由中國通號集團承建的溫福鐵路(福建段)通信信號系統集成項目按照鐵道部、東南沿海鐵路福建有限責任公司的要求于5月19日正線達到聯調聯試條件。
新建溫福鐵路地處海峽西岸經濟協作區,位于長江三角洲和珠江三角洲兩大發達經濟區之間,是我國鐵路中長期規劃“八縱八橫”主通道的重要組成部分,對促進閩東北沿海地區的經濟社會發展,緩解福建地區和省際間的交通“瓶頸”制約,更好地促進福建省海峽西岸經濟區的經濟發展,推動兩岸“三通”,加強福建省與長三角的社會經濟交往,促進東南沿海經濟和社會發展具有十分重要的意義。溫福鐵路北端與金(金華)溫(溫州)線、在建的甬臺溫線連接,南與峰(橫峰)福(福州)線、在建的福廈線、向莆線連接。線路全長約294.6km,車站11個,樞紐9個。
通信信號系統集成項目涉及溫福鐵路、福廈線引入福州樞紐。通信系統由傳輸系統、電話交換及接入系統、數據網系統、專用移動通信系統、調度通信系統、會議電視系統、應急救援指揮通信系統、同步及時鐘分配系統、電源系統、綜合視頻監控系統、通信電源及環境監控系統、通信線路、車站(段、所)綜合布線、電力直通電話、通信綜合網管等14個系統組成;信號系統由運輸調度指揮系統(CTC)、閉塞系統、列控系統、車站聯鎖系統、計算機監測系統、信號電源系統等6個系統組成。
中國通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)號(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)集(ji)(ji)團(tuan)非常(chang)重視溫福(fu)(fu)鐵路(lu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)信(xin)(xin)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)系(xi)統項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)的(de)實(shi)(shi)施,成(cheng)立了溫福(fu)(fu)鐵路(lu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)信(xin)(xin)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)系(xi)統集(ji)(ji)成(cheng)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)管理公(gong)(gong)司(si)(OPM)、通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)信(xin)(xin)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)部、信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)部。系(xi)統集(ji)(ji)成(cheng)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)管理公(gong)(gong)司(si)負責通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)信(xin)(xin)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)系(xi)統集(ji)(ji)成(cheng)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)的(de)組織(zhi)、協調(diao),通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)信(xin)(xin)和(he)(he)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)的(de)施工(gong)(gong)(福(fu)(fu)建(jian)段(duan))由通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)號(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)上海工(gong)(gong)程有限公(gong)(gong)司(si)、(浙江段(duan))由通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)號(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)濟南(nan)分公(gong)(gong)司(si)、通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)號(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)廣州分公(gong)(gong)司(si)實(shi)(shi)施。設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)由研究(jiu)設(she)(she)計院(yuan)、北京信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)廠(chang)、天津信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)廠(chang)、西安(an)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)廠(chang)、天水電纜(lan)廠(chang)、卡斯(si)柯公(gong)(gong)司(si)提供。為(wei)完成(cheng)好該工(gong)(gong)程,通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)號(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)集(ji)(ji)團(tuan)發(fa)揮(hui)(hui)三位一(yi)體的(de)優勢(shi),集(ji)(ji)團(tuan)各單位通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)力配合。集(ji)(ji)團(tuan)領導現(xian)(xian)場(chang)指(zhi)揮(hui)(hui),講(jiang)政治(zhi)顧大局,用科學發(fa)展觀(guan)指(zhi)導項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)的(de)實(shi)(shi)施。參(can)建(jian)各公(gong)(gong)司(si)領導深入項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)一(yi)線組織(zhi)協調(diao),通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)號(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)研究(jiu)設(she)(she)計院(yuan)及設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)提供廠(chang)商為(wei)保證項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)實(shi)(shi)施派出技(ji)(ji)術(shu)人(ren)員(yuan)和(he)(he)專家現(xian)(xian)場(chang)調(diao)試。參(can)建(jian)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)不畏艱苦,克服了施工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)期緊、隧道橋梁多、交叉作業(ye)頻(pin)繁、工(gong)(gong)程作業(ye)量大、環境潮濕(shi)對設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)影(ying)響等不利(li)條(tiao)件(jian)(jian)。依(yi)靠(kao)成(cheng)熟的(de)核心技(ji)(ji)術(shu),優化(hua)組織(zhi)施工(gong)(gong),確(que)保施工(gong)(gong)安(an)全、高質量的(de)保證了溫福(fu)(fu)鐵路(lu)(福(fu)(fu)建(jian)段(duan))通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)信(xin)(xin)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)系(xi)統集(ji)(ji)成(cheng)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)的(de)完成(cheng),為(wei)確(que)保6月30日(ri)順(shun)利(li)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)車創造(zao)了良好條(tiao)件(jian)(jian)。
