12月(yue)19日(ri),中國五礦中冶(ye)賽(sai)迪(di)設備成套的河南林州鳳寶管業有限公司89無縫鋼管連軋機組投產(chan)。該項目采用中冶(ye)賽(sai)迪(di)自(zi)主成套的世界首套最小(xiao)口徑(jing)(89mm)的三輥六(liu)機架熱連軋機組,主要技術指標達到世界領先水平(ping)。
鳳寶項目是世(shi)界(jie)(jie)首條專業化生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)小口徑無(wu)縫(feng)(feng)鋼管(guan)(guan)的三(san)(san)輥熱連軋(ya)(ya)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)線,設計年(nian)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)量(liang)20萬噸(dun),以生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)車(che)橋、轉向(xiang)軸、軸承管(guan)(guan)等高品(pin)質輕量(liang)化材料為(wei)主,為(wei)核電、石油工(gong)(gong)業配(pei)套供(gong)應(ying)高端(duan)無(wu)縫(feng)(feng)鋼管(guan)(guan)。中冶賽迪發(fa)揮(hui)鋼鐵工(gong)(gong)程領域多專業系統集(ji)成優勢(shi)和(he)核心裝(zhuang)(zhuang)備制(zhi)(zhi)造能力,自(zi)主開發(fa)連軋(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)技術(shu)和(he)核心裝(zhuang)(zhuang)備,在(zai)世(shi)界(jie)(jie)上首次將三(san)(san)輥六機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)架熱連軋(ya)(ya)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組成功(gong)應(ying)用于小口徑無(wu)縫(feng)(feng)鋼管(guan)(guan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan),采用了世(shi)界(jie)(jie)最先進(jin)的側向(xiang)換輥式三(san)(san)輥六機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)架連軋(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)和(he)28機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)架張(zhang)力減(jian)徑機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji),配(pei)備了完整(zheng)的工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)模型,通過高響應(ying)液壓伺服(fu)輥縫(feng)(feng)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系統和(he)高度自(zi)動化控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系統實現連軋(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)的“削尖軋(ya)(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)”、張(zhang)力減(jian)徑機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)的壁厚(hou)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)和(he)CEC控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)功(gong)能,全線采用了中冶賽迪自(zi)主開發(fa)的高速(su)數據(ju)采集(ji)系統及監控(kong)(kong)系統,對(dui)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)過程進(jin)行(xing)可視化監控(kong)(kong)和(he)數字(zi)化分析,生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)線工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)、控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)技術(shu)達到世(shi)界(jie)(jie)領先水(shui)平。
該項(xiang)目還創新生產(chan)(chan)工藝(yi),實(shi)現了(le)小口(kou)徑(jing)無縫鋼管(guan)生產(chan)(chan)的“以熱(re)代冷”,降低了(le)傳統冷軋(ya)/冷拔工藝(yi)的能耗、金屬消耗和(he)環境污染,為(wei)在(zai)國(guo)內全面應用推(tui)廣(guang)奠定了(le)基(ji)礎和(he)提供(gong)了(le)技術保證,為(wei)鋼鐵行(xing)業(ye)向(xiang)綠色制(zhi)造、智能制(zhi)造轉型(xing)升級樹立了(le)標桿(gan)。項(xiang)目自2017年10月1日熱(re)負(fu)荷(he)試車成功以來,通過試生產(chan)(chan)期間(jian)不斷優(you)化(hua)改進,在(zai)兩個月內即完全實(shi)現連續(xu)穩定、高(gao)(gao)節(jie)奏靈活生產(chan)(chan),逐漸發揮出連軋(ya)管(guan)機組生產(chan)(chan)的高(gao)(gao)質(zhi)量、高(gao)(gao)效率、高(gao)(gao)成材率等(deng)優(you)點,填補了(le)國(guo)內高(gao)(gao)檔小口(kou)徑(jing)熱(re)軋(ya)無縫鋼管(guan)行(xing)業(ye)的空白(bai)。
