近日,由中國鐵建(jian)所屬中鐵十(shi)一局五(wu)公司(si)承建(jian)的被譽為“國內第一深水(shui)樁”的彭溪河多線特(te)大橋(qiao)首根樁基成功澆筑。
彭(peng)溪河多線特大橋(qiao)(qiao)為鄭(zheng)萬鐵路全線重難(nan)(nan)點控制性工(gong)(gong)(gong)程之一,其(qi)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝復雜、技(ji)術(shu)難(nan)(nan)度大、安全風險高(gao),也是鄭(zheng)萬鐵路的(de)關鍵控制性工(gong)(gong)(gong)程。大橋(qiao)(qiao)結構形式為四(si)線變二線道岔梁(liang)連續鋼拱橋(qiao)(qiao),主(zhu)跨長度達(da)200米,其(qi)中主(zhu)墩10#、11#墩橫(heng)穿(chuan)三峽庫(ku)區,設計在彭(peng)溪河深(shen)水(shui)區范圍,最高(gao)水(shui)深(shen)約(yue)60米,為國內第一深(shen)水(shui)樁(zhuang)(zhuang),且(qie)樁(zhuang)(zhuang)基位(wei)于深(shen)水(shui)下(xia)斜(xie)坡上,地(di)址主(zhu)要為花崗巖,成孔(kong)非(fei)常困(kun)難(nan)(nan),施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)難(nan)(nan)度極大。經過專家組現場多次勘查,反復研討(tao)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)術(shu)方(fang)(fang)案,確定(ding)采用(yong)高(gao)樁(zhuang)(zhuang)棧橋(qiao)(qiao)搭建鉆孔(kong)平臺(tai)方(fang)(fang)法進行水(shui)中樁(zhuang)(zhuang)基施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong),樁(zhuang)(zhuang)基施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝采用(yong)反循環(huan)清孔(kong)撈渣(zha)鉆孔(kong)灌注施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)。
為確保(bao)“國內第一(yi)深水(shui)樁(zhuang)”首根(gen)樁(zhuang)基成(cheng)功澆筑,項目部(bu)結合工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程特點,嚴格按(an)照確定的水(shui)中(zhong)樁(zhuang)基首件施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)方(fang)案(an)(an)執行。科學合理地(di)組(zu)織調配各(ge)類資源;專人盯控混凝土供應(ying)質量及速度,現場技術(shu)人員通過對樁(zhuang)基成(cheng)孔(kong)質量進(jin)行檢(jian)驗、導管安裝質量氣密(mi)檢(jian)測(ce)、料(liao)斗(dou)設計、抗浮(fu)籠預控等技術(shu)分析,對施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)各(ge)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)序細部(bu)環(huan)節有(you)效(xiao)把控;施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)過程中(zhong),項目部(bu)對鋼棧橋及鉆孔(kong)平臺結構全程位(wei)移監控;對渡船(chuan)、吊車等設備提前檢(jian)修,制(zhi)定環(huan)保(bao)方(fang)面(mian)管理措施(shi),確保(bao)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)安全與環(huan)保(bao);同時為確保(bao)灌注過程中(zhong)混凝土順利送達,還制(zhi)定了應(ying)急方(fang)案(an)(an),并與當地(di)政府一(yi)起協心齊力保(bao)障(zhang)道路交通。
經過近6.5個小(xiao)時緊張有序施工(gong),“國內第一深水樁”首(shou)根樁基(ji)成功(gong)澆筑(zhu),為鄭(zheng)萬(wan)鐵路云陽段建設推進(jin)打下了扎實基(ji)礎。
