近日，中廣核集團公司與國家核電技術公司、中國船舶重工集團公司有關AP1000合作協議和與湖北省政府關于進一步推進湖北核電及核電產業發展等相關事項會談紀要的簽字儀式在武漢舉行，國家能源局副局長孫勤、湖北省常務副省長李憲生、中廣核集團公司董事長錢智民、國家核電董事長王炳華、中船重工集團公司總經理李長印出席了簽字儀式。
根據簽署的協議，中廣核集團將以湖北咸寧核電項目向國家申請建設AP1000內陸首個核電項目，與各有關企業加強AP1000核電項目管理、工程建設和機組運行等領域的交流和合作，積極推廣AP1000技術在中國沿海和內陸地區的使用；發揮核電工程研究、設計、建設、運營維護和技術服務等方面優勢，積極參與AP1000技術的消化吸收、項目建設和大型先進壓水堆開發，共同推動我國三代核電技術自主品牌的形成和規模化建設。為積極推進我國核電產業發展，帶動湖北省相關產業鏈發展，集團將依托咸寧核電項目建設，以中船重工所屬武船集團陽邏雙柳基地為基礎，合作推動AP1000核電項目模塊生產與制造工作，力爭將雙柳基地打造成為我國內陸核電裝備制造的重要基地。
自(zi)2008年(nian)3月湖(hu)北(bei)(bei)(bei)(bei)(bei)(bei)省人民政府與(yu)中(zhong)廣核(he)(he)(he)(he)(he)集(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)公司簽署合作推(tui)進湖(hu)北(bei)(bei)(bei)(bei)(bei)(bei)核(he)(he)(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)項(xiang)目框架協(xie)議以來，在(zai)湖(hu)北(bei)(bei)(bei)(bei)(bei)(bei)省發(fa)展改革(ge)委的(de)(de)統(tong)(tong)籌下，中(zhong)廣核(he)(he)(he)(he)(he)集(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)積極(ji)發(fa)揮核(he)(he)(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)專業(ye)化集(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)優(you)勢，目前(qian)已經完成(cheng)(cheng)了(le)湖(hu)北(bei)(bei)(bei)(bei)(bei)(bei)核(he)(he)(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠址的(de)(de)普查工作和核(he)(he)(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)中(zhong)長期發(fa)展規(gui)劃(hua)的(de)(de)編制。國(guo)家(jia)能(neng)源局大(da)力支持湖(hu)北(bei)(bei)(bei)(bei)(bei)(bei)的(de)(de)核(he)(he)(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)發(fa)展規(gui)劃(hua)，為(wei)湖(hu)北(bei)(bei)(bei)(bei)(bei)(bei)核(he)(he)(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)快(kuai)速(su)發(fa)展創造(zao)了(le)條件。中(zhong)廣核(he)(he)(he)(he)(he)集(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)將按照國(guo)家(jia)能(neng)源局和湖(hu)北(bei)(bei)(bei)(bei)(bei)(bei)省的(de)(de)部署，與(yu)湖(hu)北(bei)(bei)(bei)(bei)(bei)(bei)能(neng)源集(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)等(deng)單位密(mi)切協(xie)作，始終堅持“安全第一，質量第一，追(zhui)求卓越”的(de)(de)方針，充(chong)分發(fa)揮中(zhong)廣核(he)(he)(he)(he)(he)集(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)在(zai)核(he)(he)(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)建設方面積累的(de)(de)經驗(yan)和優(you)勢，在(zai)把咸(xian)寧核(he)(he)(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)項(xiang)目成(cheng)(cheng)功建設成(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)國(guo)家(jia)首(shou)個內陸核(he)(he)(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)示范工程的(de)(de)同(tong)時，統(tong)(tong)籌規(gui)劃(hua)，全面推(tui)進湖(hu)北(bei)(bei)(bei)(bei)(bei)(bei)核(he)(he)(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)項(xiang)目建設，大(da)力發(fa)展湖(hu)北(bei)(bei)(bei)(bei)(bei)(bei)核(he)(he)(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)產(chan)業(ye)鏈，將湖(hu)北(bei)(bei)(bei)(bei)(bei)(bei)作為(wei)中(zhong)廣核(he)(he)(he)(he)(he)集(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)面向全國(guo)乃至(zhi)國(guo)際發(fa)展的(de)(de)重要基(ji)地，為(wei)湖(hu)北(bei)(bei)(bei)(bei)(bei)(bei)經濟社會又好又快(kuai)發(fa)展作出更大(da)的(de)(de)貢獻。
