日前,承擔山東海陽核電站中心實驗室運行的中國水電三局有限公司完成的30個配合比設計,一次性通過設計單位——美國西屋公司的批準。
山東海陽核電站AP1000核電機組是繼浙江三門核電站后的世界第二臺此類機組,原計劃于2009年8月31日開始澆筑第一倉混凝土核反應堆基礎。為此,承擔該工程中心實驗室運行的水電三局有限公司進行了大量的準備工作。他們憑借在三峽、京滬高鐵等大型工程混凝土配合比設計所積淀的豐富經驗和先進技術,在規定時間內共完成了30個配合比的設計工作。并均一次性通過設計單位(美國西屋公司)的批準。目前1號核島已完成了找平層、下墊層和上墊層的混凝土施工,從目前已施工的核島墊層混凝土來看,混凝土和易性和施工質量好于三門核電工程,得到了國核技工程有限公司項目管理中方代表SPMO的好評。
為了確保(bao)一(yi)(yi)次性(xing)澆(jiao)(jiao)筑完成核(he)(he)(he)(he)反(fan)應(ying)堆面積(ji)為3012平方米、厚度(du)為1.2~1.8米的(de)(de)核(he)(he)(he)(he)島基(ji)礎混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土的(de)(de)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)質量,山東海(hai)陽(yang)核(he)(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)有(you)限公(gong)司(si)于6月(yue)12日在工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)現(xian)場召開核(he)(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)核(he)(he)(he)(he)島FCD(即(ji)核(he)(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)核(he)(he)(he)(he)反(fan)應(ying)堆基(ji)礎開始(shi)澆(jiao)(jiao)筑的(de)(de)第一(yi)(yi)倉混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土)大(da)體積(ji)混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土溫(wen)(wen)(wen)控技(ji)(ji)術(shu)交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)會。30余位(wei)來自(zi)海(hai)陽(yang)核(he)(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)公(gong)司(si)(監理單(dan)位(wei))、SPMO和(he)水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)三局有(you)限公(gong)司(si)等(deng)單(dan)位(wei)的(de)(de)專(zhuan)家(jia)和(he)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)人(ren)員應(ying)邀(yao)參加(jia)(jia)會議。水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)三局領導(dao)非常重視這次交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)會,派出了技(ji)(ji)術(shu)交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)小(xiao)組參加(jia)(jia)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)活動。會上,水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)三局的(de)(de)專(zhuan)家(jia)和(he)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)人(ren)員分別結(jie)合(he)在大(da)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)型水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)經驗(yan)(yan)和(he)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)控保(bao)證措施,對(dui)海(hai)陽(yang)核(he)(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土生產中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)存在的(de)(de)問題(ti)、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)間產品處理標準及各(ge)方關心的(de)(de)問題(ti)進行(xing)了分析和(he)說明。與(yu)會人(ren)員對(dui)水(shui)(shui)(shui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土的(de)(de)混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土配合(he)比優化(hua)設計,一(yi)(yi)、二次風冷(leng)、加(jia)(jia)冰加(jia)(jia)冷(leng)水(shui)(shui)(shui)拌和(he)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝,混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土運輸過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)損失防護,噴霧改(gai)善澆(jiao)(jiao)筑現(xian)場小(xiao)氣候,壩(ba)體通(tong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)冷(leng)卻(que),混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土表面蓄水(shui)(shui)(shui)、流(liu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)養護等(deng)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)控措施進行(xing)了充分的(de)(de)經驗(yan)(yan)交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)。通(tong)過(guo)交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)與(yu)會核(he)(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)專(zhuan)家(jia)對(dui)水(shui)(shui)(shui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)大(da)體積(ji)混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土溫(wen)(wen)(wen)控方面的(de)(de)先進技(ji)(ji)術(shu)有(you)了一(yi)(yi)定(ding)程(cheng)(cheng)度(du)的(de)(de)了解(jie),并將一(yi)(yi)部(bu)分溫(wen)(wen)(wen)控技(ji)(ji)術(shu)引進到核(he)(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)去,拓展了水(shui)(shui)(shui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土溫(wen)(wen)(wen)控和(he)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)應(ying)用(yong)領域(yu),對(dui)核(he)(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站的(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)控混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)產生了較為積(ji)極的(de)(de)影響,同時也加(jia)(jia)深了核(he)(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)企(qi)業(ye)對(dui)水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)企(qi)業(ye)的(de)(de)了解(jie)。水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)三局有(you)限公(gong)司(si)將利用(yong)海(hai)陽(yang)核(he)(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)試驗(yan)(yan)室這一(yi)(yi)平臺,加(jia)(jia)強與(yu)核(he)(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)企(qi)業(ye)的(de)(de)溝通(tong)和(he)交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)流(liu),爭取更多、更廣泛的(de)(de)合(he)作。
