在我(wo)國(guo)(guo),90%的(de)(de)300米以上摩天大樓、3/4的(de)(de)重點機場、3/4的(de)(de)衛星發射基地、1/3的(de)(de)城市綜合管廊、1/2的(de)(de)核電站是由中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)建(jian)(jian)筑投(tou)資(zi)建(jian)(jian)設(she),而你可能不知道的(de)(de)是,近年(nian)來中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)建(jian)(jian)筑已從(cong)陸上發展到深(shen)海。2017年(nian)底,洋山(shan)(shan)深(shen)水(shui)(shui)港四期(qi)工程(cheng)即將開港試運行,屆時擁有7個大型深(shen)水(shui)(shui)泊(bo)位的(de)(de)洋山(shan)(shan)港四期(qi)將成為(wei)世界最大的(de)(de)自(zi)動(dong)化集裝箱碼頭。
洋(yang)山深(shen)水(shui)港是世界最(zui)大(da)(da)的海(hai)島型人工(gong)深(shen)水(shui)港,也是建(jian)(jian)設(she)上海(hai)國際航運中(zhong)心的戰略和樞(shu)紐型工(gong)程。洋(yang)山港全(quan)面(mian)建(jian)(jian)成(cheng)后,將助推上海(hai)港年(nian)集裝箱(xiang)吞(tun)(tun)吐量突破4000萬TEU(標(biao)準箱(xiang)),這個數字超過了美國九大(da)(da)港口的吞(tun)(tun)吐總(zong)量,也是目前全(quan)球港口年(nian)吞(tun)(tun)吐量的十分之(zhi)一(yi)。從2002年(nian)6月26日中(zhong)國建(jian)(jian)筑工(gong)程總(zong)公司(si)旗下的中(zhong)建(jian)(jian)港務在洋(yang)山深(shen)水(shui)港區一(yi)期(qi)C標(biao)碼頭打下第一(yi)根樁開始,經過十五年(nian)的建(jian)(jian)設(she)歷(li)程,把一(yi)個僅有3000原(yuan)住(zhu)漁(yu)民的孤島小漁(yu)村,變成(cheng)了一(yi)片總(zong)面(mian)積相當于(yu)1000多個足(zu)球場大(da)(da)小的現代(dai)化深(shen)水(shui)港新“桑田(tian)”,譜(pu)寫出(chu)一(yi)幅壯美的現代(dai)版“精(jing)衛填海(hai)”歷(li)史新長卷。
“精衛填海”,筑就世界第一深水大港
開工以前的(de)(de)洋(yang)山深水港,是距離上海(hai)(hai)30公(gong)里互不相鄰的(de)(de)10余個小海(hai)(hai)島(dao),之(zhi)間(jian)海(hai)(hai)溝深度最(zui)深超過(guo)(guo)30米。如今(jin)15年過(guo)(guo)去(qu),海(hai)(hai)溝已(yi)經填(tian)(tian)平(ping),海(hai)(hai)島(dao)連在一起,形(xing)成了陸域面(mian)積超過(guo)(guo)8平(ping)方(fang)公(gong)里的(de)(de)現(xian)代洋(yang)山深水港區,與大陸通(tong)過(guo)(guo)東海(hai)(hai)大橋連接。據不完全統計,為(wei)了填(tian)(tian)平(ping)這些海(hai)(hai)溝,洋(yang)山砂石(shi)拋填(tian)(tian)總量超過(guo)(guo)1億立(li)方(fang)米,相當于(yu)在平(ping)均水深20多米的(de)(de)島(dao)嶼之(zhi)間(jian),在1000多個足球場的(de)(de)范圍內,將砂石(shi)堆到七層樓的(de)(de)高度。

建設前的小洋山

洋山港一二三期
