(yi)據(ju)“快挖、快支、快封閉”的施工理念,使用超前水平地質鉆鉆芯取樣與地質雷(lei)達(da)相結合的方式(shi)對隧(sui)(sui)道前方狀況進行檢測(ce),以(yi)弱爆破(po)和(he)機(ji)械開挖兩種工藝減少(shao)對圍(wei)巖(yan)的擾(rao)動,并且(qie)布(bu)置了(le)圍(wei)巖(yan)監控(kong)量測(ce)點,確保圍(wei)巖(yan)變(bian)形量在允(yun)許(xu)范圍(wei)內。
“平導是隧道(dao)(dao)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)大(da)動脈,所有的機(ji)械(xie)設(she)備、施(shi)(shi)工(gong)人(ren)員(yuan)合(he)理(li)(li)有序地通(tong)過,是保障安全(quan)、提(ti)高(gao)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)效率的重點”,該(gai)項(xiang)目(mu)二分部(bu)經理(li)(li)常立柱介紹。隧道(dao)(dao)內合(he)理(li)(li)布設(she)了緊急(ji)避險(xian)島(dao)、錯車道(dao)(dao)、調頭洞(dong)(dong)等,并且通(tong)過直通(tong)掌(zhang)子面(mian)(mian)的監(jian)控隨(sui)時掌(zhang)握(wo)洞(dong)(dong)內車輛位置和動態(tai),為每名進(jin)洞(dong)(dong)人(ren)員(yuan)配備對講機(ji),以“人(ren)工(gong)+智能”的方式對洞(dong)(dong)內施(shi)(shi)工(gong)進(jin)行統一調度。作為鐵路總(zong)公司第一個全(quan)面(mian)(mian)推(tui)廣采用機(ji)械(xie)化配套施(shi)(shi)工(gong)的特長隧道(dao)(dao)試點工(gong)程,以“打(da)造高(gao)原(yuan)單線鐵路特長隧道(dao)(dao)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)樣板”為目(mu)標,該(gai)項(xiang)目(mu)從(cong)鉆孔(kong)到襯砌施(shi)(shi)工(gong)全(quan)部(bu)實(shi)現(xian)機(ji)械(xie)化,單從(cong)采用濕噴機(ji)械(xie)手來說,單作業(ye)面(mian)(mian)就可以節(jie)省12個勞動力,縮短班組循環時間2小時,實(shi)現(xian)了低強度、低風險(xian)、低成本、高(gao)效率的目(mu)標。
據(ju)悉,敦(dun)格鐵路(lu)位于(yu)絲綢之路(lu)經濟帶(dai)中(zhong)心線上,全長約616.79公(gong)里(li),是(shi)溝(gou)通(tong)甘肅(su)、青海、新疆、西藏四省區的一條最便捷通(tong)道,也是(shi)“一帶(dai)一路(lu)”沿(yan)線的重(zhong)要交(jiao)通(tong)大動(dong)脈(mo),將(jiang)與庫(ku)格鐵路(lu)相交(jiao)匯(hui)一并成為西北通(tong)向中(zhong)亞的第二條國際大通(tong)道,對拉動(dong)沿(yan)線經濟發展、優化鐵路(lu)網布局、加強民族團結、助推“一帶(dai)一路(lu)”建(jian)設具有重(zhong)要意義。
