近日,中國鐵路工程總公司所屬中鐵隧道集團承建的寧波市軌道交通1號線TJ-Ⅱ標西門口地鐵車站主體圍護結構順利完工。
西門口站地(di)處寧波(bo)市中心(xin)城區,居民(min)樓(lou)密集(ji),南(nan)側(ce)(ce)淺基礎建筑(zhu)物(wu)多,距離(li)圍護(hu)結構近,南(nan)側(ce)(ce)地(di)層(ceng)中軟土層(ceng)較厚,地(di)下障礙(ai)物(wu)多,地(di)基強度低(di)、穩定性差。對(dui)(dui)(dui)此,中鐵隧(sui)道集(ji)團多次(ci)召開專家討論會,成(cheng)立了“信息化施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)管理小組”,對(dui)(dui)(dui)南(nan)側(ce)(ce)地(di)表及(ji)建筑(zhu)物(wu)進行(xing)實(shi)時監(jian)測(ce),通過優化施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)方(fang)案,合理安排施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)序,將建筑(zhu)物(wu)沉降值控制在允許范圍內;通過對(dui)(dui)(dui)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)序、作業時間、文明施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)等進行(xing)規(gui)范化管理,將噪聲污染(ran)降至(zhi)最低(di),保(bao)證了居民(min)正常的生(sheng)活質(zhi)量;針對(dui)(dui)(dui)南(nan)側(ce)(ce)不(bu)良地(di)質(zhi)影響,提出(chu)三(san)軸水泥土攪拌樁加固地(di)連墻(qiang)外側(ce)(ce)土體,再配合信息化施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)管理,有效控制了南(nan)側(ce)(ce)地(di)表、建筑(zhu)物(wu)沉降,保(bao)證了地(di)連墻(qiang)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)安全。最終順利完成(cheng)這一節點性施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)任務(wu),為后續車(che)站冠(guan)梁、混凝土支撐施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)及(ji)基坑開挖奠定了堅實(shi)的基礎。