洋山港(gang)(gang)工程從(cong)2002年(nian)(nian)開工建(jian)設,一至三期工程現已(yi)完(wan)工,共有16個7萬-15萬噸級深水(shui)(shui)集(ji)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)箱(xiang)(xiang)泊位。中建(jian)港(gang)(gang)務和兄弟單位一起(qi),累計建(jian)成(cheng)集(ji)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)箱(xiang)(xiang)深水(shui)(shui)港(gang)(gang)碼(ma)頭岸(an)線5.6公(gong)里(li)、集(ji)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)箱(xiang)(xiang)堆場8平(ping)方公(gong)里(li),釋放出年(nian)(nian)集(ji)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)箱(xiang)(xiang)吞吐量超(chao)過(guo)1500萬TEU的生(sheng)產能力,為上海港(gang)(gang)連(lian)續多年(nian)(nian)雄踞(ju)全(quan)球集(ji)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)箱(xiang)(xiang)第一大港(gang)(gang)提(ti)供了最(zui)為堅定的支撐。
即將(jiang)收(shou)尾的(de)洋(yang)山(shan)(shan)港(gang)(gang)四期工程,碼頭岸線長2350米(mi),陸(lu)域總面積223.16萬(wan)平(ping)方米(mi),建(jian)設7個大(da)型深(shen)水(shui)泊位(wei)。中(zhong)建(jian)港(gang)(gang)務的(de)主要(yao)建(jian)設內容包括:水(shui)工碼頭、工作船(chuan)碼頭、地基加固、道路(lu)堆(dui)場以及綜(zong)合(he)辦公樓建(jian)設,工程量(liang)達到洋(yang)山(shan)(shan)四期全(quan)部土建(jian)工程總量(liang)的(de)75%。建(jian)設洋(yang)山(shan)(shan)港(gang)(gang)的(de)15年間,中(zhong)建(jian)港(gang)(gang)務在小(xiao)洋(yang)山(shan)(shan)海(hai)域的(de)狂(kuang)風(feng)巨浪中(zhong),累計成功(gong)沉樁7147根,首尾相接長度(du)超過443114延(yan)長米(mi),排(pai)在地表約等于上(shang)海(hai)到合(he)肥的(de)陸(lu)路(lu)距離。

15年的(de)洋山建(jian)設(she)史,是(shi)一(yi)部中(zhong)建(jian)港務洋山人的(de)科(ke)技(ji)創新奮斗史。面對第(di)一(yi)次(ci)(ci)施(shi)(shi)打大(da)口徑密(mi)排鋼管(guan)樁,第(di)一(yi)次(ci)(ci)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)海上大(da)體(ti)積高(gao)(gao)性(xing)能混凝(ning)土,第(di)一(yi)次(ci)(ci)自主制造大(da)口徑高(gao)(gao)標(biao)準螺旋鋼管(guan)樁,第(di)一(yi)次(ci)(ci)見識水下(xia)陽極塊,第(di)一(yi)次(ci)(ci)實施(shi)(shi)深海地(di)基(ji)加固(gu),第(di)一(yi)次(ci)(ci)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)水下(xia)倒(dao)濾層……中(zhong)建(jian)港務在眾多參(can)建(jian)隊伍中(zhong)第(di)一(yi)個獲得(de)國家(jia)發明和實用(yong)新型專利,完成水工(gong)碼頭、地(di)基(ji)加固(gu)、道堆施(shi)(shi)工(gong)多項技(ji)術總結,為企業核心競爭力的(de)提(ti)升集(ji)聚(ju)了大(da)量的(de)寶貴財富。
