7月7日凌(ling)晨5點(dian)50分,伴隨著(zhu)挖掘(jue)機轟隆(long)隆(long)的(de)作業聲,由中國(guo)五礦所(suo)屬中冶集團承建的(de)印(yin)尼國(guo)家第一條公路隧道(dao)工程——芝蘇達烏(wu)公路隧道(dao)暗洞(dong)(dong)掘(jue)進(jin)施(shi)工正式(shi)開始,本次進(jin)洞(dong)(dong)儀式(shi)的(de)舉(ju)行標志(zhi)著(zhu)隧道(dao)施(shi)工取得(de)重(zhong)大進(jin)展。
芝蘇達烏(wu)隧道(dao)(dao)是印尼(ni)優貸項(xiang)目,也(ye)是印尼(ni)優貸項(xiang)目重點控制性工(gong)程,得到了印尼(ni)各方(fang)高度關注。隧道(dao)(dao)單洞(dong)長472米,平均(jun)埋(mai)深60米,設計為(wei)雙向六車(che)道(dao)(dao),單洞(dong)凈寬為(wei)15.98米,屬于(yu)大斷面(mian)淺埋(mai)式隧道(dao)(dao)。
自(zi)去年9月份(fen)開(kai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)以(yi)來,中(zhong)冶(ye)集團做(zuo)了(le)大(da)量前(qian)期準備工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)方案得到了(le)印(yin)尼安委會各方的(de)(de)高度認(ren)可。在(zai)拆遷未完成的(de)(de)不利(li)因素下,為(wei)順利(li)推進隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong),中(zhong)冶(ye)集團結合現(xian)場實際情況,認(ren)真研究(jiu)隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)圖及施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)方案,經過與當地監理、業主等方面的(de)(de)協(xie)調(diao)溝(gou)通,將(jiang)隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)明洞110米(mi)變更為(wei)40米(mi),大(da)大(da)減少了(le)隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)的(de)(de)明洞土方開(kai)挖工(gong)(gong)(gong)作量,加快了(le)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)進度。同時,中(zhong)冶(ye)集團積極爭取到左洞先行(xing)的(de)(de)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)審批,降(jiang)低了(le)征地拆遷進度對隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)影(ying)響,為(wei)隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)開(kai)展(zhan)暗(an)洞掘進施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)奠定了(le)基(ji)礎。
該項目(mu)是中冶集團在“一(yi)(yi)帶一(yi)(yi)路(lu)”沿(yan)線國(guo)家(jia)(jia)實施的重(zhong)點項目(mu)之(zhi)一(yi)(yi),也是中國(guo)中冶積(ji)極踐行國(guo)家(jia)(jia)“一(yi)(yi)帶一(yi)(yi)路(lu)”戰略重(zhong)要成果之(zhi)一(yi)(yi)。項目(mu)建成后,將(jiang)進一(yi)(yi)步改善印尼當地落后的交通(tong)網絡,促進該地區經濟社(she)會等各方(fang)面的發展。
