11月10日,中國施(shi)工(gong)(gong)企業管理協(xie)會公布了2016-2017年(nian)度國家(jia)優(you)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)程獎(jiang)獲(huo)獎(jiang)工(gong)(gong)程名單,華電(dian)(dian)重(zhong)工(gong)(gong)總承(cheng)包建設的(de)國家(jia)電(dian)(dian)投(tou)濱海(hai)北H1#100MW海(hai)上風(feng)電(dian)(dian)項(xiang)目(mu)喜(xi)獲(huo)國家(jia)優(you)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)程金質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)獎(jiang),成為(wei)國內風(feng)電(dian)(dian)工(gong)(gong)程(陸(lu)上、海(hai)上)首個(ge)獲(huo)得國家(jia)優(you)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)程金質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)獎(jiang)項(xiang)目(mu)。
濱海(hai)(hai)北H1#100MW海(hai)(hai)上風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)電(dian)(dian)項目共布(bu)置25臺風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)電(dian)(dian)機組,是(shi)國(guo)內首次以“四合一”總承(cheng)包(bao)模式建設的海(hai)(hai)上風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)電(dian)(dian)項。工(gong)程(cheng)首創海(hai)(hai)上風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)電(dian)(dian)基(ji)(ji)礎(chu)沉樁(zhuang)高精度(du)實(shi)時測量技術(shu)(shu),破解了單樁(zhuang)垂直(zhi)度(du)控(kong)制在3‰以內的世(shi)(shi)界(jie)性難題,平均垂直(zhi)度(du)達到了1.88‰;首創海(hai)(hai)上風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)電(dian)(dian)溜樁(zhuang)主(zhu)動預警調控(kong)技術(shu)(shu),攻克了主(zhu)動應對(dui)海(hai)(hai)上風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)電(dian)(dian)溜樁(zhuang)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)險的世(shi)(shi)界(jie)性難題;首創海(hai)(hai)上風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)電(dian)(dian)分體安裝技術(shu)(shu),突破海(hai)(hai)上風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)電(dian)(dian)吊裝技術(shu)(shu)瓶頸;首創海(hai)(hai)上風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)電(dian)(dian)單樁(zhuang)施(shi)工(gong)導向定位技術(shu)(shu),解決了海(hai)(hai)上風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)電(dian)(dian)基(ji)(ji)礎(chu)施(shi)工(gong)周期長、成本高的難題;國(guo)內首次全部采用(yong)6米(mi)以上超大(da)直(zhi)徑單樁(zhuang)無過(guo)渡段鋼管基(ji)(ji)礎(chu),節約(yue)用(yong)材,功效大(da)幅提升。
該項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)應用(yong)建(jian)筑業十項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)新技(ji)術9大項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)17子(zi)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang),應用(yong)電力建(jian)設(she)五新技(ji)術7項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)。共榮獲(huo)7大類34項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)國(guo)(guo)家級(ji)(ji)、省部級(ji)(ji)獎項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang),獲(huo)電力行業優秀(xiu)設(she)計(ji)一等獎,獲(huo)科技(ji)進步獎7項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang),獲(huo)發明專(zhuan)(zhuan)利5項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)、實用(yong)新型(xing)專(zhuan)(zhuan)利11項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang),獲(huo)QC成果獎7項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)、省部級(ji)(ji)工(gong)(gong)法(fa)2項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang),獲(huo)軟件著作(zuo)權1項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)。該項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)自投產(chan)以來,各主要技(ji)術經(jing)濟(ji)指標優于設(she)計(ji)值,創造了海上風電建(jian)設(she)速度快、安(an)全質量(liang)佳、工(gong)(gong)程造價低、技(ji)術含量(liang)高的(de)建(jian)設(she)之(zhi)最,為國(guo)(guo)內海上風電項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)起到了良好的(de)示范作(zuo)用(yong)。
