近日(ri),中(zhong)國建(jian)筑工(gong)(gong)程總公司所屬中(zhong)建(jian)交通“城市超大深基坑及(ji)地下(xia)結構(gou)施工(gong)(gong)技術研究(jiu)”經(jing)北京市住房和城鄉建(jian)設委員會鑒定,達(da)到國內(nei)領(ling)先(xian)水平。
該成(cheng)果解(jie)決(jue)了(le)城市超大深(shen)基坑(keng)及(ji)地(di)下(xia)(xia)結(jie)構施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)中面(mian)臨(lin)的(de)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)場地(di)狹(xia)小(xiao)、支護(hu)(hu)條件(jian)受限、結(jie)構施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)難度大、施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)期(qi)緊(jin)、質量安全要求高等難題,總結(jie)形成(cheng)了(le)包括(kuo)深(shen)大基坑(keng)盆式開(kai)挖與(yu)中心島(dao)組合式支護(hu)(hu)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)技術(shu)、大型地(di)下(xia)(xia)結(jie)構快速(su)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)關鍵技術(shu)、大型地(di)下(xia)(xia)空間工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)綠色(se)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)技術(shu)、基于BIM技術(shu)的(de)大型工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)深(shen)化設計及(ji)管理研(yan)究等成(cheng)套技術(shu),形成(cheng)了(le)一整套基于城市超大深(shen)基坑(keng)及(ji)地(di)下(xia)(xia)結(jie)構施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)技術(shu)的(de)應用(yong)流程(cheng)(cheng)及(ji)解(jie)決(jue)思路。
該成果(guo)將(jiang)管理與施工技(ji)術相(xiang)結合,在長春南部都市經濟開發(fa)區中央商務區地下空(kong)間開發(fa)工程項目中得到應用。
