如何在供貨期短的情況下,最大限度提高生產能力,充分利用有效工作時間和設備有序排產,實現精益生產,滿足用戶急需。日前,中國鐵路通信信號集團公司(簡稱中國通號)天津鐵路信號工廠利用兩天公休日,特邀上海愛波瑞資深首席培訓師開展精益生產實踐特訓。工廠中層以上領導、設計、工藝、物流等部門骨干80余人參加了培訓。
此次特訓重(zhong)點(dian)在于(yu)將精(jing)(jing)益(yi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)理(li)(li)念演變(bian)為(wei)實(shi)際操作,讓(rang)每(mei)位學員親自感受(shou)精(jing)(jing)益(yi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)給(gei)企業(ye)帶來的好處。老師(shi)從(cong)精(jing)(jing)益(yi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)的產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)生(sheng)(sheng),到精(jing)(jing)益(yi)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)與一(yi)般傳統生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)的區別,采用(yong)經典案(an)例分(fen)解對比,深入淺出地介(jie)紹了精(jing)(jing)益(yi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)中的 “5S活動”、TPM活動體系、設(she)備布(bu)局改善(shan)、U型單(dan)元生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)設(she)計、標準作業(ye)、看板運行(xing)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)等內(nei)容。同時設(she)計了兩個實(shi)踐環節,一(yi)是到天津一(yi)汽夏利(li)公司參觀(guan)學習,二是現場沙盤模擬生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)實(shi)踐。沙盤演練中,學員分(fen)四組每(mei)組7人分(fen),分(fen)別嘗(chang)試(shi)無(wu)序生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)、無(wu)時生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)和均(jun)衡生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(精(jing)(jing)益(yi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)一(yi)個要(yao)素)三種(zhong)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)方式,使(shi)每(mei)位學員充分(fen)感受(shou)精(jing)(jing)益(yi)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)的效率和優勢(shi),從(cong)而樹(shu)立起“改善(shan)從(cong)我做起”的決心。
通(tong)過培訓,學員找到了管(guan)理(li)工作中(zhong)的(de)(de)差距,認清了自身在出現無序無時生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)中(zhong)應(ying)承擔(dan)的(de)(de)責(ze)任。大家表示,要緊(jin)緊(jin)圍繞精益生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)管(guan)理(li)“消除一(yi)切(qie)無效勞動和浪費”的(de)(de)核心,打破固有(you)觀(guan)念,實現科學排(pai)產(chan)(chan),形成均衡良(liang)性循環(huan)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)狀(zhuang)態,避免因(yin)有(you)效時間利(li)用不(bu)足造成的(de)(de)拖拉(la)加班現象,提高企業供貨(huo)交付(fu)能力。