在對(dui)吹(chui)砂堆(dui)積區域(yu)(yu)進(jin)行振(zhen)沖(chong)(chong)加(jia)(jia)固時(shi),中(zhong)建(jian)港務的(de)振(zhen)沖(chong)(chong)裝置要深入到(dao)地(di)(di)表以下(xia)20多米進(jin)行振(zhen)沖(chong)(chong),整個振(zhen)沖(chong)(chong)過(guo)程(cheng)都是(shi)在監管人員目(mu)(mu)光無法觸及的(de)“黑箱”中(zhong)進(jin)行的(de),洋(yang)山項目(mu)(mu)部(bu)自主開(kai)(kai)發出(chu)“自動(dong)(dong)監控下(xia)深層粉細砂地(di)(di)基(ji)(ji)振(zhen)沖(chong)(chong)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)”工(gong)(gong)法。在對(dui)洋(yang)山原始地(di)(di)貌中(zhong)的(de)淤泥地(di)(di)區進(jin)行加(jia)(jia)固時(shi),項目(mu)(mu)部(bu)又(you)開(kai)(kai)發出(chu)“自動(dong)(dong)監控條(tiao)件下(xia)具有穩帶技(ji)術的(de)塑料排水板施(shi)工(gong)(gong)”工(gong)(gong)法。最后,他(ta)們又(you)將自動(dong)(dong)監控系(xi)統(tong)應(ying)用(yong)(yong)到(dao)碎石(shi)回填區域(yu)(yu)加(jia)(jia)固施(shi)工(gong)(gong)中(zhong),開(kai)(kai)發出(chu)“利(li)用(yong)(yong)自動(dong)(dong)監控系(xi)統(tong)進(jin)行施(shi)工(gong)(gong)質(zhi)量(liang)控制的(de)強夯施(shi)工(gong)(gong)”工(gong)(gong)法。至此,中(zhong)建(jian)港務將洋(yang)山地(di)(di)基(ji)(ji)加(jia)(jia)固領(ling)域(yu)(yu)中(zhong)三大(da)常用(yong)(yong)工(gong)(gong)藝全部(bu)實現了施(shi)工(gong)(gong)過(guo)程(cheng)監控的(de)自動(dong)(dong)化(hua)。
經過15年的創新(xin),中國(guo)(guo)建筑洋山港項(xiang)目獲得1項(xiang)全國(guo)(guo)科技進步(bu)二等獎,1項(xiang)上海(hai)市(shi)科技進步(bu)一(yi)等獎,4項(xiang)發(fa)(fa)明專利(li),9項(xiang)實(shi)用(yong)新(xin)型專利(li),5項(xiang)全國(guo)(guo)發(fa)(fa)明展覽會金獎、銀獎。
精彩不止洋山港

洋山青年突擊隊
除洋山港項目外(wai),中(zhong)國建筑在(zai)海外(wai)水工市場也(ye)收獲(huo)了大量(liang)訂單(dan)。今(jin)年5月24日,由(you)中(zhong)國建筑承(cheng)建,中(zhong)建港務(wu)和中(zhong)建八局(ju)負責具體實施的(de)非(fei)洲吉(ji)(ji)布提(ti)多哈雷多功能(neng)港口(一期)舉(ju)行開(kai)港儀式。吉(ji)(ji)布提(ti)多哈雷港設計(ji)吞吐能(neng)力為(wei)20萬標準箱,合同金(jin)額為(wei)4.217億美(mei)元,是(shi)中(zhong)資建筑企業迄今(jin)為(wei)止在(zai)東北非(fei)地區承(cheng)接的(de)最大規模港口項目,是(shi)中(zhong)國建筑目前完成的(de)海外(wai)最大的(de)水工項目。吉(ji)(ji)布提(ti)地處亞非(fei)歐十字路口,是(shi)國際主航線必經之(zhi)地,也(ye)是(shi)一帶(dai)一路上重要的(de)銜接點。
不論(lun)是陸(lu)上還是海上,中國建筑都以一貫的(de)工程質量廣受好評,進而拓展了更(geng)大的(de)市場。據(ju)統計,中國建筑營業(ye)收入(ru)平均每十(shi)二年增長十(shi)倍。位居2016年度(du)《財富》世(shi)界(jie)500強第(di)24位,獲得標普、穆(mu)迪、惠譽等國際三大評級機構信用評級A級,為全球建筑行(xing)業(ye)最高信用評級。
