由中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)路(lu)橋建(jian)設的(de)肯(ken)尼(ni)(ni)亞(ya)(ya)蒙(meng)-內(nei)(nei)鐵(tie)路(lu)將于2017年6月1日正式(shi)開通試(shi)運營。蒙(meng)-內(nei)(nei)鐵(tie)路(lu)是肯(ken)尼(ni)(ni)亞(ya)(ya)國(guo)(guo)(guo)家獨(du)立以來(lai)的(de)最大工(gong)程,是其近百年來(lai)新建(jian)的(de)第一(yi)條(tiao)鐵(tie)路(lu),全長480公(gong)里,連(lian)接肯(ken)尼(ni)(ni)亞(ya)(ya)首都內(nei)(nei)羅畢和(he)(he)(he)東非第一(yi)大港(gang)蒙(meng)巴薩港(gang)。蒙(meng)-內(nei)(nei)鐵(tie)路(lu)是東共體北(bei)部(bu)戰(zhan)略走廊的(de)第一(yi)段,也是“一(yi)帶一(yi)路(lu)”戰(zhan)略的(de)首個(ge)非洲項目。根(gen)據遠期規劃,該鐵(tie)路(lu)將連(lian)接肯(ken)尼(ni)(ni)亞(ya)(ya)、坦桑尼(ni)(ni)亞(ya)(ya)、烏干達(da)、盧(lu)旺(wang)達(da)、布隆迪和(he)(he)(he)南蘇丹(dan)等東非6國(guo)(guo)(guo),對(dui)于促進東非現代化(hua)鐵(tie)路(lu)網的(de)形(xing)成和(he)(he)(he)地區(qu)經濟(ji)發展具有重要意義。蒙(meng)-內(nei)(nei)鐵(tie)路(lu)作為完全采(cai)用中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)鐵(tie)一(yi)級標準的(de)典(dian)型工(gong)程,是國(guo)(guo)(guo)際上第一(yi)次(ci)全部(bu)采(cai)用中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)標準建(jian)造(zao)的(de)現代化(hua)鐵(tie)路(lu),是實施我國(guo)(guo)(guo)標準“走出去”戰(zhan)略的(de)一(yi)個(ge)成功范例。
蒙(meng)(meng)-內(nei)(nei)鐵路(lu)建(jian)設期間,建(jian)研(yan)院(yuan)高(gao)(gao)性能混(hun)凝土(tu)研(yan)究中心(xin)(xin)對其混(hun)凝土(tu)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)提(ti)供(gong)了(le)全面的(de)(de)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)咨詢與(yu)服務工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。自(zi)2014年1月起,中心(xin)(xin)先后(hou)承擔了(le)“肯尼(ni)亞當地(di)天然火山(shan)灰質(zhi)材料(liao)在(zai)(zai)鐵路(lu)高(gao)(gao)性能混(hun)凝土(tu)中的(de)(de)應(ying)用(yong)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)研(yan)究”、“蒙(meng)(meng)-內(nei)(nei)鐵路(lu)項目骨料(liao)吸水率對混(hun)凝土(tu)性能的(de)(de)影響及(ji)改善控制技(ji)(ji)術(shu)研(yan)究”和“阿西河特大橋清水高(gao)(gao)性能混(hun)凝土(tu)的(de)(de)配(pei)制及(ji)應(ying)用(yong)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)研(yan)究”、“非洲(zhou)干旱地(di)區混(hun)凝土(tu)養護集成技(ji)(ji)術(shu)”等多(duo)個研(yan)究項目與(yu)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)服務。在(zai)(zai)三年多(duo)的(de)(de)時間內(nei)(nei),中心(xin)(xin)多(duo)名專家先后(hou)12次(ci)赴肯尼(ni)亞施(shi)工(gong)(gong)現場提(ti)供(gong)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)服務,并在(zai)(zai)國內(nei)(nei)外(wai)系統開展了(le)大量的(de)(de)試驗(yan)研(yan)究與(yu)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)攻關工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),研(yan)究成果與(yu)現場技(ji)(ji)術(shu)支(zhi)持得到了(le)業(ye)主(zhu)與(yu)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)單位(wei)的(de)(de)一致認可,也(ye)在(zai)(zai)很大程(cheng)度上保證和提(ti)高(gao)(gao)了(le)蒙(meng)(meng)-內(nei)(nei)鐵路(lu)的(de)(de)混(hun)凝土(tu)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)質(zhi)量,產生了(le)顯著的(de)(de)經(jing)濟效益與(yu)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)價(jia)值。
以“肯尼亞當地天然(ran)火山(shan)灰(hui)質材(cai)料在鐵路高性能混凝土中(zhong)的(de)應(ying)用技術研究”項目為例,該課題通過對肯尼亞當地天然(ran)火山(shan)灰(hui)的(de)開(kai)發利用,成(cheng)功(gong)取(qu)代依賴遠(yuan)途運輸才能獲(huo)得的(de)粉煤灰(hui),作為礦物摻合料規模化應(ying)用于蒙(meng)-內鐵路混凝土工(gong)程,實(shi)現了(le)(le)就地取(qu)材(cai),降低了(le)(le)建設成(cheng)本,同時顯著提高了(le)(le)混凝土性能,經濟效益和(he)技術價值(zhi)十分顯著。
