華電索風營發電廠在貴(gui)州省(sheng)電網調(diao)度中心的(de)指導(dao)下(xia),經過AVC方案制(zhi)定、討論和試(shi)(shi)驗工作的(de)充分(fen)準備,從2010年6月(yue)(yue)29日開(kai)始,進行了(le)AVC程序檢查、開(kai)環試(shi)(shi)驗、數據(ju)核對、閉(bi)環試(shi)(shi)驗、與省(sheng)調(diao)聯(lian)調(diao)等(deng)一系列試(shi)(shi)驗,于(yu)2010年7月(yue)(yue)2日結束,各項(xiang)試(shi)(shi)驗工作全部完成(cheng),并成(cheng)功投入AVC運行。
隨著貴(gui)州省電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)高(gao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)等(deng)級(ji)、大容(rong)量(liang)和跨區電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)的迅(xun)速發(fa)展,對電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)質量(liang)的要(yao)求(qiu)越(yue)來越(yue)高(gao),根據需求(qiu)及時(shi)精確地控(kong)制電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),提(ti)供更(geng)好的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)質量(liang)是對電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)調(diao)度的新要(yao)求(qiu),降低網(wang)(wang)損、提(ti)高(gao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)的經濟運(yun)行(xing)(xing)水(shui)平是電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)運(yun)行(xing)(xing)有待解決的問題。潮流(liu)流(liu)動的日益復雜,單靠運(yun)行(xing)(xing)人員(yuan)手(shou)動調(diao)節(jie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)和無功(gong)潮流(liu)的方式已越(yue)來越(yue)不能適應電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)的發(fa)展,必須實(shi)施自動電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)控(kong)制(AVC)系統。
對于(yu)此項工作受到(dao)了各級單位的(de)高度重(zhong)視,該(gai)廠相關部門(men)統一(yi)(yi)組織、積(ji)極(ji)協調、重(zhong)點把關,及(ji)時與南瑞公司簽定了合同,適(shi)時召(zhao)開(kai)了技術方案(an)(an)、調試方案(an)(an)審(shen)(shen)查會,嚴(yan)格審(shen)(shen)查技術方案(an)(an),針(zhen)(zhen)對具(ju)體問(wen)題采取(qu)針(zhen)(zhen)對性措施;在試驗階(jie)段,以汛期機組安全(quan)運(yun)行為中心,積(ji)極(ji)組織二次、運(yun)行等方面力量(liang),強(qiang)調統一(yi)(yi)指揮(hui)、協作配合,與廠家一(yi)(yi)道完(wan)成(cheng)了廠內開(kai)環及(ji)閉環試驗、聯網開(kai)環及(ji)閉環試驗,針(zhen)(zhen)對處理了試驗中出現的(de)問(wen)題,按期優質高效完(wan)成(cheng)了項工作。
索(suo)風(feng)營(ying)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)廠(chang)在省(sheng)內率先(xian)投入AVC功(gong)能(neng)(neng)后,將為今后省(sheng)內水電(dian)(dian)廠(chang)的(de)AVC實(shi)施提供(gong)寶貴的(de)經驗。AVC功(gong)能(neng)(neng)的(de)投入與應用(yong),將成為改善電(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)質量和(he)提高勞動(dong)生產(chan)率不可(ke)缺少的(de)重要手段,它使無功(gong)資源的(de)利用(yong)效率實(shi)現了最大(da)化(hua),電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)綜合控制能(neng)(neng)力得到了可(ke)靠的(de)技術(shu)保證,電(dian)(dian)網無功(gong)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)管(guan)理工作真正由傳統經驗型向智能(neng)(neng)化(hua)管(guan)理型轉變。
