今年以來,寶鋼(gang)股份圍繞(rao)提升產(chan)品質量、優化生(sheng)產(chan)組織方式、降(jiang)低能源使用(yong)成(cheng)本和檢修費用(yong)等積極開(kai)展成(cheng)本改善活動(dong),取(qu)得顯著成(cheng)效(xiao)。上半年,寶鋼(gang)股份實現(xian)成(cheng)本改善效(xiao)益34.4億元,完(wan)成(cheng)年度(du)目(mu)標的57%。
今年,按(an)照“倒逼(bi)產品成(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)(ben)競爭力(li)”的(de)要求,通過對產品從采(cai)購(gou)到生(sheng)產到銷(xiao)售的(de)全流程梳理(li),確立了(le)“9+10”成(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)(ben)改(gai)善項(xiang)目,基本(ben)(ben)覆蓋了(le)原料采(cai)購(gou)、生(sheng)產制造、設備(bei)維護、能源供應(ying)等各個(ge)環節。其(qi)中(zhong),9大項(xiang)目分別是:強化采(cai)購(gou)供應(ying)管理(li),降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)低(di)(di)原料使(shi)用(yong)(yong)成(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)(ben)和(he)鐵水成(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)(ben);推(tui)進產銷(xiao)管理(li)、生(sheng)產組(zu)織方式(shi)(shi)的(de)持續(xu)優(you)化;優(you)化檢(jian)修(xiu)模式(shi)(shi),降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)低(di)(di)維修(xiu)成(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)(ben);優(you)化生(sheng)產協(xie)力(li)業(ye)務管理(li),降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)低(di)(di)協(xie)力(li)成(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)(ben);提升(sheng)制造能力(li),降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)低(di)(di)質量成(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)(ben);降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)低(di)(di)能源使(shi)用(yong)(yong)成(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)(ben);提高資源回收利用(yong)(yong)率;降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)低(di)(di)鎳原料綜(zong)合成(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)(ben);持續(xu)推(tui)進提升(sheng)價值管理(li)能力(li)以及降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)低(di)(di)期(qi)(qi)間費用(yong)(yong)等。“10”指圍(wei)繞(rao)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)低(di)(di)期(qi)(qi)間費用(yong)(yong)開展的(de)10個(ge)子項(xiang)目。
經過(guo)(guo)半(ban)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)的(de)強勢推進,寶(bao)鋼(gang)股(gu)(gu)份(fen)(fen)“9+10”成本(ben)改善項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)取得顯著成效,為寶(bao)鋼(gang)股(gu)(gu)份(fen)(fen)積極應對市場(chang)危機,持續提升產(chan)(chan)品競爭力(li)作出了(le)(le)積極貢(gong)獻(xian)。其中(zhong)(zhong),“降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)低(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)能源使用(yong)成本(ben)”項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)提前(qian)完(wan)成全年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)10億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan)的(de)目(mu)標(biao)。“提升制造能力(li),降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)低(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)質量成本(ben)”項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)團(tuan)隊(dui)通(tong)過(guo)(guo)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)低(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)內部(bu)缺(que)陷(xian)發生(sheng)(sheng)率、降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)低(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)合同(tong)(tong)余坯和余材(cai)、加(jia)大轉用(yong)充當力(li)度(du)(du)等手段,減少現(xian)(xian)貨(huo)發生(sheng)(sheng)量,降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)低(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)質量成本(ben)。上半(ban)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian),寶(bao)鋼(gang)股(gu)(gu)份(fen)(fen)現(xian)(xian)貨(huo)比(bi)率較去年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)下(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)2.1個百分點,實現(xian)(xian)效益1.79億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan)。設備檢(jian)修(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)方面,根據生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)節奏變化、盈利(li)能力(li)差異、工序重要程度(du)(du)等分類優化或動(dong)態(tai)調整檢(jian)修(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)模型,實現(xian)(xian)了(le)(le)檢(jian)修(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)負荷(he)下(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)、檢(jian)修(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)效率提升、維修(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)投入經濟的(de)目(mu)標(biao),上半(ban)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian),寶(bao)鋼(gang)股(gu)(gu)份(fen)(fen)維修(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)費(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)用(yong)實績較去年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)同(tong)(tong)期下(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)12.57億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan),完(wan)成年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)度(du)(du)費(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)用(yong)下(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)目(mu)標(biao)的(de)52.49%。降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)低(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)期間費(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)用(yong)方面,通(tong)過(guo)(guo)強化新產(chan)(chan)品開發節點和降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)低(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)科研協力(li)費(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)等控制手段降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)低(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)研發費(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)用(yong)支(zhi)出;動(dong)態(tai)跟(gen)蹤(zong)本(ben)、外幣融(rong)資利(li)率、匯率變化,擇優選擇低(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)成本(ben)融(rong)資及擇機發行(xing)中(zhong)(zhong)期票(piao)據等,以(yi)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)低(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)財務費(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)用(yong);加(jia)強差旅平臺的(de)推進以(yi)及嚴控各(ge)項(xiang)(xiang)費(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)用(yong)支(zhi)出,上半(ban)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)低(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)期間費(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)用(yong)成本(ben)改善項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)實現(xian)(xian)費(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)用(yong)下(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)7.83億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan)。