通過(guo)高(gao)性能(neng)混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土研(yan)究(jiu)中(zhong)(zhong)心的(de)全過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)咨詢指導,以(yi)蒙(meng)-內鐵路(lu)(lu)項(xiang)目(mu)研(yan)究(jiu)成(cheng)果為(wei)基礎,最(zui)終形成(cheng)天(tian)(tian)(tian)然(ran)火山(shan)(shan)(shan)灰(hui)生產線(xian)2條,為(wei)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)提供了(le)4萬(wan)多噸天(tian)(tian)(tian)然(ran)火山(shan)(shan)(shan)灰(hui)產品,節約(yue)建(jian)設(she)成(cheng)本4000多萬(wan)元人民幣。在(zai)項(xiang)目(mu)研(yan)究(jiu)和工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)現場技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)服務(wu)過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong),發(fa)表論文12篇,申(shen)請專利5項(xiang),形成(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)交(jiao)集團(tuan)企業標(biao)準《天(tian)(tian)(tian)然(ran)火山(shan)(shan)(shan)灰(hui)在(zai)混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)應用技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)規(gui)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)》,形成(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)公路(lu)(lu)協會(hui)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)法“天(tian)(tian)(tian)然(ran)火山(shan)(shan)(shan)灰(hui)高(gao)性能(neng)混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土的(de)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)法”,獲得中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)企業管(guan)理(li)協會(hui)科(ke)技(ji)(ji)(ji)成(cheng)果獎二等獎。正(zheng)在(zai)申(shen)報編制中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)土木(mu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)學會(hui)標(biao)準《天(tian)(tian)(tian)然(ran)火山(shan)(shan)(shan)灰(hui)在(zai)混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)應用技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)規(gui)范(fan)》。天(tian)(tian)(tian)然(ran)火山(shan)(shan)(shan)灰(hui)開發(fa)與(yu)(yu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)應用成(cheng)套技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu),有(you)(you)望在(zai)肯(ken)尼亞后續建(jian)設(she)的(de)內-馬鐵路(lu)(lu)進一(yi)(yi)步推廣(guang)(guang)使(shi)用,并可能(neng)在(zai)東非地區(qu)(qu)除(chu)了(le)鐵路(lu)(lu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)之外的(de)公路(lu)(lu)交(jiao)通工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)、工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)民建(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)廣(guang)(guang)泛使(shi)用。在(zai)2016年北京市科(ke)委重大(da)專項(xiang)課(ke)題的(de)支持下(xia),建(jian)研(yan)院高(gao)性能(neng)混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土研(yan)究(jiu)中(zhong)(zhong)心與(yu)(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)路(lu)(lu)橋一(yi)(yi)道,將廣(guang)(guang)泛開展“一(yi)(yi)帶一(yi)(yi)路(lu)(lu)”沿(yan)線(xian)國(guo)(guo)家和地區(qu)(qu)天(tian)(tian)(tian)然(ran)火山(shan)(shan)(shan)灰(hui)資源的(de)調研(yan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作,有(you)(you)望在(zai)具備(bei)條件的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)推廣(guang)(guang)使(shi)用該項(xiang)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)。
目前,蒙-內鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)延長線內馬鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)也正(zheng)在(zai)如火如荼(tu)地(di)建(jian)設,建(jian)研(yan)院(yuan)高性能混凝(ning)土研(yan)究(jiu)中(zhong)心繼(ji)續(xu)作為其混凝(ning)土工(gong)程(cheng)的(de)主要技(ji)術(shu)咨詢與(yu)支撐(cheng)單位,仍(reng)將憑借堅實的(de)科研(yan)實力與(yu)工(gong)程(cheng)技(ji)術(shu),在(zai)東非鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)網(wang)建(jian)設中(zhong)貢(gong)獻自己的(de)力量。
